Good location 5 minutes drive from the tube station. No air conditioning in the rooms so gets uncomfortable when temperatures are hot outside. Hotel is rather tired now. Needs a refurb.

Only let down by being in room next to two lifts and insufficient noise insultation, and kids running in corridors late into night, otherwise exactly what you expect of a premier inn experience...

Hotel was fine. Skinflint’s as ever with the coffee tea milk rations in the room. Breakfast was ok. The staff were excellent but it was obvious they were clearly stretched and under resourced. I’d be extremely vexed if I learned that staff got a hit for this rather than shockingly bad management practices. Under resourcing isn’t a staff problem it’s a staffing problem. Fix it. And advise when remediated.

Premier Inns are always good, but Croxley Green is one of the better ones. Lovely and clean throughout, modern lobby with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent public areas and the usual standards in the rooms. Free parking is a bonus in this area.

The property has bed bugs! Multiple bites all over my head, face, neck, and back. (see images and video - WARNING... not for the squeamish) After discovering the cause I had to check out early despite prepaying for a longer time. I reported it to the front desk asking to speak to the General Manager who fobbed me off to the person at the front desk to tell me to call the head office or contact guest relations. I was told all they can do is refund me of the night I was not going to stay and close the room. "Guest relations" quote a response time of 25 days when using their online form. The phone number only works M-F and asks to call back. When I returned to insist to speak to the GM, the 'duty manager' at the front desk said the GM was unavailable as it was a weekend. I left my number and email insisting that I needed a call "today" to get assurance that the matter was being managed and what she would do. I have not received a call or email. This is a direct threat to the health and safety of all guests but appears to be an inconvenience and unimportant to the 'leadership'. Imagine if you have a small child or baby staying at the property..... I've had to boil wash my clothes and discovered that the bugs got on / into my pc (dark and warm and was on the desk). I spent two hours cleaning and sanitising everything I had in the room with special spray I had to purchase. Totally unacceptable response to a serious matter that needs immediate and decisive action. I'm not a person who jumps on social media without giving the organisation an opportunity to address the matter. This review is, primarily, to warn visitors who have upcoming reservations that - based upon the poor response to my requests - may suffer ... or worse... take the problem to their homes.

The hotel itself very good. No problems with it. The restaurant at night very good. BUT WOW. Don't go into the breakfast room and expect to be treated well. Don't care how busy it was staff rudeness in any sector not on. A lady called Jane served me and accused me of not having name on list even though I had a meal deal confirmed by hotel. When she finally found my name there was no apology no nothing. Especially as she spoke to me in a raised voice and in front of other customers. Very angry by this. The company I work have account and use premier inns all acrothe country. Very upset by this I will be taking further.

Staff we're extremely friendly, rooms were clean only slight issue was extractor fan was really noisy. Had a dirty pillow case which was resolved immediately with the staff bringing us a fresh pillow case Staff in Brewers Fayre, were absolutely amazing Jane & Donna (i think) made us feel really welcome from the moment we entered. They had great banter something we don't get very much even in our own local pubs. We would return just to see them. Food was lovely

Stay at this hotel frequently as it’s good value for travelling into London with tube stations not too far away. Customer service was efficient rather than friendly. Rooms are generally clean however the lamp shades looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

I had a teams meeting there and because of my friendly nature, I greet literally everyone I meet lol. I greeted a waitress at the bar and she completely ignored me. I felt bad and thought she probably didn’t hear me only for me to get to my meeting for everyone else to call her out on her manners. Aside that, I loved the location and the other people
