Unbelievable! Best pizza I can remember for a long time. Fresh straight from the oven, dough just perfection and top quality toppings. No complaints except that I won't be able to have any again soon as not living locally :( Thank you! Loved by me, hubby and my toddlers.

Absolutely disgusting don’t waste your money here, all pint glasses were dirty. The chef needs to be fired. All food is microwaved it’s not worth it.

Thank you for providing an excellent Sunday lunch on the occasion of my Mother's 92nd birthday at the end of January. We are so grateful for the care your staff gave to my largely immobile mother and opening up the marquee sides so she had a no-step access to the dining area was greatly appreciated. The portions were generous, all meals arrived at the same time with military precision and the food was great quality. Also the total meal bill was fairly priced. Despite an absolute storm raging outside your marquee was warm and acceptable. The Three Willows remains more of a favourite destination than ever, even after 45 years of sporadic patronage. Servers were happy to guide, quick to serve and food was fresh. Very good customer service here

Good coffee and good service staff are mainly friendly and seem to know how to make a good coffee. Lots of choice food as in all starbucks is expensive for what it is but cakes are not bad this is one of the better places to refresh at this service station

The slowest fast food in Essex? The food was OK. But the service was poor. 3 staff behind the counter, only two people waiting for food when we ordered. But the food still took almost 20 minutes to be prepared.

Small Cafe with cabinet sandwiches and drinks attached to a drive through service. Meeting a friend in the cafe today, bank holiday Sunday. The drive through looked busy but we were served promptly at the cafe counter. There were 5 staff. However, the whole cafe was very dirty. No tables wiped down and food/napkins on the floor and tables. The floor adjoining the windows was filthy. The single unisex toilet was very dirty. A polite complaint to a member of staff suggesting perhaps they were understaffed and please pass my concerns to the manager, was met with dispute. The place is “deep cleaned once a week “.
