Shivi, was very warm and friendly. Lovely speedy service as I was in a rush. Nice and quiet which I like. Lovely atmosphere and nice music. Complimentary pasta crisp nice touch.

Had lunch today and was served by Emma S just wanted to comment on her attentive service. Food was lovely as always but her service really made my day, she’s so funny and chatty!

We’ve been coming here and enjoying it for years and always enjoy being looked after by the “original” staff where possible. Emma S looked after us and is a fantastic member of staff and we really like some of the new menu especially the truffle pasta. Just get some decorators in to tart the place up a bit!

What a experience and such a wonderful evening and everything is because of Weronika that has been so helpful and so available to entertain my 2 little kids. Food is so fresh and tasty, very nice pasta. I was with my family in a very busy evening and we couldn’t find a place where to eat, Zizzi was fully booked but Weronika made us waiting just about 5mins to find us a table. Very excited to come back again.

Loved our dinner at zizzi’s this evening, great food and value for money. What made it worth it however was the service we received from Emma S, friendly, professional and attentive!

Popped in at lunchtime, the restaurant was very busy but they were able to accommodate us. The food was tasty and beautifully presented. We did not have to wait long. Our main waitress was Swietlana, she was lovely and very attentive. The two other ladies working were also very polite. We will definitely be back.

We came here for dinner this weekend . The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. The tended to 9 of us and made sure whatever we needed they got us. Only thing is it was freezing upstairs . The kind lady put the heating on for us which did help but it was still chilly .

Good priced and excellently tasting food, good atmosphere not too busy not empty either, our server Emma S was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of all evening.

I recently visited Chelmsford and from the variety of restaurants to choose from I choose Zizzi to grab a bite to eat. How glad I was that I did, the atmosphere was brilliant busy but great. From entering I was greeted by friendly & knowledgeable staff. The menus had excellent choices, the food arrived in good time and the meal was delicious. Great value for money and I definitely recommend Zizzi in Chelmsford, I know I will be going there again.

Her recommendations for the dishes we are was fabulous, Weronika we would like to thank you for making our visit to Zizzi better than we expected. You are an asset to the restaurant and hopefully will be there when we visit again.

Calzone tiny for £16. food mediocre and overpriced for quantity and quality especially the starters, mocktails over £5 and it had no taste at all, toilets absolutely disgraceful state but main annoyance we were a party of 6 adults and 3 kids, we signed up to the Zillionaires club and got code for discount off 6 main meals, the deal states discount for maximum of 6 main meals so we said thats fine we have ordered 6 main meals but they said no we had to have a table or booking of no more than 6!! nowhere does it state you cannot use if there are more than 6 of you sitting at the table, it just states the discount will be off maximum of 6 main meal, its a different discount to the blue light card, manager couldnt be bothered to come and speak to us when we said it does not say that just left the poor waitress to take the flack, my thoughts are they have got it wrong and we will be looking into it further, will not be going back there

Dreadful service. Waited 10 minutes to be served, two different waitresses came outside but both walked back in and didn’t even acknowledge us. It was a Wednesday night and not particularly busy. After 15 minutes we got up and left without anyone even noticing. It’s a shame because I loved the menu and would have spend a decent amount of money with my boyfriend. Had we ordered drinks within 5 minutes we would have stayed but the service was just appalling.

For a Thursday evening meal out this place was good. Quality food; main meal drink and dessert for around £28 and standard service. Would go again but would not be the first place I think of.

Had a lovely lunch with my Mum today at Zizzi, the service was great as was the food. We had a rustic pepperoni pizza with courgette fries and a drink. The pizza was just right, not at all doughy or dry like some thin pan pizzas can be, the fries were great. Couldn't fault the staff or the food, thoroughly recommend.

Visited today and felt I had to write a review on the fantastic service I received from Adam at the Chelmsford Zizzi. He was friendly, helpful and very welcoming despite being on his own covering all the tables. A real credit to Zizzi. I hope the manager sees this review as he really was great and I just wanted him to get some recognition for doing a great job. The food was also really tasty and very hot but it was the service we got was what impressed us the most. Thank you!
