Anyone reading the purile and infantile reviews that have been written on here recently about Little Yorkshire and Steve’s team, please ignore them. They have been written with the sole intention of trashing his great standing in the community. Just ask the hundreds of people that actually eat there every week. We no longer eat there on a regular basis but, would if we still lived in the UK. We will go well out of our way just to pay a little visit for top grub and cheeky banter. Please support them and enjoy a good feed out. Thank you. Anyone that’s ever eaten at Little Yorkshire will know that the food is great and the staff are awesome. Those of you that haven’t eaten here, you are missing out. One of the very few places in the whole of the Rotherham/ Sheffield area that actually understand what gluten free cookery is all about. Steve and the team always go out of their ways to ensure that my wife, as a coeliac, is catered for properly and doesn’t miss being a practicing wheat eater for once. Thank you all, especially Dee, Erin and Jas for looking out for us. See you soon.

If you're looking for a different experience when eating, then this is your place to go. It was well worth the money because you ended up staying there for 2 hours. Eating and eating, the service was great, and the chap explained what we needed to do, so yes, I would go again.

We googled for a good restaurant in Chard and was impressed by the good reviews for A Tasquinha. We weren't very impressed by the entrance which wasn't very welcoming and had cigarette butts around the doorway. The inside of the restaurant was nice, clean and has a small garden outside. We presume the lady who served us was the owner. She is very pleasant and welcoming and took our orders and served our food speedily. We ordered a tapas plate for starters but when it came, there were no olives as they had run out that morning. However, we were charged the same price. (Sainsburys is 2 minutes up the road!) She recommended one of the specials, a bean, calamari and prawn stew which, for a cold day sounded good but the prawns were undercooked, there were only small very small pieces of calamari and it was beans, beans and more beans which was quite bland. My husband had their 'sausage' special. A tiny piece of sausage with a cooked egg ( he was not asked how he wanted his egg and it was a hard fried egg. I can't recommend the food here

Foodie Heaven ! Amazing experience. We tried the current seasonal menu which was an 8 course taster experience. The menu only gave a slight hint of each course. The food creations we tasted were unbelievable. This is fine dining at its best. Not cheap but definitely worth it for our special occasion. The service was impeccable, very professional and just the right level for this high end restaurant without being stuffy. It's a shame that more people weren't eating there on a Saturday night. If you love food elevated to another level give Whites a try.

Was lovely but not enough snacks would have lik a toasted teacake but not on menu opted for cake it was delicious not too crowded staff friendly and helpful

Went today .not been to Sandbach in ages. Last time we went had coffee and cake in jennys so went this time for lunch .it was a very chilly day nice and warm inside though. Hubby had bacon and sausage sandwich I had bacon brie and cranberry toasty both delicious excellent service and our food was gorgeous if your in Sandbach give it a go it's lovely x

The worst food on the island and horrible rude staff. Made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't finish my meal it was so awful and it also made me quite ill the next day. Avoid at all costs!!!

Jerk chicken and curried mutton were both outstanding. Great portion size!! The rice and peas were perfect

Lovely people were really friendly, but on arrival it was really a smokey and a greesy smell, the sausages were pre-cooked, and cold. Also, to mention, the sausages are not good quality, when you're paying £4 for a butty, you want quality. The coffees tasted like the beans were burnt. I won't be coming back.
