Wonderful Sunday lunch, with great service and ambience. They even very kindly rustled up some final pieces of pork left from the day's roast to add to our delicious tartiflette. Thank you!

A wonderful gem in the heart of Bexhill. Five stars - Ambience, service, food and owners Sean, Sharon & staff who were very welcoming. I traveled from Florida visiting family and went twice in one week for dinner and Sunday lunch. Their menu changes every month with a great selection for all dietary choices. This is a must visit when you’re in the area. See you again soon :)

Had our best meal ever and they are always good! Beetroot roulade starter was so delicious and original . Camembert starter super! Local crab was delicious as main and olive tapenade salmon was very tasty. Crab was locally sourced too. Desserts - superb - fresh fruit pavlova and rhubarb fool with gluten free shortbread. Gluten free was easily catered for. This is an independent restaurant with lovely owners and staff. Best to book if you can. Afterwards you can have a walk on the seafront! Such a treasure of a place in Bexhill.

Super cozy little restaurant!! Highly recommended. 👏 Personal treatment, home-cooked food, fine service and a very good atmosphere. Still not particularly expensive. The rhubarb dessert was absolutely amazing! The only thing is that they don't take cards - so bring cash.

Thank you for a super Mother’s Day lunch with a treat of chocolates for the mums! That was an unexpected surprise. Roast lunch was tasty ( we had turkey ) and gluten free options are always appreciated. The spiced cauliflower vegetable is worth a mention as is the extra gravy! Great staff - always there with a smile! Desserts were delicious - loved the lemon meringue, the crumble, the marmalade sponge pudding and the Bakewell tart. Always a variety of choices on the menu. Would always recommend booking as they get busy. Thank you!

Wickham Bistro is a great place to catch up with family and friends for a coffee or food (all freshly cooked on the premises). A definite 10/10

Unfortunately we can only go there on Sundays, what can I say, the food is fantastic, the owners are wonderful to say the least, hospitable, really lovely, guys you have to go and taste the delicious desserts made by them

My wife and I took a friend out for Sunday lunch (on 10/12) at the Bistro and had a great time - the 'feel' of the place was very welcoming, as were the staff and the food was great. We live in the Midlands (our friend lives in Bexhill but wasn't aware of the Bistro) and booked, based on other reviews that we had seen on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed - thank you Wickham Bistro!

Superb Sunday roast with some really nice unusual vegetables like roasted beetroot and onions. All desserts homemade and delicious. Would definitely go again.

Had been wanting to visit the 'Wickham bistro for some time, so finally booked a table for Sunday. It's a lovely quirky place with great ambience. We had the roast beef & chicken both were very good but my only criticism would be more green veg and a serated knife to cut the beef. Very good service in a relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be returning.

I was stood outside in the pouring rain and the owner of the Bistro offered to lend me an umbrella! Very kind! So, I bought a frozen Persian Lamb meal, apparently the customers' favourite, and I'll review that when eaten.

Found this on trip advisor and tried it on Friday morning. What a great place for a brunch or lunch with a Middle Eastern flavour and great staff. We had brunch and both eggs Benedict and florentine were delicious. Good coffee too

The welcome in this bistro was very friendly. We were advised by the owner on what to choose. We ate some very original marinated salmon and a huge, very tender steak with green pepper sauce. Fabulous desserts! We had a key lime pie, and a Banoffi cake. I had never tasted them and I was very satisfied! This family run Bistro is a real gem! Food is great quality home cooked fare with Mediterranean or North African influence. Having said that the Sunday roast is my favourite. Very friendly staff and well worth a visit - must book in advance though.

My family of six enjoyed a wonderful Sunday lunch today that was excellent value. The roast chicken, belly pork and quiche were all superb, all home made and the portions were large.
