Best iced coffee ever! A regular here, staff always helpful and polite. Place is always clean and tidy. Food is always freshly cooked. Dogs always welcomed with a bowl of fresh water and a butcher's sausage. Today after a stressful morning I needed a nice friendly place to go. No brainer! Just had a lovely time at The Running Horse with some friends. 😃The food was served nice and hot with plenty on the plate. Dessert was very nice . We all had a lovely time with great atmosphere, all the staff were friendly definitely recommend 👍

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had by a long way.

Well what can I say.What a contrast from 2023.John and the team gave us a great welcome for our christmas dinner.The whole venue was well decorated.The food was great and plenty of staff to make us feel very welcome. As we had problems in 2023 I would like to congratulate John and the team for a wonderful effort. WELL DONE J C B

Poor value for money. This used to be an excellent Indian restaurant. We spent £74 on a meal with no starter or dessert. 5 pieces of lamb in the passanda, 2 glasses of wine, the skinny chips were as cold as the restaurant itself with no heating on. My Husband ate with his coat on. Will not be going back.

Went to Pensthorpe cafe today was a bit apprehensive as our visit last year was disgusting we complained and was offered a free coffee which we declined and walked out, our friend who we meet when we holiday in Norfolk told us that it had changed so we went today and what a differents the food was delicious and the staff were so helpful and friendly, l recommend a visit l give it 5 out of 5 stars.

We had a great experience here, the food and service were brilliant! I was particularly impressed as we were a large group, which takes some organisation to bring out hot food for us all together. The food is very good value for money and the staff were professional and very friendly. Looking forward to more visits.

The staff in this place need a dammed good shake up!!! I've visited twice in the last month. First time food took 45 minutes to arrive, even though I'd seen her plate it up and leave on the side for over 5 minutes. Coffee is absolutely vile. She was also extremely rude and not welcoming at all. 2nd visit there were no number cards so I couldn't even make an order and the lady at checkout said "Youll just have to wait wont you". So I ended up walking out. Very rude and arrogant staff both times I've been, they are a disgrace to Morrisons.
