Waffles were very fluffy on the inside with a nice crispy layer. Good amount of chocolate on that too😋Mexican Chicken Crepe bust so hard, crazy synergy of flavour, highly recommend (and I’m not white)✨9.1/10

Very nice waffles! Loved how fluffy they are and the amount of chocolate! The Mexican Chicken crepe was surprisingly good, didn’t expect it to have such flavour if i’m being real but it did. Coffee itself was pretty good, would’ve just preferred a hotter cup so that it stayed hot, but overall pretty good spot😋😋9/10

Katie was brilliant, the can of Coke for £2.40 was so expensive though

Not a restaurant! It's open onto the walkway and quite noisy. The crepes were stodgy and expensive. Very disappointing ☹️ - don't bother !

The girl who served me was extremely rude and unwelcoming, she had blonde hair in a green claw clip and a nose piercing. Will not return because of this.

It is awesome place for desserts There freshly Squeezed orange juice is most amazing thing you find there . Must try . Highly recommended.

We came here to grab some drinks for our kids, ordered and paid. While we just sat on a table to mix sugar and adjust ice in them, the lady server started giving us weird looks and then came and informed they they are closing, we said we’ll just mix it and go. And as we started to leave next minute, she came with an agressive look on her face to clean the table, where we had left no mess at all, except for an ice cube that I wiped clean before getting up. Absolutely horrible customer service, need to provide better training to your staff and a tad bit of patience. No one likes to pay money to get stern looks and bad attitude in return. Please groom your staff and teach them some customer service etiquettes !!

Went back two days in a row thanks to Wendy! The crêpes were the best I have ever had and the customer service was great. Really good value and quick service. Would highly recommend. :) Plus there are vegan options available :)

First time here. Bought the All Day Breakfast Crepe and it was absolutely lovely. Friendly staff too.

Popped in to Eldon Square for a quick breakfast crepe, what a treat! We were served efficiently by a delightful young lady called Mais, who was full of joy and smiles - despite it being relatively early on a Saturday morning!!

We came in for a quick bite but have found our spot for good and yummy crepes. Love the spot and will surely come back to try all the savory and sweet crepe options.

The girl struggled making my waffle, it stuck to the waffle iron, it was completely split in half and they still tried to serve it to me. Sent it straight back..... They shouldn't serve food that is all butchered The second waffle that they served was the same. Split in half, the outside was very crispy and dry, the middle was doughy Couldn't eat it

I had the finest time at Crepeaffaire in Newcastle; Wendy provided excellent service, the crepes were wonderful (and large), and the price was fabulous. A welcoming cafe. Would recommend.

A favourite of ours. Tasty, imaginative crépes served with a smile. The cafe is open plan amidst the hustle and bustle of Eldon Square, so plenty of atmosphere.

We ordered a crepe, that was delivered to the wrong table. After over 30min of wait, we asked if everything was ok and got shout at by the waitress, making everyone look at us. Never coming back. Crepe is good but definitely not worth it.

I usually stop in here for breakfast when I pop in to town every so often and I've always had a good experience. The food is great and the service has always been good, the only waits I've had for my order were during the few times it was busy so it was understandable. Eating a chocolate crepe at 9:30am is peak adult behaviour, would recommend.

Crepe was cold, microwaved bacon even when payed for extra was a minimal portion, milkshake had 50% cream, smoothie was warm, waffle was warmed up and crunchy, avocado was tasteless, paper on the plate stuck to all my food

Shocking service! Delayed our food multiple times! Sat and waited an extra half hour for delivery and no one even delivered the food. Knew it was a massive mistake from start to finish! Don’t bother!!

Over priced for tiny crepes that are not amazing. Very nice vegan choccy sauce, but ten quid is so steep for what you get.

Ate in and had all day breakfast crepe which was lovely and surprisingly filling, with a pot of loose leaf tea which was really nice. Had a bit of a wait but not too bad considering how busy Newcastle is today

Was gifted while sat down with a lovely panda on my caramel latte, which itself was one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of trying. Furthermore, I don’t think I have ever felt more welcome in a cafe, the staff were extremely accommodating and made me feel like one of their own. Will I come back? Absolutely.

I specially requested a goats cheese, maple syrup and bacon waffle, and i was accommodated to. the bacon was lovely and crisp, and Maisie is a delightful member of staff. i will be returning

Extremely poor and unwelcoming service yesterday evening, I usually come on a Saturday afternoon/evening after shopping and watching sports in the centre of Newcastle but unfortunately I won’t be back - I was spoken to with very little respect and there was a serious lack of effort from the staff who were working last night, they decided to stop serving customers way before they closed and stated there was a “30 minute wait for food” even though the place was practically empty. Food is nice but slightly overpriced I would say and it isn’t the most clean of restaurants and you often wait way longer then you should, but unfortunately the lazy & rude service from staff there means I’ll not be back and will be trying establishments elsewhere in the future, please sort this out for future customers!

Disappointed! Ordered the Berry smoothie and it is dreadful. Watery and full of the seeds. Smoothies are meant to be thicker and refreshing, this is just berries blended with apple juice and no body. What a waste of money and let down. Muffin wasn't any better, definitely a day old. Honestly a joke. Won't be trying them again.

I order from here all the time on Uber eats and it never fails too disappoint, I came with my friend today to the actually shop and the food was gorgeous and the staff were so friendly

I had a lovely service from Wendy and Ella today. The coffee was delicious and one of the best creps I have ever had. Ella was so helpful when we were ordering and recommended us different things. The customer service was 10/10. Definitely coming back.

We often come to Newcastle for a short break (from Scotland) We always come to crepeaffaire for a sweet treat usually, as we love crepes. We went in today and never noticed the card only payment before we ordered. While I sometimes do pay with card, I always prefer cash. I wish people could see the Bigger picture of a world without cash. The crepes were nice and the staff were Lovely but we won't be back as we support businesses that give you the choice on how to pay

Unfriendly greeting from the girl at the counter who said it was MY fault that she gave me the wrong milk. Then ordered the eggs royale crep to be given OFF salmon that you could smell from a mile away. No apology, nothing. Never again.

I’m a regular customer in the branch but have never had an order delivered. Recently broke my leg so had no choice, VERY Disappointed. Milkshake spilt all over not even half left in the cup. The crepe is burnt to a crisp on the bottom and the banana isn’t fresh. Not happy

Visited with daughter for breakfast as I slept passed the cut off time for breakfast at the hotel - oops. Gorgeous crepes, no butterscotch but the maple syrup substitute was great. Daughter enjoyed her strawberry and Nutella one.

Me and my partner called in on Tuesday morning and had two breakfast crepes latte and tea and the staff where very welcoming as we order lovely service

Poor hygiene. The waitress threw the cutlery onto the dirty table, apart from having no manners and common sense, the table wasn’t clean. Napkins were hiding and not accessible to customers or next to tables. It felt uncomfortable eating with the cutlery thrown onto the dirty table. We will not return. And I don’t recommend.

I was expecting bigger croissants, however everything was tasty and well made. Delivery was quick! I will order again!

Poor organisation - unclear seating approach poor services - being brought disgusting cutlery wet and and with soap on. Poorly cooked food. Crepes were to thicker, not cooked enough so uneatable.

Called in on a fairly quiet Wednesday for a savoury crepe and coffee. Coffee was fine. The crepe .... not so much. First attempt was burnt ( how can you burn a crepe? ) and tasted like burnt toast. Took it back and they prepared another. This version was underdone and tasted very doughy, not pleasant. Returned it and got my refund while the young female 'chef' gave me daggers!!! Sorry, it's not my fault if you can't make a simple crepe! First and last visit on the basis that first impressions count and this was a very poor one.

My daughter and I often pop in and the food is constantly top notch we particularly enjoy the mini pancakes. The service is spectacular and always with a smile the staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely a favourite of ours !!

I visited here with my mam and niece, and the staff were amazing. After I had ordered, I asked if I could have the fruit and sauce separate from the pancakes for my nieces order and they were more than happy to do that. Nothing at all was a trouble, all the staff were lovely and the food amazing! I didn’t catch the names of all the staff but Wendy, as well as the rest of the staff were lovely and so accommodating.
