Davis's Fresh Bake in Chesterfield

I was staying in a Hotel opposite and noticed this bakery. My addiction to sausage rolls got the better of me, the one purchased from here is up there with the best. Followed with a chocolate shortbread very nice. A good selection of cakes and pastries overall. After being a baker for 20 years i appreciate the time and effort put in to make such appetising products. Well worth a visit.

Really good Pies and Sausage Rolls. Friendly service and reasonable prices. This is an impressive Food outlet. I will continue to buy their tasty Products, To be recommended.

Friendly Service. Nice selection of tasty Home-Made Pies. Minced Beef and Onion , Steak and Potato and Chicken and Mushroom are all worth a mention. I will certainly continue to shop here.

Tried there cornish pasty we wasnt dissapointed tasted like home made full of filling We went back and tried there other pies havent had a bad pastry it's now become our go to for pastys and pies

Easy to miss this place, but to miss it would be to miss out. Nestled in behind the bus stops on Elder Way you'll find this little gem. Proper home made food and some proper flavours. You know, like lamb and mint slice and Nutella chocolate brownies. Beautiful. Price wise you would think it would be more expensive than it is. I stumbled across this place by chance, now you go look for it and seek out it's deliciousness.

Choc brownies are amazing wish I had bought more 1 is definitely not enough lol. The pies food etc are all good quality

We call in most dinner times great welcome from day 1, pasties are really good,great fillings and not the cheap meat you find in a lot of other bakeries, can't recommend them highly enough, visit you won't be disappointed,great food, great staff

We pop in most lunch times now due to the excellent fresh baked food at outstanding prices. The staff are superb and always have a bit of banter to make us feel welcome. Could not recommend higher

Every time i go into town i pop into the shop for something to eat and drink. i recommend the cottage pies and the sausage rolls and salad box too they are all lovely.

Popped in after missing bus, so glad I did, amazed at selection of fresh homemade cakes & savouries. Best sausage roll ever, will definately call in again, many many things I want to try, No 1 will be the hot lunch meals to take out - fresh homemade pies and chips, breakfast cobs etc. Just what Chesterfield needs.
