Taking long time to prepare the order , I do not recommend it any more

Ordered food in store at the table, however we have waited for 40 mins but nothing is served. Really poor service. It came to our attention that the store apparently prioritizes deliveroo orders over in store orders. A bad experience overall, especially considering that we missed our train because of the poor service.

We wanted to eat a rich and delicious dessert, and this place caught our attention. The prices are a little expensive, but it is worth it since they are very tasty, the service is fabulous and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Loved loved loved the ice-cream sundae we had here. The service was fast and the atmosphere was really cosy and vibrant. Perfect for people with a sweet tooth. I definitely plan to go back again and again to try their different ice-cream flavours. The coffee Affagato was a perfect combination of sweet and bitter

I like it so much. I order crepes and gelato. So yummy

The waffle was good, the ice cream it came a side only however, it was more delicious than the gelato that came with the crepe’s.

A bit overpriced, but the taste is very good.

The service is slow but the deserts are good and it's really well located in the city centre.

They order didn’t arrive when I ordered it at 9:00 at night and two hours later still nothing the restaurant shut before my order was delivered 😞😞

We had a Ferrero shake and a classic waffle. The waffle didn’t have enough icing sugar and it was bottled lemon juice. It took around 20 minutes to receive the waffle. Super noisy venue.

Delicious desserts, a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the amazing flavors and experience! I’d recommend trying the Creams Sundae Royale—it's a must-try! Generous portion sizes too.

Ordered a crepe at the till with friends, other orders arrived and the crepe hadn't, asked at counter and apparently it hadn't gone through and it would be made right away (no problem, mistakes happen and technology is never perfect). 20 minutes later we had to leave crepeless for another booking. Slushy was nice though.

Oh my god, it's so hard to find places that do 'mr whippy' or soft serve, this place does that and more! So pleased we popped in here for a treat, twice 😋.... Once on Monday and had to go again on Tuesday too it was so good! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the place was really clean, cool decor and air conditioning.... Been again and still fantastic

It should specialise in coffee and desert, but it was cold, McDonald's-style and we had to wait unusual long for two espressos.

Just wow !! We visited the place yesterday. Tried 2 types of waffles - the millionaire one and strawberry and banana one . 2 scoops - coffee arabica and chocolate chip, also one sundae the rocher one !! Everything was fab . The strawberry and banana was our favorite . Prices are very reasonable for the quantity they give and quality is the best . The ambience is good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful a special mention to Maneesh who helped us choose the best . We loved it !!! Must visit !!

Delivered cookie dough with Biscoffs Lotus. You really get addicted to this cream. The dough was a little overbaked in some places, but maybe that was due to the delivery. Next time I'll try it on site and see if it's better.

Absolutely amazing!! They were so tasty just a little bit expensive £20 for the two of us We had a vegan waffle with biscoff sauce and 1 scoop of vegan chocolate ice cream also a waffle with strawberries and cream with chocolate sauce. I would definitely recommend

Amazing food and staff are really friendly. Took my brother here for a treat and we both got a dessert and a milkshake not realising how big the shakes are 😂 they were delicious and the staff were patient when I struggled to decide (I have autism so deciding and being fast takes longer for me) people behind me were getting impatient and the staff gave them a menu and told me to take my time and it was alright. 10/10 food and service

Terrible service and bad ice cream. we got chocolate and coffee gelato, so the chocolate one taste so not fresh like was refrozen not once, and the coffee one also taste not good(

No question about the food. It was delicious. But the customer service was absolutely poor. Other staff were ok apart from the rude small woman( I dont know if she is a manager or what). I ordered a gelato and a millionaire in a waffle. And it happened that I needed to meet my partner and sister in law there who had chips and coffee with them. We were in the middle of our meal and all of a sudden this woman spoiled our experience telling that they are not allowed to eat chips and coffee inside. There is no sign of that rule at all and we are in the middle of our meal. The fact that I ordered from them and we are in the middle of our conversation, and for someone to tell my sister in law and partner to stop eating and I can go with them along with my order outside.we found it ridiculous. And that is not the way to treat customers. That woman spoiled,personally, my experience and would never comeback. If you will not allow food from outside, Post it! Or dont even let them enter your door if you will not give consideration with chips and coffee. I have read previous reviews of this store and we have one thing in common. It's customer service. No matter how nice your food is, if you are rude to your customers, that would taste rubbish.

Pretty overpriced and intensely calorific. Service fairly bad - two of our items from the order arrived, and had been almost finished before the third (a milkshake) came out.

The staff were friendly, the service was prompt and they had vegan options which was great. The cookie dough wasn't the best vegan cookie dough I've tried hence four stars.

Rude. The staff looked frustrated and unhappy to work in this place. The ice cream and crepes are delicious despite the staff not being friendly at all, at least the food paid off the expectations.

It was tasty but disappointed they served my Gelato in a really hot Sundae glass and melted quite a bit when he brought it to the table when I mentioned it the reply was “ well, you’ve got a clean glass from the dishwasher” with an attitude like that was my only option unless it was dirty. They weren’t busy at the time we visited

Best place for waffles and desserts. There is no Bubble tea though it is advertised in the menu. A little bit different to London ones still tasty. Daughter's favourite dessert place to go. Another treat here and loved it.

Very disappointing experience to be honest! It was my birthday today, and my daughter and I spotted this place while mooching around Newcastle so thought we'd try it for a treat. Paid the best part of £30 for two posh fancy milkshakes and the 'Popcorn Chicken Waffle Bites'. For starters the service is pathetic - ordering for starters was a nightmare as the girl behind the counter could barely speak/understand English and I could barely understand her.. Then after the food arrived I went back to the counter to ask for salt, and they looked like I was a lunatic - one of the young staff said 'Why would we have salt in here?' I said "Er - for the chicken..." Eventually someone came with a fingerbowl of salt (seriously..) I also asked if there was possibly any bigger straws, as the tiny cardboard ones were given to us in our milkshakes, and the liquid is literally two thick to go up the straws, so we can't drink them? Answer in the negative, and then they just walked off! 🤷 The "Popcorn Chicken" was basically a couple of chopped up waffles that were lucky to have had one chicken nuggets-worth amount of chicken in PER SERVING. Major rip-off - seriously 🤨 If it wasn't for the fact that this 'treat' was so expensive and I paid on ordering before we got it, we'd have left the lot and walked out. The worst birthday treat ever, served by the most monosyllabic, uninterested and pig ignorant young staff ever...☹

Nice little cafe in middle Newcastle close to metro and bus route. Surrounded by lots of shops restaurants pubs and fast food outlets. Spoilt for choice for desserts, I was like a little kid in a candy shop lol. I picked 2 scoops banoffee and coconut mmmmm mmm. Expensive but worth a treat now and again although service was real bad. Two women sat talking totally ignoring the fact they had customer. Eventually just before I was about to leave someone else came and served me but wasn't friendly at all. The place was clean and tidy. I will go again only because the ice cream was really nice.

Waffles were lovely. Coffee not so much. Service was very poor. Coffee arrived as I finished my food. Dirty tables left, fire escape locked and no advice on how to order. Under staffed especially on a match day. Was a treat for my 12 year old after his vaccination. Improvement needed.

Haven’t visited a Creams in about twelve months, prices are up and choice of ice cream sundaes is down. £8.50 is pushing it, simpler to get a tub of Haagen Dazs from a convenience store in future! Menu was a tatty stained printed sheet on the table. Losing it’s appeal for me.

Went the other day whilst visiting newcastle. Was really nice but one of staff members made a comment to my boyfriend about how he was surprised that he managed to finish the waffle so quickly at the size of it. Felt like a backhanded compliment and if said to another person could be taken wrongly as even he was taken aback at it being said to him.

Stephen was amazing in getting us a table despite it being close to closing, he was attentive and very friendly. Our waffles came quickly and were really yummy, we would come again!

Regret that i didn’t ask the waiter for his name! A blue haired young man was amazing with allergies. My friend has a nut allergy and unfortunately experienced an uneducated waiter at Kaspers desserts and was unsettled to be eating in any dessert shop as the risk was too high. However, when asking this gentleman about the risks that come with a nut allergy in this type of restaurant, he was quick to tell us everything in detail. He even made the extra effort to bring a allergy highlighted menu that made it easier for my friend to choose! more dessert places need educated and reassuring staff like him. 100% recommended the food and the staff to anyone, especially those with allergies.

So I went there after watching a movie craving for something sweet ordered waffle Wich was very nice but the best thing was the the greetings from Steven and the service I really enjoyed my experience will definitely recommend to visit this place because of the great coustmer service

Sundaes and crepes are amazing!! Not cheap, but very worth it as a treat.

We came here after a lovely Thai meal just for a sweet treat. An associate brought a bag with a burger from McDonald’s with him and was promptly informed that he couldn’t eat it in here. The food was reasonably priced and tasted okay, but I’ve been to many better dessert places. We got the chocolate forest cookie dough stuffed waffle. There was minimal cookie dough in the waffle which was disappointing considering the increased price of the waffle. We also shared a Ferrero Rocher milkshake - I had big expectations. Those expectations were shattered by one of the sloppiest milkshakes I’ve ever had with the least flavour. Very disappointing. Still, on a more positive note one of my associates completed a business deal on the phone whilst we were here which was a great finish to the experience.

First time to have an ice cream with my wife and wow when I got my Waffle Royal it came with a massive hair in it my first bite, no apology just hurriedly replaced. Don't think I will be going there again soon.

I really enjoyed my trip here! We had a waffle each, the banoffee one and the Bueno one. The banoffee one was incredible, but I thought the Bueno one was a bit lack luster as it only had 1 stick of Bueno on! The drinks were nice but a tad overpriced, like £5 for a smoothie that wasn't very big. Overall good but a bit overpriced

Never knew how much I needed this place until the hot summer days arrived. Their ice cream selection along with their milkshakes are just amazing and refreshing, my personal favourite is blue bubble gum and vanilla milkshakes 💙 I had to take a star out due to slow service

Very well situated in a corner near the toon centre with big windows to look outside. Polite waitress to welcome clients and sitting on table. Good service and clean tables and chairs. The place it doesn't say much but it makes you feel comfortable.

Nice and delicious ice cream. Good atmosphere but staff need more proficiency to deal with customers. They give no hope of any place to be available in next 30 min we left the place them they call us that one of other customers finished and left and place is available. It was weird.. one of the orders missed and after 15 min arrived! The ice cream bowls need to be chilled before serving ice cream in it, it was so hot and has been taken out of the dishwasher as it melted away the ice cream immediately.
