The Good Breakfast in Uttlesford

Ordered two breakfasts only one turnt up! Rubbish service dunno how there still going always bad service I’ve heard, absolutely rubbish

Dreadful and expensive food. Bacon was nearly raw and they refused to cook it more. Low quality sausage £1.49 each! Toast was sweet £2.49 for 2. No choice of brown or white. The egg was overcooked. Disappointed after a long drive you expect quality food from a service station. A Mistake we won't make again

Not sure if people are expecting gourmet from a motorway services, but I grabbed breakfast from here on my way home a couple times over summer and it was lovely both times. It was served quickly, nice and hot, (I ate it once I got home so I didn’t have to eat from a takeaway box and it was still hot!) lovely runny egg and the staff were really friendly. It was also really reasonably priced. Will definitely go again!

Has I went to birchanger services standing in queue I notice the two staff that was on duty Monday 5th August was arguing between themselves when I got to the front this carried on this is not a good thing to do in front of your customers when I got my breakfast it was cold shocking service

Menu board behind the counter not working properly. The member of staff behind the till did not understand when I asked her if they still do a vegan breakfast. Poor understanding of English. Following my complaint all three staff talked amongst themselves in their own language - very rude. No brown toast only white available. Will give it a miss next time. What happened to the nice East European lady who spoke excellent English?

Wasn’t expecting too much from a motorway service station but this was dreadful. Stone cold and tasteless. Save your money!
