Couldn’t fault it. All the work is done by the proprietor so be prepared for a small wait. It’s not a fast food restaurant. Breakfast comes clean and not all the ingredients piled up on top of each other. Beans and tomatoes served in a side dish. Buy local and support local is the motto here.

Very close to the best bacon butty I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. Run by a friendly Canada who made us feel most welcome. Will be back.

Lovely cafe, friendly service. She remembered what I like which I appreciate. I have the Home Fries which are amazing. Good price. It’s that kind of service and food which results in repeat visits.

First off, let me say just how clean this place is, Furthermore, they have an interesting breakfast menu including American and Canadian breakfasts as well as traditional English or the 'Millers' breakfast which is larger and more what a proper traditional English should be; Bacon, Sausages, Fried Eggs, a wafer thin slice of Black Pudding, Baked Beans, Tomatos & Toast. I've had many breakfasts here and always been impressed but this time it wasn't quite so good. The eggs, though cooked perfectly wit the yolk still runny, were nearly cold. The rest of the food was good except that as before, they don't use real butter - a traditional English breakfast has to have traditional English butter - not some kind of chemical spread which tastes nothing like butter. One other good point, the baked beans and tomatoes are served in their own small dishes - any breakfast connoisseur knows that they shouldn't be served touching the eggs. Still a good place for breakfast despite mu gripes, but Karen's Bistro across the road is better, cheaper, and closed when I visited!

Called in for breakfast while staying nearby in Starbeck. Quality and quantity both excellent and friendly service. But they excelled themselves in my eyes by being flexible as when I said I was on a low carb diet and could not eat baked beans and toast I was offered extras to compensate. Thanks for the personal service and we will definitely return.

Found Millers whilst out on motorbikes and called in for breakfast! Very impressed with this very friendly social hub where everybody looks out for their neighbours and the Canadian owner, Michael, looks out for everyone! Good food, well cooked and served with care and a friendly word :) Love the slice of orange to cleanse the palette! Great idea! Have been back since with friends and they were equally impressed!

found Millers a little over a year ago and from the very first time we found it one of the best eateries in Harrogate (in our opinion) food is always cooked fresh and nothing is too much bother, Mike the owner is Canadian and has brought some of his ideas about food from there, he has an assistant who, is also very good in his kitchen,

After finding out about this new Hong Kong cafe in the Stray Ferret news, we decided to pay a visit for lunch. The menu was limited but boy, the food was exceptional! We had the fried dumplings and the prawn tempura with curry & rice, accompanied with milk tea. We’ll definitely go back and recommend you seek out.

Stopped at the tearoom for lunch during a visit to Ripon. My wife had the savoury cream tea. It was the best scone she has ever had, delicious. I had the ham and cheese toastie. This was also delicious, better than any offering I've made myself. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice restaurant in Harrogate specialising in Mediterranean food. Very tasty Burek to start and a traditional Albanian dish for my main course. Both very tasty and good sized portions. Attentive and friendly staff. Recommend.
