Estuvimos en Londres por 3 noches y fuimos a comer la primera noche y la tercera noche! Nuestra ubicación de Airbnb está cerca del mercado Borough. Tropezar con este lugar mientras camina por el barrio. Pedimos 4 tazones con diferentes tipos de fideos y salsa. Mi favorita es la salsa de ostras. La menos favorita es la salsa de frijol negro, que es demasiado potente. Me encanta el mío con fideos de arroz y salsa de ostras. Volvimos la segunda vez y nos llevamos esta vez. Les dije que se pusieran un poco de luz en la salsa debido a la experiencia de la salsa con exceso de poder. Resultó un poco demasiado suave, aunque todavía decente. Recomendaría seguir con su cantidad predeterminada de salsa (excepto la salsa de frijoles negros). En general, buena porción y sabe fresco y bueno!

Stopped for a quick take out. Quick, friendly, efficient service and waited only 5 or so minutes (it wasn’t busy) from order to food. Cooked there and then, big portions and very good. Don’t change it! Will use again. Food pot - medium/black bean noodles/chicken/bean spouts/sesame sauce

You pick/select your ingredients from an open display before its handed to the chef on the wok. There are different sized options all served in large/medium sized paper cartons. This time I had the small sized using courgette spirals as the base food and added chicken and cabbage and beansprouts, onions. I personally prefer without the choice of sauce which is added whilst its cooking. also the egg, which the chef throws in makes it a little soggy. I also asked for less oil.

You select your own ingredients and they hand it directly to the team of chefs working in the room who cook it on furnace-like woks. Very good value and delicious

We went to this establishment with a pretty serious craving for noodles and were not disappointed. The food was delicious with good variety and fast service. You can sit in or take out but we would very much recommend eating in as the atmosphere is great.

There are 4 options on the menu. Be advised: the number of red chili icons indicates the degree of spiciness. If those options don’t suit you, you’ll be choosing your noodle, protein, veggie and sauce. Best to come when your decision-making power is at its peak! The location on the outskirts of Borough Market is ideal if you don’t want to battle the crowds. A ‘regular’ bowl should be plenty to satisfy even the hungriest appetite.

Pub crawl from Waterloo to borough market ended here...among the best noodles I have eaten in a while. Tasty, Plentiful (loads of beef at the bottom) well priced. 8/10 would recommend.

Sorry to say, if there had been other options I would have left it... the one main redeeming factor is that it was open after most others had closed. Our order was mixed up. Still tasty, but a mushy mix of all sorts, and hers was much spicier than she had been told! (We swapped!) Over priced for street food, sorry. Cheaper/better options elsewhere.

We had forged our way through Borough Market, assailed by wonderful sights and smells and arrived at Wokit at the edge of the market, we knew after glancing at the menu that this was the place for us and were not disappointed. fast friendly service, and substantial and tasty dishes were soon enjoyed. great food and a colourful vibrant experience.

After the boss cleaning tables for us, grand-daughter taking an age to plan her menu, daughter ditto, me having dish of the week, we sat & had a lovely crunchy meal - very buzzy all around, brilliant atmosphere!

Lovely concept that Australia has mastered and the UK is experimenting with. Love the pick your own wok combos. Food super tasty. Service awful! Asked to mix chicken and prawn..... computer says no! Asked for a few different vegetables.... £1.50 each!!! Really. It’s Borough Market so they get away with it but no repeat biz I’m sure.

Really excited by idea of making choice for own fresh wok dish. Not so many choices to have good seating but place was full or you just take it away in paper bowl . You have the ingredients for free and as well pay extra. My choice was not good enough and got too much sauce in bowl having more soup waiting time very reasonable, disappointed when not having rice noodles . Located just in Borough market at London Bridge.

I like the concept very much - choose your noodles or rice, meat or seafood, vegetables and sauce, they fry it up and voila, but the prices are clearly a giant rip off and the guys frying no nothing about what goes together and how to present it.

Bei Wokit kann sich jeder Gast sein Gericht selbst zusammenstellen aus einer großen Auswahl von Nudeln, Reis, Fleisch, Saucen und Gemüse. Die eigene Wahl wird dann im Wok zubereitet. Leider bekommt man sein Gericht nur in Pappboxen serviert. Das Essen schien frisch zu sein, aber mein Fleisch war leider nicht durchgebraten und innen noch roh. Geschmacklich war alles okay. Es gibt nur wenige Sitzplätze und das Restaurant ist eher für To-Go Essen geeignet.

This was my first time at Wokit and I’m incredibly sad I haven’t been earlier. I went with the chili pot on the menu. My dinner was perfect and I can’t wait to create my own dish next time.

Pick your choice of base (rice or noodles) then protein type then vegs and sauce and they cook it there and then all nice and fresh. We really enjoy it - particularly with a drink in a plastic glass purchased from the Wheatsheaf next door!

Wok It was an interesting experience. They offer a wide range of fresh and tasty stir fry options. You can choose any type of noodles from courgette curls to sweet potato, a sauce, alongside fresh vegetables and a protein (beef, chicken, tofu, salmon prawns etc.). You also have the pleasure of watching the chef's fry your chosen meal in front of you.

A great place if you are after some street food. Food and portion sizes were great. The reason why I have scored four is we got there about 8pm and I had got the last large portion of egg noodles. My husband who wanted egg noodles and had to have something else. They had also run out of pork and curry sauce. This was a little disappointing as it was a Saturday night and not that late on into the night. However, what we did have was lovely

Un gran bar/hubo salteado de fideos en medio de mercado Borough. Su personal es muy amable y tenía un montón de opción para veganos y comen carne. Volvería a ir si yo estaba en la zona, sería bueno ver un poco más! Espero volver pronto!

Es para comer al paso, uno se arma su propio plato, con diferentes opciones de ingredientes y salsas. Es muy rico y abundante, pero algo caro para ser comida al paso.

Me parecía en este establecimiento, pero aunque muchas veces me visita Londres todo el tiempo, me había taaan mucho donde elegir en el mercado Borough abierto aire comida, sinfin que hayamos perdido. Sin embargo, hice un reconocimiento de los alimentos frescos en el mercado y decidimos no repetir la Pad, que había tenido el mes anterior y cola hasta almuerzo mu. El menú es sencillo, y sin pretender que es comida barata, creo que es una excelente relación calidad-precio. Mi base de fideos de huevo, carbohidratos fue enriquecido por la dulzura del cerdo como mi opción de proteínas. He añadido mixta pimientos y brotes de bambú para el Crunch y textura y luego costó elegir la salsa para este para ser cocinados. Yo tristemente descartado el Teriyaki Salsa tamari, y la más caliente de alubias negras - BARBACOA para Coco Curry, que era la recomendación de la señorita que me atendió, hermosa distractingly. My wife and I went to this "little" restaurant not once, but twice, while on vacation in London. We were looking for something different in Borough Market and this place caught our eye. The food is fresh and healthy, while really tasty. Many different veggies and meats to choose from, all cooked in a wok, so the wait isn't long and it comes in a handy container, easy to eat from. The owner noticed us the second time we went. We told him it was one of, if not, the best meals we had in London. I would recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Great food at a great price cook quickly from nice people. Can't get any better than that.

It is a small cozy little restaurant where we can prepare our own choice of noddles. The guys who work here are friendly and also the ambience of the restaurant is really good and warm.The food served is tasty and is completely value for money also they serve various types of noddles and I had egg noddles which were really good.note: also you should try the juices which they sell

Lovely little take away with a small amount of seating in borough market! You choose noodles/rice then protein, veg and sauce! It was absolutely delicious. They even have broccoli or cauliflower rice! Perfect healthy option in a busy market.

There are a great range options for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike with a great array of sauces and fillings from their noodles, to the vegetables and the protein options. The smells and the flavours are incredible. Their staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and explained that their sauces are home made and their produce comes from the market.The only downside is that there isn't one closer to me - please expand!

My third visit to Wokit. Friendly staff, fresh food cooked just for you. My choice today was delicious, chicken, noodles, and freshly made black bean sauce. You would really have to go a long way to find such tasty freshly cooked food. Thank you wokit.

Day trip to London, obligatory visit to Wokit for lunch. And it's still Fab. Fresh, full of flavour, friendly and filling. Tried the tamari-chilli-maple sauce, marked as 3 chillies so I asked for it not quite so hot. It's become my new favourite.

fancied something warm as it was a cold night to sit down and eat before a private view at 6pm. All produce displayed in front of you to choose from and get cooked in front of you. My wok cost £9 which was expensive I thought but was the best I could find in the area.

Great food options, build your own bowl with ingredients you select, and options for gluten free diners as well - all done quickly without sacrificing taste. All in all, even with all the dining options at Borough Market, I'd return again to have lunch there.

Wokit blew my mind in its original produce while keeping to a comforting method. Want noodles, but want to try something a little more exotic : try the sweet potato and buckwheat noodles. Add some kale sprouts and fresh salmon from the market and boom.

OMG, for me personally, the best freshly cooked stir fried noodles EVER.So many eateries to choose from in the market and surrounding streets but so glad we decided on Wokit.Basically you choose your noodle/rice combos, adding in meat, fish or additional vegetables, tell them what sauce you want and the chefs cook it in front of you in the wok. Simple, fresh and you choose exactly what you want to go in it and then just sit and enjoy! Would recommend the egg noodles, chicken, their basic vegetable mix and added additional mixed peppers cooked with the coconut curry sauce. Totally delish.Added bonus is you can help yourself to hot Green Tea from the urn, free of charge.

Stopped by this place for lunch while shopping at Borough Market. The food was simply amazing. It was cooked fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend! Would absolutely eat here again if I was to return to London.

I am a regular at Wokit. Though I find the prices a tad high, it is more than made up for by the quality of the freshly cooked, steaming pots of goodness and the wonderful service. It is always a highlight of my day and the friendly, efficient folks who take and deliver your order are a ray of sunshine. Keep up the good work!

Really enjoy coming here for lunch. Very tasty and fresh, no wonder it's very busy! I like the salmon and veg, have yet to try all the sauces, but there is a good choice. It's my choice when I'm feeling healthy!

It's so simple but so tasty. The best stir-fry around, and the perfect way to get a quick, healthy lunch. Although I love the bustle of Borough market I avoid 1:00-2:00pm as there can be quite a queue. Each to his own, but chicken in black bean and BBQ sauce on noodles gets my vote. And they're nice people as well. What more do you want?

Wokit is a great lunch option. Go early to beat the queue. Basic idea is you pick rice / noodles and then the stir fry toppings you want. All freshly prepared and really tasty. A few seats inside, otherwise take away while you browse the market.

Popped into Borough market at lunchtime on our way to the Shard. Stopped off at Wok It as had passed it on a previous occasion when looking for a particular stall. Well... I was blown away, the food was amazing, delicious fresh produce, very tasty, and plenty of it. I went for the standard 'egg noodles, tofu, hoisin sauce' and wasn't disappointed. Had to queue for about 20mins, so would suggest getting there early, before you get to 'hangry'. But all good things one to those who wait! So looking forward to visiting again next time I come to London!

We have really enjoyed our rice and noodles. The menu is extensive and there are many options for fussy people like myself. The food came very fast and we were able to get a seat outside on the street where there was a great atmosphere on a lovely warm evening. I believe the food to be very good value and really enjoyed one of the juices I chose.

Must try, it was an awesome concept. Build your own noodles, great vegan options too! It was very good value for money. London can be so expensive so it is nice to find somewhere like this which is such value. Cook everything fresh in front of you, so fun to see if it's your food they're cooking. The staff were all excellent, I can't remember his name but there was one young chap who was so attentive and briefly asked us if we are enjoying London (we are very clearly Scottish) 15th/16th of February we were there. Can't remember the exact dates.

i am a big fan of chinese/japanese food. i tried this place as its right at the heart of borough market and caught my attention. Ordered the standard combination--medium pot of noodles with chicken and veg(9 pounds for lunch). when i sat down to eat, all i could find was a box of tasteless, ugly and expensive pot of lunch. Avoiding this place now...

Visited here last year with my friend and we both thought it was fantastic. We went again this weekend, and again the food was phenomenal. Highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area! We have told all our friends about Wokit too!

I had a large noodle box and I want another!! You can buy from a pre-set list or 'build' your own box.....Thought it'd hold more spice than advertised for what I built but it was delicious!

Pour manger pas trop cher le midi (comptez environ 9 euros la portion), très frais et très bon. On choisit tous ses ingrédients (viande, accompagnements, sauce) puis tout est préparé sur place au wok traditionnel. Il y a quelques places assises à l'intérieur et dehors. Très bonne ambiance au coeur du Borough Market. Très prisé à la fois des londoniens et des touristes, il faut faire un peu la queue mais ça vaut le coup !

The place is lovely! The food is tasty and made with the fresh products from the borough market. Highly recommend it! The place is very busy usually it takes up to 2 minutes until you get your food.

Japanese noodles freshly made tastes good and healthy. They have gluten free food. If you want to enjoy Japanese-style noodles then thats the place where they will make the food in front of you. I have tried the vegetarian pod with spicy BBQ souse (contains egg) with Lemon juice. Its a delicious light meal.

Fast food, done well. Choose your base, protein and sauce, add a bit of extra veg and you have an easy meal in the chaos of Borough Market, without the stupid wait times. The large pot is enormous, and at under a tenner not bad value.

It's alright if you are passing by and looking for some quick noodles or rice. Factor in the location and how rammed it gets on the weekend, you can see how they are able to set a high price for the food.

Rude staff and rocket prices. 9.50 for a rice with chicken? Its fast food, with basic ingredients, for sky high prices. I know borough market well. Will go elsewhere in future

Ate here during a trip to the Borough Market. The build your own meal idea is really good, there are so many choices, something to suit everyone. The chefs work with serious efficiency, its really impressive. None of that would matter if the final product didn't taste good, but it was delicious.

Kiedy zwiedzaliśmy Borough Market, szukaliśmy miejsca na szybki lunch. Nasz wybór padł na Wokit i była to bardzo dobra decyzja. Dania przyrządzane są na oczach klientów ze świeżych produktów. Oczywiście nie jest to elegancka restauracja, bo za stoliki służą skrzynki ;-) ale ma to swój klimat. Za niewielkie pieniądze najedliśmy się całą rodzinką. Jeśli ktoś lubi makaron (lub ryż) o smaku orientu to polecam!

I go to Wokit most weeks, as the food is just excellent and the service second to none, and so friendly. Pots of deliciousness, noodles and rice, with a choice of vegetables and sauces, I tend to go for the Chilli Pot, the heat of which changes from day to day, a bit like padron peppers, the really hot ones are out there somewhere. Only drawback, it gets really busy on Saturdays.

Browsing Borough Market can get quite (wonderfully) overwhelming, so make sure when it comes to finding somewhere to eat you don't miss Wokit in Stoney Street, or their noodle and rice pots. Friendly, fast service, good choice, delicious fresh ingredients and a pleasant place to sit and eat. Excellent.

Excellent you can now choose between container sizes. More very fresh noodles, and delicious fresh vegetables, with choices of fresh meats and fish, or vegetables. I topped mine off with black bean and BBQ, tasty does not come close.Many thanks to the staff at wokit, wish you would open one in sunny Margate.

We came to this place after hearing from few friends how good it was and I must admit I was left a bit disappointed.We were 4 friends and 2 of us got burned rise/noodles. The flavour was indeed extremely tasty but you could feel the burn taste...Not sure if I would come back...

Il locale non è un vero e proprio ristorante, diciamo più un take away con alcuni posti a sedere.Potete scegliere tra diverse combinazioni di noodles o riso, tutto cotto al momento. La base, con verdure e salse costa 7 pound poi potete aggiungere manzo, pollo, maiale o salmone o ancora altre verdure a costi aggiuntivi.Diciamo che con circa 9 pound si riesce a mangiare un più che abbondante bicchiere di noodles con manzo verdure e salse.Il locale è sempre strapieno, ma facendo un po' di fila si viene serviti in breve tempo.Decisamente un ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo per mangiare a Londra visti i costi.

Il locale è bello e accogliente, ossia attira la persone ad entrare per capirci meglio. Tuttavia, il wok non è all'altezza, costoso e senza una personalità. Parlando prima del costo, spenderete 7 pound se non aggiungete altre verdure che costano 1.50 pound l'una. Io ho preso quello con salmone e teriaki, sfortunatamente il sapore d'aglio copriva il tutto... A distanza di ore sto ancora a digerirlo. Peccato prometteva bene, ma sembra che sia il solito locale da fighetti senza sostanza.

Great place for a quick lunch, tried it twice, the first time I ordered teriyaki or something, strong flavor, loved it. But the second time I tried the curry udon which was very bland, vegetables were still raw after cooking. Will definitely go there again next time to try some other options.

In Borough Market and wanting something different for lunch we decided to try WokIt. Surely the queue means it must be good? Well, yes it does. Very good in fact. But the queue also means you have to wait. And wait we did, but stick with it - it is worth it.Simple, clever concept – choose your noodle or rice, your meat/fish/veg and your sauce, then watch it sizzled up in the wok and handed to you in a large cup for takeaway or eating in (there are some, but not too many, seats inside). Staff are really friendly, food’s good and it had a real buzz about the place. Would recommend.

I ordered chicken, broccoli and teriyaki sauce with rice. The food is made with ingredients from the borough market, made very quickly and it tastes as delicious as it is fresh. If I am nearby I will definitely stop by again.

Located next to Borough market and a short walk from London Bridge station of the London underground train network. After a busy morning sight seeing and looking through the market next to the restaurant. I was drawn into the restaurant by the wonderful look of it and the great smells coming from it and I am glad I was. I have travelled around Asia extensively and have eaten at a lot of street food stalls, but WokIt beats them all, with some truly great, tasty, filling food. The experience was very enjoyable and was talked through the menu by the staff to help me choose my base (spiral courgettes, egg noodles, Buckwheat & sweet potatoes noodle, etc.), meat (tofu, chicken, salmon, etc.), Vegetables (Pak Choi, peppers, etc.) and sauces (tamari-chilli-maple, soy, etc.). They also accommodate for allergies if notified and get their ingredients directly from the market, so the menu is subject to change depending on what is currently in season and being sold on the market. Once selected it was prepared and cooked in minutes and served with a smile. Overall excellent and a great place for fresh, healthy and tasty food where you can sit an do some people watching on the people moving around Borough market. Although beware it can get busy at peak times (Lunch time) but it is worth the wait, great food, great service, great value and great location.

We visited yesterday. It was my wife's birthday and we were returning to our hotel. Eat anywhere was the offer but we had seen this in the morning while walking around the market. Eat anywhere and she chose here! Boy are we glad we did.Service was excellent, staff friendly and attentive down to free fruit from the market they had been given.We love noodles and street type food. We have eaten in many places and cities. This was just about the best such food we had eaten. Quirky atmospheric location, fresh, tasty, filling food. Not airs and graces just great food, great service, great location.

This fast paced Noodle Bar really blows Wok To Walk out of the water. At Wok It the staff are friendly, the ambiance is great and the service is very speedy.The concept is straightforward, you choose a 'base' which consists of egg noodles, spiraled courgette, cauliflower rice and my favourite sweet potato and buckwheat noodles (gluten free too!) and many more. Then you include a meat, fish or tofu then choose your veg. All of the ingredients are fresh from the market and they also have a special vegetable ingredient which changes from time to time. You then can choose your the sauce you'd like to have on the dish and they're all very fresh and tasty, with some flavours you may have not tried before like Tamari-Chilli-Maple Sauce.I've been once a week for the last few months and cannot say a bad thing about it. It does get very busy from around 12.30pm so do get there earlier!

I'm a fussy eater, currently obsessed by the Paleo diet fad so I was overjoyed that I could get sweet potato noodles at Wokit. I was impressed by the positivity of the staff who whipped up my noodles in record time. I was a bit hangry so I was happy that the food was ready so quickly. However I do have to caution you, Wokit is addictively good, if you visit once you will come back!

Wokit is a great little noodle bar nestled on the edge of borough market. It has a whole range of noodles and veg to choose from- including some sweat potato noodles which I had never had before ... delicious! You can either build your own dish or opt for one of their great recommend pots. All are stuffed high with fresh veg sourced from the market daily. I'm really disappointed as I really liked the ambience and style of Wokit and the service was good, but after eating there yesterday I have now got food poisoning.It could be the way that they store their meat, in the little tubs- all day long. The chicken tasted a little bit old but I thought I was being paranoid, apparently not.

Visited the market and saw the que from afar...when it stated to pour I figured a hot bowl of noodle would hit the spot. Chose your base (variety of noodles or rice), sauce and optional toppings (proteins, veggies) and you're done!

This is a great concept and judging by the queue its working. Simple menu structure so you pick your rice or noodles, add some meat or veggies and finally a sauce. The lass taking the order stuffs the ingredients into an oversize (American) coffee cup and passes it back to two guys doing the woking (interestingly they were not Chinese I believe) and a few minutes later its back in your cup piping hot and tasty as hell. I had red potato noodles/beef/sesame with extra chilis-definitely a winner. The boss had rice/pork/black bean and that was good too. I expect if I go back in a year there will be more wokking stations and a hoard of lookalikes with real Chinese doing he wokking.

Wow, fresh, delicious, did I mention how fresh it tasted. Great size portion, staff very friendly. Good value for money. If you like noodles, its a must visit.

Cooked right in front of you with fresh ingredients. Good choice for vegetarians and cater for intolerances such as gluten and egg. They do spiralized vegetables such as carrot, courgette and also do cauliflower rice if you want to make it really healthy. Can make the dish spicier for you if you request it. Big portions but still quite pricey compared to some of the eateries in Borough Market. Very small place with only around 6 tables to sit down.

I go to Borough Market often, but had not heard of WOKIT, until I read it on the Deliciously Ella Blog. My son and I went today for lunch! It was excellent!! I have a gluten allergy, and it was wonderful to have a gluten free teriyaki sauce! Great value, and great food!

Husband found this little place on the Borough Market website. He likes noodles and as it was his birthday I let him chose. And what a fab choice it was too! Choose either noodles or rice, add meat, extra veg if you want it, pick a sauce and it is stir fried before your very eyes, delivered fresh and piping hot in only a few minutes. Delicious! Really friendly staff, clean venue and excellent value. Eat in or take away. Think I may have found my must do place for lunch when we visit London!

J'ai adoré... En famille avec mes enfants, nous avons visité bourough market et son ambiance. Puis cette enseigne où la commande se fait dans la rue: des cups (tops) avec nouilles ou riz, des compléments (poulet, porc, canard, boeuf et saumon ) et des légumes divers à choisir et selon les prix. On additionne le tout, et on choisit la sauce. 5 à 8 mn après, la cup est prête. On mange sur place ou on emporte. C'est copieux pour 8 à 11 pounds. Vraiment sympa et l'ambiance du marché.....

Fantastic gluten free lunch by Borough Market. Super friendly service and charming storefront. Custom noodle dishes with options to please all. I had rice noodles with duck and assorted veggies. Delicious. It was easy gluten free takeaway for me to eat while my family walked around the market.

This is a winning concept. Pick your noodle (5 or more choices) or rice (three choices) then add the veg, protein and sauce that you want. Find a seat while they stir fry your little bucket, then it's brought to your table. Great lunch alternative to the market stalls. Richard is rightly proud of his first restaurant; I won't be surprised if he has a half dozen locations in a couple years.

THIS PLACE!!!!! Looks super inviting from the outside, fun sign and decor, love the fun crates as tables - so clever and inventive! The girl who served me (with the curly hair) was absolutely wonderful, really helpful, so friendly, smiley and polite! The chefs were friendly and professional also and I just LOVE the fact that you can see the food being prepared and cooked right in front of your eyes, especially as the produce is from the market - doesn't get much fresher than that! Not to mention the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, definitely some of the best noodles i've ever had and i love the fact that it's still piping hot from the wok when you're given it - only a two minute wait so very speedy as well - you can take the food straight away or sit down and eat it at the place. I think it's such a clever concept with just the right amount of choice - not too limited but not overwhelming. Totally LOVE the fact that you're able to make healthy (& vegan) choices if you wish, but you can still bring your meat eating friends that aren't so much into healthy eating too; there really is something for everyone. It's also perfectly priced - can make it as cheap or as expensive as you want depending on what you order! Just basic noodles with some veg and sauce is £4 or so, which considering you get a big big carton, and it's all fresh produce, cooked in front of you, I think is seriously good value! The staff and owner who started this little noodle joint should be incredibly proud of what they've created! Can't recommend it enough!
