My 1st visit with my daughter & we had no idea what to order so our waiter took us through the options . We eventually picked our dishes & they arrived , the smell was amazing & the presentation beautiful. We loved both dishes & would definitely recommend . Thank you 👍🏼

Teas coffees home made cakes.toasted tea cakes run by lovely volunteers,Very unusual to have a cafe in a library !You can read at your table and the village is so friendly you are asked to sit with the regulars,if there is room ! The cakes are delicious,flap jacks and the smaller ones are my favourite but the coffee and walnut cake looked so delicious I took a piece home to eat at two sittings !There is a loyalty scheme

Fantastic food, amazing value. We went out of our way to find this place and weren’t disappointed. It was a real treat, so much to choose from and really generous portions.

I was staying in a Hotel opposite and noticed this bakery. My addiction to sausage rolls got the better of me, the one purchased from here is up there with the best. Followed with a chocolate shortbread very nice. A good selection of cakes and pastries overall. After being a baker for 20 years i appreciate the time and effort put in to make such appetising products. Well worth a visit.

There was a micro pub here called walton dam nation. My understanding is that that place and this place have joined forces and are now called Maggie Mays - there is a trip advisor listing for it under its new name.

Best ice cream in UK. And one of the best ice cream in Europe. Nothing more to say really - it is that simple. If you like and chase good quality food products you should make that effort and go to Chagford to try their ice cream. The village is also a nice spot to go to. It is located on top of a hill.

Only called in for a drink but was pleasantly surprised the place is very small but comfortable, a large selection of beers and wine. After living in Spain for 10 years this is the closest you will get to the authentic Spain. Great staff knowledgeable and friendly will definitely be coming back.

We were looking for somewhere in Brampton where we’d never been before and decided to try Pippa’s. I had the quiche with salad, coleslaw and crisps which was lovely and my daughter had the all day breakfast which she described as epic! It did look wonderful. Pretty tearoom with friendly staff and quick service. We will definitely come again 😊

Couldn’t fault it. All the work is done by the proprietor so be prepared for a small wait. It’s not a fast food restaurant. Breakfast comes clean and not all the ingredients piled up on top of each other. Beans and tomatoes served in a side dish. Buy local and support local is the motto here.

Saw this stall at Portishead Marina, unbelievable sandwich, truly great, was hungry after a 6km run and this was perfect

Hicimos una reserva para un grupo grande y tuvimos un espectáculo. Más de la mitad de nosotros éramos vegetarianos. A pesar de que la comida tradicional es muy a base de carne, nos adaptaron los platos. La comida era deliciosa, realmente inusual! El queso de oveja ahumado no se parecía a nada que haya probado antes, realmente poco convincente y más picante. El gulash vegetariano y la col frita fue realmente agradable. Tuvimos un grupo de visitantes de toda Europa y todos se fueron muy felices. Definitivamente volveremos!
