Unfortunately the food was terrible!!! Most of it undercooked, tasteless and drenched in oil. We couldn’t even manage more than a few bites, now have to spend more money elsewhere on food tonight. Staff seemed nice on the phone and delivery driver was sound though.

Up until last night I've found this place spot on for service and good food sady was let down with the order as I was extremely busy my wife rang at 4-30pm to put our order in for delivery at 8pm at 5-10pm a knock on the door and there stood the delivery driver with our order 2 hours and 50mins early had it been a few mins I could except but 2 hours 50? And didn't even get a sorry for messing up my evening hopefully this is just a one off if it happens again sadly you'll loose a regular customer.

Shorter wait time than the Chinese along the road from this one but would advise against the beef chow mein, which was a bit dry and lacking in flavour. The king prawns with cashew nuts was quite good though. No parking, so not a convenient location if driving into Fakenham to collect.

Bad service order was not correct when arrived and was told we would have to pay for delivery . There mistake not mine. Will not be using again terrible customer service skills

Enough is enough! I’ve tried to support this business by using them for my food but the last three times with every order my food is missing again and again and again and I live 6 miles away so by the time I complain it’ll be cold. So that’s it. Never again. And this time the food was awful. Congealed greasy rice and totally tasteless foo hung. I’ll use Pearl River from now on.

My favourite chinese in town and have never had a bad experience. Its always an enjoyable meal. Unlike some other takeaways locally, the Tin Yau cooks everything fresh and you can taste it in the food you receive. This time we had egg fried rice (lovely) Crispy spring rolls (2 huge ones) Chicken chowmein (really flavoursome) And a portion of salt and spicy ribs (meat fell off the ribs and was spiced beautifully) Can totally recommend this great place. Just... skip lunch so you can go in hungry ;) Well worth it - Ged.

Did have a good review up for them but twice now thay have given me under cooked food, Cantonese pork not cooked properly & tonight pork balls not cooked properly Will not be going back

Food took 2 hours to arrive which i didn't mind as they explained they were busy, however, food was of poor quality . The s+s sauce had literally turned to jelly, turned the cup upside-down and it stayed there. Chips were solid and stale, pork was burnt and inedible. Such a shame as we've been eating from there for years. When we rang to complain, we were told that it is because our delivery was delayed. Gutted. Wouldn't recommend anymore, really been put off .
