The best restaurants serving African food in England

No puedo creer lo consistentemente malas que han sido mis experiencias en este restaurante. Pedí a través de Uber Eats a las 4: 14 pm, llegué a las 4: 50 pm, y me dijeron que mi comida estaría lista en 13 minutos. Bien, esperé. Después de 13 minutos, no salió nada. Le dije al tipo que estaba llegando tarde al trabajo y necesitaba mi comida AHORA, y simplemente desapareció detrás del mostrador, volviendo para arrojar casualmente mi plátano y mi ñame en una bolsa sin decir una palabra, luego regresó a su teléfono. Pasaron otros 10 minutos, y todavía nada. En este punto, simplemente me fui con mi plátano y mi ñame, dejando los frijoles atrás, porque honestamente ni siquiera sé si habían comenzado a cocinarlos. Y no es la primera vez que tengo que lidiar con este nivel de incompetencia. Una vez recomendé este lugar a una amiga, y ella hizo un pedido de £ 110. Ella ordenó por adelantado, seleccionó una hora de recogida de 2 : 40 pm, y cuando llegamos, el mismo tipo nos dijo que la orden no estaba lista. Nadie nos había llamado para avisarnos, y nos dijeron que deberíamos haber sido notificados. No me fui hasta las 4: 17 pm. El lugar es una broma, y su servicio al cliente es más que terrible. Este restaurante es el peor, y nunca volveré. Ahórrate la frustración y lleva tu dinero a un lugar que realmente valore tu tiempo.

Vine aquí el año pasado CS fue increíble. Vino otra vez ayer, una camarera diferente y su actitud apestaba (chica negra con el pelo corto). Le di a alguien una comida con carne cuando le dijeron que no comen carne, luego nos hizo esperar 25-30 minutos para un reemplazo sin siquiera pedir disculpas por el tiempo de espera. Ella también nos besó los dientes. Clasificaría la comida 5 o 6 de 10. El año pasado, le habría dado un 8, no sé si el chef ha cambiado o simplemente el servicio hizo que tuviera mal sabor. Sin embargo, el 23 peces fue increíble?

Where do I start! The place was nice, comfortable and the music was reasonable (not too loud). People are friendly but unfortunately, the services was very slow at the beginning. Food wise, the pepper soup was one of the best I have had...I can't say the same for the rest of the food. I asked to replace my yam to white rice, I didn't get yam yet I was charged (£5) for the rice. We asked for plastic container to take away our food, we were charged £1 each, unacceptable!!!

Rubbish, expensive but tasteless , All the meals we ordered were tasteless. What baffles me is how tasteless the food here is.

Ordered 2 meals online at 6.30pm with delivery confirmation in 60 mins. Rang to chase order 1 1/2 hrs later to be told driver had left 10 mins previously and should with here in a few mins. Half an hour later (2 hours after ordering) rang back to cancel order as still hadn’t turned up. Next minute driver turned up with order which was cold, soggy and quite frankly disgusting. Not the first bad experience I’ve had with this restaurant but thought would give benefit of the doubt. Sorry I bothered. Will not be ordering again and would NOT recommend.

I made on order on Uber eats which said it was complete but it wasn’t. I called the man and spoke to him nicely telling him about the situation. The man was DISGUSTINGLY rude to me. I was so surprised he was speaking to a woman like this. He refused to communicate with me in a professional manner and did not give me a refund. I am shock with the piss poor level of customer service. Such a shame because I wanted to support a local black business. Never again.
