A shop that if you like cheap is good , but if you want good food then no , I should have guessed the quality when they sell kebabs .....but there is no meat hanging in a gyro grill . But comes from a microwave .

Just had our first order delivered and it was super. After moving up to Huddersfield from Devon, my family (who are local) suggested we get some food from Yaadgaars. I am so glad we did. The pizzas were yummy and the fries cooked to perfection. Delivery was fast and the service was great. We did the pizza deal 2 and wow what great value for money. We will definitely be ordering from Yaadgaars again.

I don't know where I start with this place. I moved to Slaithwaite May 2023 (last year) and I love the place. I've ordered Yaadgaar probably 80 times (once a week with a very rare occasion of twice would be fair to say) and I just can't express my love for these guys. They've never made a mistake. One time whilst way too intoxicated I made a mistake and ordered cash when I didn't have any. I was able to walk down and sort it out. I've ordered chicken kebab (amazing), double cheeseburger also amazing, my partner loves the chicken burger, I also love the donner and the pizzas are amazing. Tonight I felt obliged to leave them a review because I ordered at 22:59 and they closed at 23:00. I felt really bad in all honesty but I got a piping hot double beef burger chips and a cola. The service was much better than I deserved at that time and I honestly just love everyone that works there. Thank you Yaadgaar for being my go to takeaway since moving to Slaithwaite. You are 100% on my Christmas card list xxx

Not always answer phone calls when busy. It always happens when younger brother is on his own he can't cope under pressure

Just had the most amazing lamb bindi with roti. The best local curry I've had in years. Fresh with generous portions, melt in the mouth meat. Would definable recommend. Yaadgaar is my new go to place. Delicious 😋

We've just called and had a takeout margarita pizza . Top notch . sat outside and ate it and got complimentary popodom while we were waiting it was behootifull. Can't wait to come back and have another.

Absolutely the best I came across this place going to my mums in Slaithwaite. I live in lepton I travel from lepton to this wonderful takeaway. This place caters for all Indian food the curry's are amazing the pizzas are definitely the best in huddersfield. The staff are so polite and friendly and are always willing to do that extra. I would highly recommend yaadgaar for all Indian food lover

Food was bland, no flavour at all, chips tasted like they had been re fried and general taste of oil & fat. Massive chunk of onion on kebab, asked for cheese on and thought it would be melted but it was all just stunk in 1 greasy lump. Onion bhajis like rocks. Quite costly too so very disappointed. Will not return.

Just had pizza from here. Rang it through for us to come and collect. Was ready in 10 minutes and the pizza was excellent. Really fresh, generous toppings and nice thin base. The guy on the phone was nice too. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Weak curry didn't enjoy.I will try other takeaways in the future. Won't bother with this one in the future the curry was watery and bland.

Normally have lovely food from here but ordered chicken tikka masala for my brother which was so bitter they did swap it however I had chicken bhuna not a tomato to be seen and was very bitter and they wouldn't swap that very disappointed always had great food and service but not this time it's pit is off for good

This was a meat feast! I repeat feast The pepperoni was cut up so small, It definitely wasn’t a meat feast! I also ordered a mixed biryani and again very disappointed hardly any meat and the veg sauce was unappealing.

A good takeaway that offers a variety of foods for a cheap price.

Messed up my order and charged me £5 extra and the driver ended up in golcar when he should be in cowersly don’t know how that happened but okay. The only time they get my order correct is when I’m in slaithwaite 🤷🏼‍♀️ I asked for a Hawaiian and they gave me a meat feast

Popped in whilst working in the area, wasn't expecting much, ordered a chicken tikka kebab. Nan rolled and cooked in front of me, was absolutely delicious, and a bargain at £4.50. Highly recommended, and will definitely visit again when next in the area

Got a take away for 3 people here recently. We all demolished the curries and sundries. The cheese naans are amazing. Delivery was quick too.

Ordered twice from here in the last ten days, curry was very nice indeed as were the onion barjees. The chapatis were good although they had lost their heat by the time they had arrived, maybe some foil required! But overall very tasty and will order again.

I ordered the Mutton Balti Asian Style. This was the best curry I have had in a long while. The flavours were superb......And It actually tasted of Mutton, unlike some take-away's! Doesn't get more authentic than this. Fantastic. Roll on the next one. Thank you, Yaadgaar.

When having an indian take-away we always head to this one. The staff are lovely and the food excellent. We usually have the chicken special, which is spicy and creamy, with naan. We have tried different meals and although very good we always go back to the special. We live too far away to have it delivered but it`s worth the journey.

We have bought our takeaways here for years, the currys are always authentic and the pizza is the best i have tasted, staff are friendly and always pleased to see you. the only negative is that they are not on just eat etc.

This is very much a case of it doesn't look too inviting from outside but it offers very tasty curries. We have probably bought takeaways here about 3/4 times now. As you would expect in terms of menu but reliably tasty. Perhaps pipped at the post by Tuk Tuk at Linthwaite though.

I've had taken food from here for YEARS! The quality is always excellent & the staff are a great help if you fancy trying something different. Would not have a take away in the Colne Valley from anywhere else.
