Awful. The restaurant 's chairs and sofas were filthy.. Even though it was quiet it took ages to be served a coffee and cake. The chocolate cake was very dry and I've had superior coffee at a fast food outlet. Stopped into the Waitrose franchise to buy a loaf of bread - some bread was dated 25th September and after waiting at the till for 10 minutes I left my purchases there. On the positive great range of outdoor plants.

Very poor lunch today Vegetables with sausage and mash potatoes were very over cooked and the standard of the food was poor. Such a shame as used to be a favourite of ours but we won’t eat there again.

The state of the sofas were disgusting. You either need to clean them regularly or have wipe clean sofas. This restaurant once was lovely. I can only assume it is destined to close soon as it just looks like they are running it down. You are paying top prices but not an experience to go with the price.

It was raining so the cafe was extremely busy…..the staff can’t cope, not enough of them. Tables weren’t cleared, which reflected a badly run establishment. My final gripe, a gentleman felt it appropriate to allow his dog on one of the sofas, again adds to how this restaurant has gone downhill. Scones delicious so they have been given the star!

Since the beginning of the year this restaurant has got worse and worse. My friends and I went for a coffee and then lunch very recently. Most of the staff except one very busy young lady taking orders, were very busy chatting by the kitchen entrance and seemed oblivious to the customers waiting for a table. When our turn came a young lady very nicely dressed but completely lacking in customer communication, plonked our menus on a table and beckoned us over. No words were spoken. After a while the very busy waitress came over and was very polite and took the orders. We had decided to have the Caesar salad. This was the most un-appetising meal I have had. The dish consisted of a great deal of lettuce, luke warm non crispy bacon and cubed bits of chicken which were cold and looked as un;ike cooked chicken breast as you will have to imagine. We did not complain to the staff as I doubted much would be done to improve whatever was coming from the kitchen. It was quite a few months since this recent visit as I felt things were sliding downwards then. Compared to the other garden centres around this has nothing to recommend it.

I go here quite a lot….it’s dog friendly and serves nice drinks if you’re not in a rush. Sunday mornings are mega busy and first Sunday in the month is worth avoiding as the Dobbies car holders get x2 free drinks then (ie new month). It’s definitely worth getting the card just for the drinks and for birthdays you get cake too! Anyway, service is generally good and they are great at getting my oat milk mocha extra hot. If I had to pay I don’t think I’d go as often as I do but it is definitely convenient. Great for kids with the play barn but a shame you have to pay extra for that these days. Good range of cake but only 1 vegan option (flapjack).

Went for a coffee with a work colleague and only had an hour to meet. The queue was long so waited for it to go down. I then picked my moment and lept into the queue, but ended up waiting for 15 minutes to get served. The staff seemed to be disorganized and very slow to deal with two drinks orders. Other staff seemed to be lurking behind the scenes doing very little. The coffee was lovely, but I think the staff went to Java to get the beans! Not the place to go if you're pushed for time.

I took my mum out for lunch here today, overall as a garden centre is was ok but there's a lot of things non disabled people wouldn't notice. The food was nice, although they didn't have enough people working so it was rather slow to be served. They were also very friendly. I also really liked the Christmas displays. If I wasn't a wheelchair user I think I would have given 4 or 5 stars. There was plenty of accessible parking, but the car park and the pavement nearby were very uneven. The ramps are very steep, and some were even carpeted. Carpet is quite a difficult surface to push yourself on as there's a lot of friction. The slope of a ramp is important too, it should be very gradual to allow people like me to access places. There were quite a few places that my mum had to help me, if I had been alone I wouldn't have even been able to get in. I think they are assuming that we will always have a carer with us, which is a very outdated view. The majority of disabled people want to be as independent as possible. I only checked out the accessible toilet in the restaurant, it was well below the minimum space requirements so I think it is technically an ambulant toilet. There isn't enough space to turn around, and there's a clinical waste bin in the transfer space. There are two clinical waste bins so this could easily be removed. The emergency cord was tucked away so I fixed it and put a Euan's guide card on it. The toilet roll was sat on top of the clinical waste bin which is very unhygienic, it wasn't particularly clean overall. I think 2 stars is quite generous, if it wasn't for the other features I would have given 1 star.

As a family we used to eat here on a regular basis, as World's End, then Wyevale and now Dobbies. It used to be a serve yourself queue with any full hot meals brought to your table when cooked. It was always busy and worked fine, even if the queue was 5 minutes etc. Now, if you want anything other than a mere coffee you have to go through the rigmarole of queuing to get permission to sit at a table, whilst several millennials continue to ignore you. Eventually we got fed up with waiting and got up and left for another local cafe. We couldnt even get to the "look at menu stage" let alone place an order or wait what clearly has now turned into a very long painful process. Of course once you have ordered food under this system you are somewhat trapped until your food eventually arrives. The cafe was less than quarter full when we last visited and decided against going again. Our advice is just coffee OK, anything involving food consider going elsewhere.....

I asked the you guy standing by the kitchen if I could sit anywhere (it wasn't busy). He said yes. Then, despite continuing to stand there he made no attempt to serve me. Well I'm amazed by the bad reviews of the restaurant at Dobbies Garden Centre, World's End Nurseries, Wendover. We called in today for lunch. The restaurant was packed. Comfortable sofa style seating at the entrance was monopolised by people taking advantage of a coffee and cake deal but we wanted something more substantial and hot. We had to wait in a very short queue for a table to be made available. While we waited I watched staff thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting tables between customers. We were seated near the area where the coffees and hot drinks are made. Service was attentive and pleasant. We'd just missed the times when they serve breakfast so we both opted for battered haddock with chips (£10.75p each). I chose added mushy peas and my Wife chose baked beans. We both ordered flavoured latte coffees. I wanted vanilla and my Wife ordered caramel. I watched the young man make them to ensure that we got the flavours we'd ordered. When they came I can say that they were the best coffees I've had in a commercial establishment – far better than those in well known American coffee house chains. It took a little while for the fish and chips to arrive. The staff were very busy as the restaurant seemed full to capacity even though it was nearly 2PM. We saw several portions of fish & chips leave the kitchen. Each order seemed to be cooked individually. I thought there had been some mistake as the portions seemed so large but when ours came they came with an apology. The large portions of fish had run out so they'd given each of us two 'medium' sized portions. I assure you that their 'medium' sized portions were as large as the 'large' portions at our local chippy. The fish was piled so high it was almost falling off the plates. We knew we couldn't eat it all so we asked for a takeaway box and we brought one whole fish, from each of our plates, home. The food was excellent, well cooked and well presented. As I said at the beginning, the staff could not have been more pleasant or more efficient. I cannot understand where the unfavourable comments previously recorded against this restaurant come from. They certainly do not reflect our experience and we will be returning. Possibly for coffee and cake.

Very disappointed with the lunch today. There were 3 off us and two picked a sandwich, I had a Croque Madame. My Croque meal was ok but the coleslaw was tasteless. My other two friends had sandwiches with chips and coleslaw. The bread was very standard and was certainly nothing special. The chips were what you would expect from McDonalds. There coleslaw was also tasteless. At a price of at least £7 per head it was not as good as it was before Dobbie's took over.

How on earth do management treat the staff here , they are stressed out, miserable, and moany. Tables were cleared but NOT wiped down or sanitised. Lengthy wait for a staff member to appear to take your order. Drinks arrived first and delivered with a firm slam down on table. Food arrived, toasted sandwiches and fries but the soggiest toasted sandwich I’ve ever had and luke warm, then I had to get up and ask for cutlery as they didn’t bring any. Disappointing is an understatement, not value for money and best to avoid this place. Borderline disgusting hygiene.

Not a good experience. I used to visit regularly before covid but since covid it's gone downhill. Lacking atmosphere and customer service. We left without even sitting down. With the current approach of ordering at the table, staff are critical particularly front of house. I feel more staff are needed, along with customer service training to upskill the staff along with a redesign of the restaurant. We popped to The Shoulder of Mutton instead which was excellent..

I went there today for lunch with my daughter and shown our table and given menus and informed someone would be over shortly to take our orders. A senior man was taking orders from the two tables next to us so I assumed this was his section. Our table should have been next. We were ignored. Instead of acknowledging us he proceeded to clear neighbouring tables when all he could have done was take our order, get it queued and then cleared tables. We were ignored and when I asked another waitress she told us they were taking orders in order of entry. There was no one taking orders , 5 staff on floor, tidying, ferrying food but no one taking orders and no one cared. We stormed out, hungry kid in tow. We went to the competitor Chiltern View Nursery 2 mins drive away and were provided good service, acknowledgement and food! Not much to ask from a restaurant. I complained to the Dobbies store manager before leaving and she took my details to ask the restaurant manager to call me back. End of day, the restaurant manager calls. Ironically it was James the restaurant manager who confessed he was the senior waiter in question and swiftly put the blame on 1. covid leading to a change of process where menu's are left on tables so they couldn't determine who had been served, 2. The young lad who showed us to the table who hadn't queued us in the 'take the customer order list ' and the waitress I'd chased on who could take our order. No accountability or ownership of his own part as the restaurant manager and the person who firmly didn't greet or acknowledge the customer as he was serving both tables closely located to us. Plenty of contradictory things he said to cover the fact he plainly lacked the basic service and customer experience and managerial traits required to run a good team, restaurant and customer service. He will be verbally beating up his two young team members tomorrow when the blame firmly lies with him and his leadership skills. Can't blame covid on that one! I shall be writing to HQ , never have I felt compelled to give such a review as this but I was shaking with rage at the experience as my daughter and I were made to feel unwelcome and it made me wonder if it was due to us being the only visibally ethnic customers there. Not a pleasant experience at all. Shame as I pay £10 a year for premium membership which includes two free drinks a month in the restaurant. It was better when it was Wyevale. He offered us a complimentary meal but I declined. Damage done and customer loyalty hurt. Please train and hire the right staff to do the job Dobbies. People who really get customer experience and genuinely care about it and your Brand. Lessons learnt for all.

My husband and I decided that we would go to Dobbies, Aylesbury for a senior's lunch which is on their website and we had enjoyed this before, just before lock down. We were greeted by a very surly gentleman who, without even saying hello, said " Sign in on the NHS app". We did this and then he asked if we were eating and I said "yes, we have come for the senior's lunch". "We don't do that here" he said, "Oh, I said, it is on your website and we have had it here before" He then went to ask a guy who was clearing tables and he very aggresivly said "We don't do it....no no, our tills are not set up for that. " and walked off, We decided to just have something from the menu and sit outside. The waiter came to take the order and immediatly told us all the things they did not have. I ordered a hot roast sandwich and my husband a burger. The waitor just walked off and then came back and said, "We don't have any hot roast sandwiches left" I ordered something else and then we sat and listened to other people placing there orders only to be told, "we are out of that" The food was ok , but 1 jacket potato, a burger , coffee and a can of coke was over £21.00. We will not be going there again. They need to train the staff on how to represent the group in a better light and not treat customers like they have no right to order food on the menu or even be there.

The Tuna was like a slick of brown sludge. It looked like cat food!!! Looked like a nutri bullet had been used!!! I took one mouthful and nearly spat it out!!! As did my friend. Brake Brothers finest sandwich and baked potato filler!! Ordered cheese and pickle. My friend ordered gammon. She asked for mustard. Her second sandwich appeared with a strange "snot like" sauce!!! Apple, apparently!!! Where was that mentioned!!! She couldn't eat that sandwich either. So.....never again. My friend had to go to the toilet a short time after we had eaten!!! I visited this Restaurant for Lunch. The garden Centre and Restaurant recently got new owners. Under the previous owners I would recommend the Restaurant but not now. We were seated but waited an age for someone to take our order. The person who I assume was the Manager was barking orders at the rest of the staff. I think someone should tell him that this behaviour does not create a pleasant dining experience. In between shouting at other members off staff he was going to a fridge behind the counter taking out a sandwich, partially eating it and then putting it back into the fridge. At a time when Hygiene is so important I am not sure this should be happening. We ordered Fish and Chips. Two plates of Fish and Chips were placed onto a counter ready for serving. Ten minutes later the The plates were still on the counter. They were eventually served to us, unsurprisingly the food was cold. We sent it back. After a quick trip to the microwave it was brought back to us. The peas were hard and horrible, the chips were awful, the fish was very small and was nearly all batter not fish. Batter and chips would have been a more accurate description than fish and chips. Avoid this place.

Took advantage of the government’s “Eat Out To Help Out” deal so booked an Afternoon Tea for two here. We’d already visited for a cuppa since the centre re-opened after lockdown so knew how COVID friendly it is... hand sanitizers everywhere, masked staff, well spaced tables, wiping down everything after each customer etc.Another nice thing about it right now is that as the children’s play area remains closed, you’re able to enjoy your visit without having to fight your way past badly parked buggies or shout to be heard over screaming kids and parents It was nice, as you had to book your afternoon tea, to see your name on a reserved table. Traditional afternoon tea fare and I have to say it was very nice, and also that the staff were very friendly and attentive. However, we were a little disappointed in a couple of respects....I) the finger sandwich fillings weren’t as advertised when you place your booking and definitely seemed to be cheaper alternatives (but nice anyway, as I said).II) the scones were tiny (almost bite size in fact). If we’d had to pay full price we’d have been disappointed. Somehow you felt that they had misconstrued the “Eat Out To Help Out” scheme to mean 50% off of the portions as well as the price But, it’s a well run COVID friendly restaurant so definitely worth further visits - but maybe not for the afternoon tea

Giving Dobbies a chance to "bed-in" but so far this garden centre/restaurant is not a patch on what it was before. (We're fans of Dobbies elsewhere in the country and like to visit for coffee/lunch and browse/shop too.)Good points: Dog friendly area in the cafe. (We used only to be able to sit outside). Still some good concessions such as Pet Shop. Maidenhead Aquatics, Walter Smith-Butcher, EWM, Costa.Disappointing: - Poor quality cakes in the cafe/restaurant - don't taste homemade any more - artificial flavourings? Disappointing change to "over-60s" lunch offers. Also not very much choice in the way of gifts/decorations at Christmas time. (Used to do a lot of gift shopping here). Very few gardening gifts to purchase at Christmas - mostly just tinsel, chocs, biscs, etc. Centre cold and poorly lit at Christmas. Departure of Craghoppers/Regatta concession is unfortunate. Change from bonus points scheme to vouchers is less good..I want to like it, but... what are their long term plans here?

Each year for the past 9-10 years my family kicks off the Christmas season with our annual trip to worlds end garden centre that are famous in the area for their Christmas display and Christmas market that has been growing in scale every year. My children both look forward to it massively. They can't wait to go round the winter wonderland experience and meet Santa in his grotto, ride the rides and stuff themselves with savoury treats. We would spend most of the day at the centre visiting all areas. This year as every other we made our visit (yesterday 01 Dec). We headed straight to the winter wonderland walk through. On our way there we could see that things have massively changed, and the rides had gone! The stalls had gone! The Christmas cheer had gone! We then join a queue to head inside to be told that we had to wait almost an hour to go in for a specific slot that we had to book! "If we checked the website we would know" I was told abruptly. We decided to wait so we would not disappoint the children any more than they already were. After killing an hour of time in a poorly decorated very cold centre that used to be full of Christmas music and joy and lights, we got to go in. We discovered that the displays were just the same as last year, just recycled from what had been seen before. The previous management tried to refresh it every yearOnce we got to the climax of our visit (seeing Santa) we had to wait in line to fill some bags of with Reindeer feed. In the line, I heard a member of staff on a walkie talkie say that they were fully booked for the day and he bragged about throwing people out who were on the wrong time slot. I felt pity for anyone who showed up after us.Then seeing Santa, what should be the highlight, we go past a row of black gazebos and are ushered inside one, there are some modest decorations and a father Christmas whose beard that will barely stay on. Credit to him he was a lovely gent that did a great job in a bad situation. The worst was that we could over hear several other Santa’s at the same time in other Gazebos with the material thin walls. This was not lost on our children who asked us about it afterwards. Thanks for that Dobbies!!!!!!!All in all, a really disappointing experience! Did I mention that the price had gone up and the gifts were substantially worse than the previous years? Very poor indeed! Can we just put this down to new management that got it wrong? Can I give Dobbies the benefit of the doubt and return next year to see if they can get it right?Afterwards we drove to a local town, had our Mulled Wine, Bratwurst sausages and doughnuts, money that could have been spent at Dobbies. Please fix this for next year or we will go elsewhere. I am sure I am not the only one who is far from happy. I suggest you fix it or you will see lots of others going else where as well.

We often come here for Lunch on a Friday or Saturday and in the past the food was excelent but sadly since changing to Dobbies the food has gone down. There used to be at least 6 or more choices on the menu as well as the jacket potatoes and wraps and sandwiches. This Friday there was the usuall Fish and Chips, lasangue, Mac and Cheese, a salad and steak pie. We opted for the steak pie, the pie was the same but I think the potatoes were a packet mix and only frozen carrots and peas. Normally there used to be a choice of potatoes and vegetables, there wasn't even a choice of peas or mushy peas. Not many cafes or restaurants serve seasonal veg and it was great being able to have a choice of what I call proper veg - ie broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and fresh carrots. Sadly frozen peas and carrots are the usuall sad alternative, many older people enjoy fresh proper veg and to find somewhere that serves them is a bonus. The chilled area where the sandwiches and childrens choices was practically empty at 12.30 and cake stands displaying single pieces of cake. Also staff have changed and it was strange not to have the usual helpfull happy bunch of people who couldn't do enough for you, sadly the whole restaurant atmosphere was lacking - it just seemed very depleted. I also had problems reading the menu, being disabled I normally sit down and read it from the table but it was written so small I couldn't see it. I understand there will be teething problems but to be honest the whole Garden Center was very empty and depleated - barley any flowers and the entrance through the covered area was not very colourfull and pretty empty. It used to be a dazzling display packed full of beautifull flowers and a rot of colours. We may come again to see if the food has improved but I certainly don't look forward to the experience. Looks like we will have to find somewhere else for our Friday Lunch.

I know they have changed hands but unfortunately the menu and food have gone downhill the bread has changed the menu selection has dwindled. Of my visit today the only thing that was nice was the banoffee pie and the Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Crisps came with my sandwich but unfortunately I just got the crumbs from the bottom of the bag.

This venue really does supply excellent food. Yes it may not dish up a huge selection like some of the local restaurants, but what they have daily is excellent value. A quick tip: Arrive just before 12 or after 1pm.

I used to visit World's End frequently but in recent years have only visited the Costa on site, as the restaurant was so poor. I popped in for a snack today as it is now owned by Dobbie's, hoping for a big improvement. There was a very limited and dull menu and I had a dry and quite tasteless cheese scone. I have never seen the restaurant as empty over a lunch period (it was 1.15pm) and the entire garden centre was quiet, with so many staff but so few customers. Oh, and Costa appears to have gone. How I wish World's End had been taken over by Blue Diamond instead!

A regular loyal customer, in popped in for supplies from Maidenhead Aquatics. They were great as usual. I then headed to Walter Smith. I picked up a few items. For a reason completely unknown to me, the man behind the tills headed over and aggressively told me I couldn’t leave shop without paying! Which I had no intention of doing.

This is the second visit in 3 weeks, we were in a rush as going out shopping but hadn't eaten so we only came for lunch. We visit regulary and usually always have lunch, we know that we won't be dissapointed with the food and as per the norm the food was very good, lots of choice and brilliant service. Its always very clean and staff can't do enough for you. I really can't understand the bad review of a few weeks ago. We go out to eat a lot and lately have been very dissapointed with several establishments in the area and not that far away. This is a garden center and as such you don't expect fine dining - having said that the food is on par and better that some pubs in the area, the fish and chips are normaly cooked to order and arrives very quickly and is superb, hubby is very fussy with his fish and chips and says this is the best he has had. Pies and pasta bakes are also very good and lots of selection of Jacket Potatoes. Cream teas and cakes are also top quality.

I have been to the café here many times as I live very close by. I have been going for almost 10 years but in recent years it has gone rapidly downhill. the café is very loud and is more like a school lunch hall. There is a nice play area however there are not many food options. I came here with my family on Mothers day and saw that near closing times they were throwing away SO much food!! Everything that didn't sell but was perfectly fine was being tossed in the bin. Not impressed.

By choosing a garden centre one must be fairly open to the type of service one might receive. However having been to a few Wyevales, I did not expect it to be so disjointed and slow service. There appears to be two queues, one for hot and one for cold food, so one person cannot queue and purchase both types of food. At 12 noon I would have expected more than one person on the cold food, bearing in mind they may have to "toast" a sandwich and also make hot drinks. Quality of food was fine

I visited with two small children and the Winter Wonderland was nice. We wanted to have lunch and joined the long queue at the restaurant well before 11.30am. At 11.30am they stop serving breakfast and start lunch at 12pm. This somehow leaves you in limbo for half an hour, when you can't have either. Very odd organisation. We left.

We have been visiting the winter wonderland for the last couple of years it had been fantastic. Until we visited yesterday, what a disappointment. The winter wonderland has halved its size there is no story to follow as you walk round and is not looking very good. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait for santa, we dreaded the wait but we had promised the kids we would see santa so decided we would wait. Whilst in the que parents would leave a couple of there party while they nipped off to the loo with children needing to go which is totally understandable. The wait was only around an hour so we thought great, until the guy in front of us waits until it's his turn then says to the elf "oh, I don't have my family they have gone off to the play centre whilst I que for them". He phoned them and 5-6 minutes later they stroll in one after the other I think there was around 5 children and 3 adults. The staff thought this was totally acceptable everyone behind me in the sue was complaining too. This is not how you teach children to wait there turn and this was not acceptable. Whilst waiting the children plant a magic bean which santa puts in his magic cupboard and at the end of the visit he opens it and the bean has magically turned into a small Christmas tree which on the way the children get to decorate with baubles and ribbons. The children in this party and the adults then moaned because they didn't have one and made there way back through the exit to go and get a tree. Rules need to be made for the que, toilet breaks are understandable when it comes to children but not queuing and going to the play centre then coming back when one person gets all the way to the front is not right. I would not recommend visiting if you have been previously and seen how good it was you will be dissappointed. I cannot comment on the restaurant as we have not eaten here for quite some time due to wrong meals being brought out and items already being cold when brought over to the table.

Called in for breakfast with a group of friends. Won't go back again. Breakfast items all displayed on the hot buffet-style counter, but they have a curious way of dishing up. You order and your breakfast gets brought to you later - surely it would be far simpler and quicker to serve you there and then rather than keeping you waiting? Breakfast didn't come with toast - surely an important part of any fry-up? Coffee was OK but what a faff ordering, and embarassing to watch the staff treat the elderly man ahead of me in the queue with no respect. At least one of our group was brought something completely different to what he ordered and when he queried this he was told "that's how we do it here". Food was OK but nothing special. Atmosphere - well, it's a huge shed in a garden centre.

I am writing primarily about my visit with three grandchildren (3,5 and 7) to the Winter Wonderland (WW) on Sunday 3 Dec (as a Granddad). At £3 per child I think it's OUTSTANDING value - the best I have ever seen and I would recommend it unreservedly. HOWEVER, we went there planning to see Santa and narrowly avoided a VERY long wait because we overheard one of the staff telling the people next to us that their decision to choose only WW was a good decision as it would avoid a 2 hour wait for Santa. We immediately changed our plans to drop Santa and go to WW. I have HUGE sympathy for Jock2017 who did wait and was upset, so I would STRONGLY recommend that WEGC adopt a simple but clearly informative system of signs saying "1.0, 1.5 or 2 hours from here". People can then choose - as we did by accident. FINALLY, we had the childrens' meals with 4 items plus a drink at £4.95 which I thought was fair and reasonable. Soft Play was excellent but I think it should be included FREE if you are eating there.

Visited here several times during the course of a few weeks whilst visiting in the local area. The Garden Centre and associated shopping outlets are very well presented and offer good choices across a variety of merchandise, ranging from the obvious garden related items, to clothing, an excellent awarding winning butchers, fresh fruit and veg stall and, in addition to the Centre's restaurant, a Costa Coffee outlet. There is plenty of parking available - just watch out for the odd pot hole! The Centre's restaurant offers a wide and good selection of food and snacks. One minor gripe is that it is very popular and, at times, gets very busy resulting in some tables taking a while to be cleared of the previous occupants crockery etc. That said, overall the staff are very friendly, provide good service and the food is very good.

If you want to clear a table yourself to be able to sit down go here ! The staff were useless , no team work , no one was clearing tables and they forgot to give us a cup for our tea which received a finger in before passing it to us( picky I know but after my experience today!) . There was no organisation at all , I’m so disappointed as I’ve been here a lot and it’s usually not too bad . The food itself was okay . But the staff really frustrated me , more worried about catching up about the weekend probably. I know a lot of elderly people use the garden center to eat at and they were having to clean tables them selves it’s just horrible to watch , when asking a member of staff if he could sit down she said yeah and walked off not even going back to give him a hand or wiping the dirty table for him. Breakfast finishes serving at 11.30 but lunch doesn’t start until 12 so you’d expect it to be clear. Far too much staff and not enough being done .

When I offered a chicken curry I expected it to be made out of breast meat only to be faced with grossly fatty, dark chewy meat taken from the legs, wings etc. I had to pick out as much meat which wasn't stuck to another part carefully but it resulted in having a curry with mostly sauce. This was delicious but although I'm away that breast meat is not as juicy or tasty as the other, I just can't face grissel in my mouth. A very unpleasant lunch.

The main negative aspect of this restaurant is that I cannot take my dog in - although it does allow (too many) screaming brats (children) in. These (usually) noisy little people should be confined to one area of the restaurant so that other people, who don't want to be pestered by other peoples' children in a restaurant, can eat what is always a good 'home-cooked' healthy meal, in relative peace & quiet. Why do people with children think it is alright to allow said children to ruin other peoples' experience in a restaurant?
