I've been coming here since my school days , it's been 20 years on and off °!! One of the best cafes in watford by far!

I think we just tried the best muffin that we ate lately, really really nice and fresh and coffee brilliant as well. The staff here is really friendly, they served us really quickly and noticed that a lot of people working in the area were coming for breakfast, totally recommend!

Great service and food, you won't leave hungry.

I took my 2 fussy kids here after school and they LOVED the pizza margarita, the cheese, the sauce and the Italian thin base is lovely. I had the vegetarian which was loaded with vegetables. We also love the banana bread, we took it home with us. Also lovely curly fries. It is a family run restaurant and everyone is always really nice to us, we feel like VIPs. Some other interesting things in the menu I'd like to try....but just love the pizza so much.

My daughter and I visited for breakfast this morning having read other reviews. It was very quiet so we had great attention from the chef! It is good honest grub! We had the full English and a scrambled egg and black pudding. Generous portions - tasty food - large mug of tea and a free biscuit! Great value for money. Will be back and tempted by the lunch menu too.

I personally didn't even know this restaurant was here.. I was invited out and so glad we came.. very friendly family and staff who run it.. lots of choice of food.. the area was clean. And omg the portions are massive.. my family even had to take the meal away in boxes for later... even chicken burger and curly fries was too much for me.. I was stuffed up to 8pm.. but I did order cheeky pizza for later too.. and the smell got the better of me so munched that about 9pm *really didn't need it but was amazing too. Highly recommend 👌

Food is good and for a very good value! They are not afraid to add spices to your food. So it's a good place to eat if you are tired of blunt food.

I worked in Watford for 7 years across the road from Tony and Maria's and it was always our go-to place for breakfast and lunch! The staff were always pleasant and the food was always amazing. Tony will make you whatever you want, just ask! 10/10.

Great caf. Prices are reasonable and the portions are massive. The owners are very friendly. I can day for sure that a breakfast at Tony and Maria's keeps me full until dinner time.

Found Tony & Maria's restaurant by accident while looking for another place but what a find it closes at 5 but you can order & pick up. The menue is limited but the food is prefect & portion large, now I've found it I get a takeaway every week.

We were a school party of 39, looking for a decent lunch and close (ish) to Harry Potter World. I phoned Joe @Tony and Maria's and he said that he could accommodate us. He sent me the menu and I sent him our choices....even changing it as late as 8am for a 12pm sitting! We arrived early - thank you M25! - and this was not a problem for them. They were kind, thoughtful, attentive, fabulously well organised and the food was AMAZING! Truly brilliant. Our children come from a private school and are well used to dining in decent restaurants - if they rate this place, then that's high praise indeed! They wanted to return next Friday....from East Grinstead? Unlikely....! But if you want somewhere which is quiet, out of the way, easy to park, truly excellent value and the most amazing Italian food, then do go here. Worth it I promise! Oh yes - and they weren't even open today! They did us a HUGE favour. Thank you Joe and Lacey!! Brambletye School!

Fantastic find. Super friendly staff and freshly cooked food. I had the meat feast pizza, which was tasty but some of the pasta dishes of my colleagues caused some food envy! Highly recommended.

Ordered take away for 12 people. It was all delicious and great value for money. All the food was hot, very tasty and the order was correct (which seems to be a problem for other businesses in this area). We shall return, especially for the buttermik chicken which looked fantastic!!!

Had lunch here today. Really nice. Surrounded by people enjoying their food and the portions are huge!!! Prices are good too. Would have liked a proper black coffee from the machine but got the freeze dried powder instead. Probably my mistake as I was rushing when ordering. Otherwise very decent. Defo going back.

Delicious pizza at very affordable pricr

While having our car serviced nearby both my wife and myself needed lunch. Looked as to what was nearby and found this little cafe. Great food and great prices. Really nice.

Home cooked food is good and in generous portions. Its not pricey for its quality. The place is simple but they offer many selections.

The food here is the absolute star of the show. The cafe is in the middle of a business park, and it is not exactly salubrious, but please do not let that put you off at all! The arrabbiata is a particular favourite, and we tried the pizza for the first time recently which was absolutely fantastic. All the food is home made and tastes fresh and authentic, and the staff have always been friendly and more than accommodating! We have been regularly in the past, and I felt compelled to write a review today having seen that only 3 had been written before this one - this place needs the publicity and recognition it deserves!

Italian run cafe in an industrial estate in Watford. ‘Nothing special’ I hear you cry ?! WRONG WRONG WRONG !!!! Been using this place for years. Breakfasts - delicious. Omelettes - absolutely amazing. Pizza - great. Pasta dishes - out of this world !!!!!!! Portion sizes are great and prices are low. This place is off the beaten track, but if you’re in this part of Watford, give it a try. I GUARANTEE you will not be disappointed.

Considering where this place is... a fairly basic trading estate, the food tasted good, was freshly cooked, huge portions (too big tbh) quick, and reasonably inexpensive. Work a few mins away and will definitely be back. Had penne carbonara with parmesan, £5.45, easily enough for two.

I’ve been going here for years, for both breakfast and lunch. All breakfasts are tasty and filling, never leaving you wanting more. However, if you want some incredible pasta for lunch, look no further. All pastas are homemade and are absolutely incredible. Portion sizes are also fantastic. I struggle to finish the pizza!! A true gem. This place is the best!!

For a cafe on an industrial area, there food is excellent, without being to expensive. Well worth trying.

Portions are massive, but the quality of the ingredients is not fantastic. All in all a very heavy meal and at the same time not really that flavourful. I wouldn't recommend unless you're around and don't have many other options.

Go there every Friday for brekkie, top notch, girls are lovley and always serve you with a smile.. Recommend

Proper little gem in the heart of Watford business park. The food is SO GOOD! and Great value! the staff are friendly enough... but the food is SO GOOD you don't care about that!

Staff are very friendly and good choice of food but they have a very low food hygiene rating.. So the choice is yours

Friendly staff and very good pasta or pizza. Waiting time can be long on Friday at lunch time but it's well worth it!

Good food, can be a little unsubtle. Pizzas are from fresh dough and a good choice of pasta dishes and that is just in case you don't fancy the full English breakfast. Oh and there's a specials board too! Had smoked haddock, asparagus pasta with cherry tomatoes last.

Have been going here for 13 years! Work locally and can walk here at lunch time. Great pasta dishes and cooked breakfasts. Penne Arrabbiata is my favourite pasta dish here - "Stunningly Hot" as it describes itself on the menu. Breakfasts also great, including optional black pudding. Highly recommended.
