The best restaurants in England

Just had a fabulous lunch in the newly refurbished RSA coffee house. Aubergine, kimichi and vegan mayo salad. Loads of good pastries if you want something sweet or the have a delicious cheese toastie. Nice calming atmosphere despite most people working or having meetings.

Beautiful restaurant, fantastic service . Staff were friendly, welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Hands down the best food we have had in a long time in London. Fantastic restaurant! We will be visiting very soon .

Well, what a lovely place! Recommended by a pal. Went for coffee and cake. This place is unique like going into yourGran’s front room. So cosy, friendly. Hand written bigmenu. Our cake was amazing, the waitress was lovely, friendly with humour. Wish that we lived closer. Great value. Many thanks

Lovely restaurant and ambiance. Open kitchen. Food was nice, not amazing, just nice. Service was awful. Slow and no contact. We were booked in for 6.30, ordered food around 6.45 and got the food around 8, by this time we’d lost interest, which I suppose had impacted on our view of the food it’s self. Served one drink, not checked upon. Cakes looked amazing but sadly the vanilla sponge was dry. May go back and try breakfast as been told thats good.

Zufällig entdeckt gegenüber Monmouth Coffee am Boroughmarket… mit welcher Gelassenheit und Feinheit die Mitarbeiter den Schinken geschnitten haben, sensationell. Es gab dort fertige bocadillos mit Schinken und Olivenöl , ein Gedicht ! Nur für Takeaway, aber mit dem Kaffee von Monmouth passt das sehr gut, eine echte Empfehlung! Ich ärgere mich nur das ich keinen Schinken mitgenommen habe für zuhause 😩

I have been a customer and took also potential customer there , which spent quite a lot of money on shopping. I feel the service it’s bad and the cleanliness leave a lot to desire . I have tried to understand as to why , the standards are going down and service is mediocre. Today I have experienced bad service to the point of rudeness. So I will not go back there .

Food and drink are fine, but the owner was quite insulting be insinuating that my working line dog was “quite skinny” and suggestively asked if she was a rescue before even asking anything else. The staff who served me were very polite however.

A nice venue with friendly staff. The coffee was quite good, but the "fish finger ciabatta" was disappointing - soggy fish fingers didn't help. We visited due to the reviews, so maybe others have had a better experience, but a restaurant is "only as good as its last performance" so we wouldn't return as consistency is vital

The best little cafe by far in Fabulous Farsley. The food is cooked to order, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Just wish it was open for longer hours , Farsley needs you Coopers !

Had an INCREDIBLE Afternoon Tea at Cups and Cakes Cafe today. Everything was PERFECTION! The attention to detail and thought that has gone into each of the homemade delicious bakes and sandwiches were out of this world yummy. We had a delicious variety of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cheese scones with cream cheese and chutney, fruit scones with clotted cream and jam, strawberry fruit tarts, galaxy chocolate cupcakes, banoffee pies and of course, copious amounts of tea! Would thoroughly recommend Cups and Cakes for the personalized and friendly service too. I've experienced a lot of Afternoon Teas over the years and this was definitely the best! Pequeño restaurante encantador. Fuimos con 7 de nosotros para el cumpleaños de mis hijos, un domingo por la noche, todavía bastante ocupado para un domingo. La comida era preciosa y el personal muy servicial y amable. Definitivamente volveremos
