I love the real italian taste of the cakes from Francos.cakes. He's a very talented guy who puts his passion and love in each cake he delivers. The Pastiera napoletana is one of my favourite, but all the cakes are delicious. Price is good too. I really recommend Francos.cakes to make your celebration very unique and special.

Two groups from Watford & District U3A enjoyed lunch this week. We encountered a vast menu at very reasonable prices & enjoyed both the Festive & Value meals. Good sized portions that were well cooked. Andy was particularly attentive throughout. We especially liked sitting at a round table. Highly recommended for older people who want to meet up for lunch.

There were 6 people. Two people waited 20 mins for starters. Their main meals arrived while others still waiting for starters which arrived 40 minutes after. Two others got their meals after 50 minutes. The room was freezing cold, the cutlery and tables were dirty and the service appalling. Wouldn't go back or recommend

Amazing! We've tried a few locals recently and nothing has come close to the service and quality from here. Thank you for our little new years discount, happy new year đ

Ordered on their new self service checkout. We ordered poached egg on toast, and porridge with honey as well as two pots of tea. The restaurant wasnât busy at all, maybe 8 tables and us, yet we still waited almost 20 minutes before the food came out. (You sort out the drinks yourself) The food was literally dropped on the table and went to leave. My partner asked if he could have sauce and a couple of sachets were almost thrown at him. The porridge had no honey, so I asked the staff member who said it was already in the bowl. It wasnât, so I went to the counter and asked for it. The man didnât even know where the honey was kept. When I got back to the table my partner was eating his poached eggs. They were so overdone it looked like they had put hard boiled eggs minus the shells on his toast. It was obviously understaffed but surely anyone can poach a couple of eggs? The whole point of the self service is that you sit down and your meal is brought to you. Great in theory - terrible in practice.
