CAFÉ FLORENTINE is my favorite spot for a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino, paired with a delicious light sandwich. I absolutely love the warm, homey atmosphere that makes every visit so relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and attentive, ensuring great service every time. The design and decoration add to the cozy, homelike feel, making it such a pleasant place to unwind. Plus, its convenient location means I can visit regularly. Highly recommend this charming café!

06/10/2024 **A Fantastic Moroccan Food Experience – Surpassed Expectations!** We were initially a bit skeptical about going to Le Rif Café & Restaurant after reading some old reviews, but we’re so glad we gave it a chance! The staff were honestly kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. In fact, they bought back a Moroccan cook to fulfil the complaints! We had the chicken tagine and vegetable tagine, both bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. The dishes came with extra slices of fresh bread to soak up all the delicious sauce. The Moroccan tea was the perfect, refreshing finish to the meal. The experience completely exceeded our expectations! The staff are genuine and the food is amazing—authentic, flavourful Moroccan dishes that you won’t want to miss. If you’re looking for great Moroccan food and wonderful service, Le Rif is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back for sure!

This place is amazing, been coming here for countless times now even after a long night shift. As a malaysian myself, I would say that the dish is quite authentic and suits to my tastebud. However there is one small comment that I want to make - would like to highlight that the ribs can be tough to chew sometimes (ordered ribs for around 4 times now and its always a bit tough, therefore starting to order chicken from now on) otherwise its usually great.

Great service, staff were amazing, rooms were a fantastic size (1 bedroom deluxe), it fit myself, my wife and 2 young kids in no problem. on arrival, they were very helpful,, made us feel welcome and on check in let our two young kids pick new toys, I thought this was a really classy touch. Breakfast was the only negative (on day 1, it was excellent, after that poor), nearly 50 pounds for an English breakfast that wasn't cooked properly and greasy and the usage of American bacon, so I would just skip that. Other items were good, the apple juice was excellent. Just go down the street and get a fry up for 1/3 of the price. Overall, I would stay again; it was fantastic. The breakfast isnt a negative enough to hurt a 5 star rating from us, as everything else was near perfect.

I ordered a lamb biriyani, chicken tikka biriyani, prawn puri, channa masala and garlic naan. All dishes were delicious and not oily. Finally, I have found a good Indian, full of flavour and that isn't watered down or bland. The most authentic Indian I have found and definitely beats the restaurant- The Bombay, which won awards. It was ready on time too for collection. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Food was average and quite expensive, the green curry was very different to what I normally eat at the restaurants, the flat noodles were very average as well , the minced pork dumplings were nice but only 4 in a portion, so overall was an average

I fully believe these Mayfair hotel bars coast on their old reputation and their hotel guests alone. I actually felt sad here. I was, at one point, the only patron on a busy summer night. The staff seemed dejected at the lack of customers, and one was even talking about how he was quitting. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this bar. It's got that speakeasy gimmick that is completely played out and tiresome unless you're a boomer, but inside, it's quite nice. It is allegedly built inside what used to be the luggage storage for the hotel. Nothing exceptionally memorable but it's comfortable, even if it feels like a hotel lobby more than a bar. Staff is attentive and friendly. Cocktails sound great on paper. The one I ordered was okay. Again, it wasn't fantastic but it wasn't terrible. It was from a famous cocktail guide (by Harry McElhone) that I've had other old-school cocktails from, so I thought why not? It was just very... okay. I'm not sure what it normally is like, and maybe this is an improvement, but for me it tasted weak. It also lacked finesse in the presentation. I only had one drink and left. It just wasn't a hot vibe and the cocktails themselves were not keeping me there.
