What a fantastic place...finally got round to visiting to try some food and painted a mug. The food options were brilliant and very well priced, when the food came it was excellent quality and served by very polite and friendly staff. So many options for painting to suit all price ranges and it includes glazing so you pick up your finished piece when you get a message from them. Absolutely loved it and will definitely go back.

Probably the most tasteless curry we have ever had. We were expecting exceptional because of the queue for takeaway, tandoori chicken starter was dry and tough, shema kebab was burnt, peshwari naan was very dry, both curries we order were almost tasteless. Rice had no seasoning, we will not be back. A special evening ruined.

Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious hot breakfast, great coffee, plenty of free parking, we will come again, thank you!

Third visit to Knapps and each time have been very impressed with both the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff. Live locally and just popped in last night for dinner at the last minute. Must be the best burgers in East Anglia and sourced locally as well which is even better!

We have been going here for some time now and the cafe has got better and better. The ladies serving are friendly, pleasant and helpful. The cafe is bright, airy and clean. The only downside is the very uncomfortable chairs, but apart from that, everything else is excellent.

Beautiful pub, super clean and cosy, great decor and facilities, staff are helpful and attentive. Women's toilets have a lovely little basket of sanitary pads which I thought was a nice touch & it was kept very clean. We went for a meal & sadly sent back one plate of food which wasn't to our liking. Staff and chef handled this very very well and we can't fault them. They took it off of our bill, asked for constructive feedback, and even gave us complimentary free drinks. This is how every establishment should handle this sort of situation. Hats off to you all. This was our first time going here and we will definitely be back. I will try the same meal that I sent back as I have confidence the feedback given will be acted on. The house bitter was delicious by the way.

Always has what I need. Friendly staff.

If you like sitting in a cold environment, eating overcooked, burnt meat ( Steak&Ale Pie) or granite pastry (Pear Crumble) then try the Limes Hotel Needham Market.

So pleased we booked a table for an early dinner as by 6.30 pm all tables were occupied. We both enjoyed the sausage and mash. 3 delicious quality sausages served with creamy mash, vegetables and gravy. Simple food, cooked well and beautifully presented.

Fantastic place. On the outside looks just like the pub it once was. When we walked through the door, the decor certainly had the wow factor. The place was already very busy for early in the evening, always a good sign. Immediately greeted by attentive staff and shown to our table upstairs. Drinks, poppadoms ordered and served promptly while we perused the excellent menu. We enjoyed our food , very well presented, tasty and excellent value. The staff were friendly and polite . This was our first visit , certainly won't be our last. Can highly recommend this place 10/10.

Excellent food and great service

What a lovely friendly family oriented Pub & Dinner so clean and inviting. We had the smoked brisket and it was to die for. We will be going again, probably next week with daughter’s, grandchildren and Storm the spaniel. I am happy to recommend this eatery. Excellent all round. Bob Bruce

Really great food and the chap that I assume is the owner is so personable, however the girl is very rude and untrained in any customer skills, she clearly would rather be anywhere else but working there, It’s such a shame as this has made us reluctant to go in there. She really upset my daughter in law with her critical look and smirk, thankfully she then returned to her phone screen.

The toilets here are still absolutely filthy. There appears to be weeks of built up grime and stains on all of the toilets/seats that hasn't just appeared over the last couple of days or so. Deep clean is very much needed.

Friday night supper, we ordered 2 rock, 1 haddock, chips and mushy peas. Excellent food, white tasty fish, crisp batter, large portions. All freshly cooked to order, reasonably priced and served with a friendly smile. I would definitely recommend.
