Ordered 2 meals online at 6.30pm with delivery confirmation in 60 mins. Rang to chase order 1 1/2 hrs later to be told driver had left 10 mins previously and should with here in a few mins. Half an hour later (2 hours after ordering) rang back to cancel order as still hadn’t turned up. Next minute driver turned up with order which was cold, soggy and quite frankly disgusting. Not the first bad experience I’ve had with this restaurant but thought would give benefit of the doubt. Sorry I bothered. Will not be ordering again and would NOT recommend.

We ordered our meal at 5:50 and at 8:40 we are still waiting! Say no more! Have phoned continuously to ask where our meal is and there is no answer. Not enough staff to answer a phone, as a family we are all very hungry and angry.

Absolutely dreadful!! 3 hour wait on food and didn't even have the order when going into the shop. 6 other people went in with the same issue. This place is shocking, had hard rice once before too knew I shouldn't of come back.

4 stars . . . Food was great, really tasty. Would of been 5 stars but it took a while to turn up. I was really puzzled when the driver finally turned up in his liverpool shirt and kept me at the door too long talking about everton and The Leasowe, he talked that much my food went cold before i had the chance to eat it. What was even more puzzling was the fact he was made out of cardboard

Truly awful, ordered online 2 meals. One was supposed to be vegetarian but came with chicken in. All the food was cold when it arrived and later than expected. Avoid at all costs!!
