Romford Delight in Barking and Dagenham

Friendly service and great food. I never buy my kebabs from anywhere else!

Bought two chicken burger meals and six hot wings, got two burger buns with pink chicken half the size of the bun and no hot wings. Definitely won't eat there again.

Extremely polite and courteous service. I was mostly impressed by their fried Chicken, reasonably priced which tastes similar to KFC.

Love the Quick Service of Mr Khan, an extremely pleasant man when serving some of the Best Kebabs around Romford

Really liked my chicken and chips.thought it was better, and more reasonable than KFC :) And we had a bigger order of 6 meals which we normally find when ordering a takeaway means something will be wrong, but not with these guys, as the chef carefully checked everything as we went.

Favorite spot on High road, excellent service and delicious Donner. When you're in the area, you don't wanna miss this 1

Ordered food for a special occasion...absolutly ruined it. Firstly my correct order did not turn up, upon ringing romford delight they were not interested at all in resolving my issue. They were rude and basically didn't give a s###. I spent extra money on ordering a larger chicken doner only to be delivered food not sufficient for an anorexic dog. What chicken doner that did turn up seemed to come from quite an obese chicken as there was more fat than meat in the meal. The curry chips I ordered were not delivered and with Romford delight saying they had been sent must have been stolen by aliens inbetween the so called food residence and my front door. I have eaten food from this shop for a few years now, but mainly based on their terrible customer service and dire quality of food will definately not be eating there food ever again. There are many food outlets in Romford. Please strongly take my advice and purchase your food anywhere but here. Even the pet store down the road would be better.

Disgusting food really unpleasant stone cold tough meat but quite warm brown salad. Chips were cold and solid.

Check out where and how they store their food in the back its disgusting they make their friends write good reviews for them but the food its terrible and the old man talks/spits in the food while preparing it. When you order large portions they fill up small boxes and try and tell you that is what you paid for🤬a number of people have gotten FOOD POISONING FROM THIS SHOP

I called at 10.10pm to place a order and no one answering the telephone absolutely awful and your website say until 12.00pm

Oder took more than 1 hour Do not oder from here The food was also burnt There was no sauce and tasted dry It's was discussing and had to throw away £25 for 3 wraps and a kids meal

The people who used to run this place were 100 times better, it’s decent but a shadow of its former self.

They delivered to my door when i never ordered, someone paid for the food thinking it was someones in the house, when we DID order from here the same night the delivery bloke said he made a mistake and the food was for another number, so he gave us the money back and took the food back what was NEVER touched, they kept ringing me saying that we ate the food when we NEVER due to no one even liking it, the delivery bloke looked at the food before even taking it and accepted it, what a Joke of a place. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS PLACE.

Ordered the quarter pounder meal and Pizza. Food was good, the missus especially liked the pizza.

Since it was taken over by other people I feel that the quality of anything that I have ordered is nowhere as good as it was, at first I thought it was just a bad day and gave them the benift of the dought but apon ordering again, it's safe to say it isn't as good as it use to be. The new staff are not as friendly, and can come off as a bit rude, but again let's give them the benefit of the dought, In summary this is not the Romford Delight that I enjoyed so much, and feel that with the new ownership they should Change the name.

Ordered a Shish Kebab with Chips then i found traces of Human Hair seemed like eyelash.definitely not going back. UNHYGENIC stay away.

Ordered this afternoon around 2.30 was delivered with in 20-30 mins lovely delivery man very polite and the food was fab will definitely be ordering from here again 💯

Lovely food and friendly staff. Ordered a fillet burger with fries and portion was huge , 4 wings and drink all under 5 pound. Great value

Completely horrible.. Was not worth the wait at all!! The food was disgusting and the BBQ wings was horrible they were dry seemed like they was left there all day.

Worst takeaway ever. Ordered through just eat and after make me wait for 1.15 hrs cancelled the ordered saying the oven isn't working. Will recommend to stay away from it.
