I went for a wake and could not have been more impressed with the care and attention shown, food was delicious, hot and freshly made, dining area was clean and tidy, I will be returning with friends

Arrived, greeted with a friendly smile. The food arrived, looked and tasted freshly made. Service was efficient. Only gripe was drinks are hugely expensive £11 for a small glass of wine. Was told to leave the table before paying the bill as they needed it again. Felt rushed..

Honestly can’t fault this place. We are new to the area and our neighbour recommended this pub and I can see why. Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Dog friendly - they have free dog biscuits and even brought my dog free doggy ice cream on a hot day! We had a more formal dinner today with family and we all loved the food and got a free Easter egg to take away with us which was a great touch. We have a few pubs around us and this will definitely be our regular.

Lovely pub and excellent food, staff always very friendly! Beautiful atmosphere as well.
