The best restaurants in England

We paid a quick visit. The bar was friendly and clean. We ordered Taco's and Chicken. Both were good. The street is quite popular. Could be a problem for parking in the evening. Well worth a visit.

Más de 6 personas detrás del mostrador, no hay muchos clientes comiendo, pero probablemente debido a una elección temprana, solo las 6 pm podría ser demasiado temprano para estar ocupado. Queriendo un shish kebab que fue rechazado porque no lo proporcionaron, pero le ofrecieron un brocheta de pollo con ensalada mixta, pan, tzazicky y arroz aromatizado, que ciertamente creo que tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio. . . . ¡Enhorabuena para satisfacer una preocupación sobre el café local y mejorar las expectativas de los mismos! There's so much on offer - everything is top quality and there's a massive variety of different foods. We shop there instead of supermarkets and particularly love the hand-crafted sourdough and the organically grown vegetables and fruit. You can also get freshly made-to-order sandwiches and fabulous coffee. Then there's the deli-counter - so much to choose from and everything at its peak quality and freshness. Store cupboard and dried foods, herbs, spices, great coffees, local dairy produce. The owner is just delightful and unstinting in his excellent customer service.

Felt relaxed immediately here. Lovely shop items to sell too. Jude is a diamond, incredibly helpful and welcoming. Coffee amazing. The ragu fit for a king and one of the best meals I've ever had. I'm moving to the area so I will make this a regular place for me. Absolutely love it.

I recently purchased a large cake for my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. My whole experience of using this shop has been fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also very patient whilst I was deciding what I wanted. I made my decision and arranged the day/time for collection. The cake was ready and waiting for me and I was assisted again by the very friendly and efficient staff. The cake itself was wonderful and received so many compliments by everyone that was lucky enough to receive a piece. I cannot stress enough just how pleased I was with this delicious cake. I would recommend Cake Box in Wellington, Telford to everyone. Absolutely fantastic, thank you.

This café is NOT closed as at 25/05/2024. I just had an excellent coffee and cake, and I must say that the menu looks delicious, great service and dog friendly too. Will definitely call again.

Fui con un amigo hoy, ya que vi el otro día. Yo vivo en la carretera y pensamos que lo verlo. Realmente precioso por dentro. Muy limpio y que me han hecho un gran esfuerzo. Servicio encantador, amable y cómodos asientos. El café era buenísimo y el dueño era encantador para hablar. Volveremos aquí más a menudo. Una joya escondida de Hastings y calle Leonards.

We had spent some time looking for a cake and coffee stop and found this hidden gem by chance. We came quite late in the day so there was not as much choice of cake as there could have been but the rocky road we had was the best we have ever tasted. Absolutely amazing. The man who was looking after us was so friendly and made our visit very very enjoyable. Thank you

Nos alojamos localmente y caminamos a pub local para cenar un viernes por la noche. Fue una noche tranquila. Gran fuego estaba encendido tan realmente acogedor y un montón de luces de hadas. La señora detrás de la barra también atendió en las mesas. Gran diversión señora muy amable. La comida era fabulosa. Aunque solo quedaba un pastel de cordero por el que pelear. Pero todos nos conformamos con nuestros platos y estaban deliciosos. Gran pub local. Probablemente el área donde los baños están necesita actualización sería mi única recomendación.

Came to Slough from Devon found this gem of a pub. From the second we walked through the doors Tom (landlord) was welcoming, hilariously funny and generous. We will definitely make an effort to come to the pub again this year and hopefully have a chance to listen to the Irish music Tom has arranged.
