Descubrimos For Mice and Men por tres migajas viejas (edad promedio de 74 años) visitando Bristol e instadas por un pariente (mucho) más joven a probar comida callejera por primera vez. ¡GUAUU!

Bocadillos a medida y salsas caseras.

Thanks to the sandwich I got at this place I have been stuck in bed for the last 2 days, unable to eat anything, feeling worse than I have in ages. Please stay away! Clearly they don’t know how to cook their food or their hygiene standards are seriously off.

Tim and Vic make an amazing grilled cheese. Cooked to perfection with wonderful tasting ingredients. The cheese was sharp and flavourful! You can tell they enjoy creating each of these sandwiches.

Stumbled across this heavenly mobile eatery at a lunch market when visiting Bristol. They do the most amazing custom grilled cheese sandwiches enclosed in gorgeous rye bread. Have to say it's probably the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever tasted and I'm trying to figure out how I can get back to Bristol for another one!

Honestly the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had. The great selection of cheese and toppings combined with friendly service and reasonable prices makes For Mice and Men the best stop for grilled cheese in the south-west. I'm a regular visitor and have yet to be let down by my choice. Here's to many more visits.

Honestly. Best EVER. Good enough that I've taken to Trip Advisor to write a review for a sandwich I bought from a food stand. The guys that work there are lovely, too :)

Better than the Foos we had in Budapest We had a couple of breakfasts and the cabbage dish. They were all superb, filling and great value. Will be going back next weekend (and quite possibly the one after!)

Top 5 burgers ever... and I love a burger. Great burger and excellent chips. Highly recommended. Clifton is a such an exciting part of Bristol and if you find yourself there and fancy an honest burger you won't go far wrong coming here.

Our experience of Pasture Bristol was exceptional! Not from the area, I was shocked that I had to book so far in advance for a table, but the experience was fantastic. We walked in on a Wednesday in November, and the entire restaurant was packed, this was wonderful to see. We were well looked after, and were helped with a presentation of the available Steaks. The restaurant was incredibly clean, plenty of staff so you’re well looked after, the food was incredibly tasty, and I would recommend and plan to visit again.

Once is probably enough. Visited here with a group of friends on a Friday night. The food was okay but certainly nothing remarkable and you’re very much there for the novelty of the experience of cooking on a hot stone. Once you’ve done it once and realised that it’s a terrible way to cook meat, you’re unlikely to go back. The restaurant is themed as a 1920’s speakeasy style place. Like so many midrange places, they have the usual faux cut crystal wineglasses which are far too thick and feel like you’re drinking wine from a mug. The toilets are nice however, be advised that they’re unisex with only two cubicles for the restaurant, and they’re downstairs.
