Great service and delicious food - every dish was a knock out and I only wish I lived nearer so that I can sample all of the dishes on the menu!

Amazing spot for food, conveniently located in the high street. Me and my friend shared a mushroom starter and both had a sirloin steak which came with potatoes and choice or salad or veg. Very reasonably sized portions of delicious food and I say this as a fussy steak eater but this was perfect! Pat and Gracie provided wonderful service and were so friendly. I will certainly be coming back here as the food was amazing and it is very reasonably priced.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. They fitted us in on Bank Holiday Monday at short notice which was much appreciated. The food was first class - my husband loved the lamb Bon Bons. We both adored the triple fried truffle fries! Lovely ambience. Thank you. We will be back! Daisy & Peter xx

What a lovely place. Amazing food and service. Definitely lived up to expectations and would definitely recommend if you are in the area. Had a really lovely atmosphere, but would recommend you book to avoid disappointment, glad we did as it was busy all evening.

Dog friendly. Lovely food and huge portions. I regretted having a starter. Not because it wasn't lovely because it was but because it was the size of a main and I struggled with my main, a pudding was out of the question! The range of ales and beers was impressive too. When back this way I will be dropping in. Phoning prior to visiting is recommended. Parking is an issue, there is none at the pub and the surrounding roads are double yellow lines. There is a pay and display carpark two to three minutes walk away on High Street Photo. There is a stake on the plate!!!!

Very unassuming outwardly, until you find the entrance at the back. Walk in to the "Backstage entrance" a courtyard sheltered from the wind, and enter the bar to find live music, (Sunday). Drinks are relatively inexpensive and a very nice, friendly atmosphere.

Back again after a year away, but when we go to Gorleston, the first stop is the Dock Tavern. Always a warm welcome. Always good ale. When food is available, (only certain days of the week) always good and very reasonably priced. The bar staff are fantastic. A real community pub - unfortunately a dying breed. Keep up the good work.
