Beautiful building with lovely atmosphere, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was a bit hit and miss but we did come in and order shortly before kitchen closed so we won't hold that against them. Will definitely come back again (a bit earlier next time)

It has taken me a while to bring myself to write this review, but it still annoys me how terrible our day was, we travelled down to be with family and be part of probably the worst Christmas day that any of us have ever had, this was meant to be a memorable one for all of us, no doubt it will be but now for all of the wrong reasons, Greene King ruined Christmas 2024 will probably be the subject in our homes for many Christmases to come, and In my heart of hearts believe if a company tried to mess things up by doing the worst that they could possible do, it still wouldn't be as bad as our Christmas Day 2024,

What has happened to pubs not serving real ales ! Plenty of lagers and ciders but no real English pale ale... Really, come on

This was such a nice place to be when the previous manager took over , sadly now he’s gone it’s gone rather downhill , hopefully a new manager will be put in place and get it back in order but obviously won’t be until after the festivities.

Good selection of drinks and friendly staff, however a soft drink cost £4.30. That's more than it costs at Wembley Stadium.

Had a great Christmas meal for 17 people, no complaints, staff were brilliant, friendly, accomodating and efficient. Turkey was beautiful. Great atmosphere and a lovely clean pub, will definitely be back. Thanks

We had a Christmas party not everyone arrived at the exact time, food was being bought out without asking if we are all ready first, starters that was bought out if someone hadn’t arrived yet the food was just placed randomly on the table, main dish was hardly touch by anyone had not one plate emptied, I left half way through the evening as was not impressed. Worst meal ever

We booked the White Hart for our Christmas Party Meal for around 20 people. We gave our orders well in advance + add on a week prior. However, a few days before we were due to attend, they called and informed the manager had left, in which we can appreciate it is a struggle when a member of the team has left. This resulted in a lot of confusion in the orders on the day of arrival, and some orders were incorrect and resulted having to order from the main menu. I am saddened to say we encountered several issues that we feel need to be addressed: Starters: All starters were served simultaneously, without any prior check to ensure we were ready for them, we were still waiting for people to arrive which resulted in cold starters for some. Chicken Strips: These appeared to have been left in the oven for too long, resulting in an overly dry texture. Main Course (Roast Turkey Dinner / Turkey Brie Burger ): The Brussels sprouts and parsnips were under cooked, making them difficult to enjoy. Gravy was sparse and rather thick. The burger was overcooked and lacked visual appeal, which detracted from the experience, the turkey in the burger was very pink and lacked flavour. Resulted in the majority of plates not empty. Dessert (Cheesecake / Brownie): One portion of the cheesecake was still frozen when served, the base of the cheesecake was the texture of sand. The brownie was overcooked. We were the only main table having food within the pub at this time as well. As this was our Christmas meal, it was particularly disappointing for everyone who attended. Unfortunately, many of my colleagues have expressed that they would not be inclined to return for food in the future due to this experience.

Today we had my dad's funeral wake in the barn area . The staff were helpful and outstanding. Helped us to set up a display area of memories and photos . The buffet lunch was really good , fresh , homemade sandwiches and all the food was nicely presented . I would strongly recommend Ye Olde White Hart in Frimley as a venue choice. We will certainly be back ! Thank you

Genuinely one of the best services I've experienced. We were a table of 14 with kids and lots of orders flying around and the staff were helpful, calm, and pleasant. Made it a really enjoyable experience

Great customer service and a banging guiness.

A bit more expensive compared to other pubs in the area but a good pint of Guinness and live football to watch pretty chilled laid back atmosphere aswell which is nice

Visited this pub for a family meet up and the what lovely experience locals were friendly staff were polite and very helpful and the food well that’s on another level proper decent even had a karaoke night there on a Saturday night really good recommend this pub for every occasion will definitely be travelling to go back there 100%

This is a pub with a welcome and one that deserves to thrive, a place to relax in a very friendly atmosphere. The burgers were excellent and the best chips that l have tasted.

Nice enough pub but be carefull.... beer was very expensive and after stopping off for a drink and parking my car I have now been issued with a £100 fine. I remember the time when pubs wanted customers and didn't sublet their carparks to 'euro car parks'. I used to call in regularly on foot so didn't think about parking... maybe my mistake but will no longer be returning.

Lovely looking pub inside , the food was great and drinks reasonably priced with drink deals . Staff were helpful . Big car park for convenience and close to the station.

Exceptionally lovely staff and a great atmosphere!

I booked a party at the Olde White Hart to celebrate my 50th birthday! The room was great, atmosphere was brilliant, room was big enough and the new manager snd chef were helpful and accommodating (both before, during snd after the event!) I couldn’t have asked for more. They were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The room at the back is an old barn, high ceiling and the structure is visible which adds to the charm. Permanent dance floor and its own toilets (although the cubicles are a little small) and it has its own wheelchair accessible entrance. I had a great time and so did my guests. The band was also treated very well by Dave and they had their own place to set up. Great night and great pub. Happy to call it my local!

Food was very good, it was hot, tasty and value for money. However, felt the wine was overpriced. Would definately recommend for food.

I’ve had a Parking Charge Notice from this place as I pulled in to meet friends but they changed the venue. There was nothing obvious in the car park to say I had to enter my Number Plate inside the premises or I would have.

I really enjoyed my visit to The White Hart. The food was yum and looked so good. The assistant manager and the short blonde female server were fun and friendly and knew exactly how to interact with their customers. Thank you both for a super enjoyable catch up with friends.

This is a good pub. A big bar, always plenty of staff, so it never takes long to get served. A good selection of beers and spirits. The management know how to treat their customers so you’re always in good hands. I haven’t eaten here but the menu looks good. Lots of screens so it’s a great place to watch a game. Thumbs up from me 👍🏻

Another visit while visiting family in hospital as convenient free parking , staff were helpful and pleasant food hot and delicious and drinks cold and refreshing . Always comforting sitting in the barn area after a stressful day a lovely old building and well presented , We were told that a refurbishment is imminent and look forward to popping back to see the out come although I believe it’s next year sometime .

Lovely atmosphere. The servers were lovely and quick. Good music played throughout the night and lighting is comfy inside and outside. Will definitely be a go to place for food and drinks.

The food was disappointing & really poor. We visited this pub early evening for food. A party of four. My parents order the senior meals - fish & chips. Myself & my daughter ordered from the main menu. The pub was not at all busy at this time. The girl who served us was friendly & polite, but the senior meals served were disgraceful. The fish was a slither & I genuinely mean a slither (1 inch). The batter was burnt to a crisp and served ontop of about 5 chips. I had to check what it was!! We understand the portion was smaller than the normal menu, but not at the expense of the quality of the food. The chef should have been embarrassed to serve up that quality of food. I wish I took a photo. We received a refund for the two senior meals. Never would we re-visit this pub. If this is the quality of food being served up, I am not suprised people chose to stay at home! Save your money and eat at home....

I honestly can not believe why anyone would or could ever write anything bad about this pub, new management yes but boy what an improvement, caz the landlady made us feel so geniuly welcome, and Dave well what can I say, his joke need an upgrade, but seriously back to the old school management, about bloody time

I cannot give enough recommendations about this place,the staff,especially the landlord,were really helpful and friendly, we also both enjoyed our meal and service was great,very family, and dog friendly ,see for yourself.

Website said disco evening on so booked to have meal first. Very quiet when we arrived, only one other table with people eating. We both ordered hot honey halloumi flat bread, when it came started eating but the halloumi which was supposed to be hot and grilled was cold and hard! Could maybe understand if kitchen really busy but was dead in there. We had to keep waiting for ages to find any member of staff to order drinks and tell about the food. Eventually we got new plates of food, this time with hot halloumi. We asked the bar staff if there was a disco happening because it was still so quiet. She had to go and ask and after ages came back and said apparently it was cancelled last minute!! So why weren’t more people turning up thinking it was still on? Very strange. Very awful disappointing evening there so got a taxi to a great pub in Blackwater with a band on and had a brilliant end to evening. Will not be going to the white hart or greene king again even with my blue light discount. Big thumbs down!

Had a lovely meal in this pub, the bar staff were generally really friendly, the food came quick and was really tasty.. and also very good price ..

We went in to ask if they were still serving lunch, they said yes,I asked if we could use the conservatory they said yes. I had liver and bacon on a bed of creamy mash surrounded by peas with a thick and flavoursome gravy (delicious) My friend chose Chile concerning and was asked if she wanted extra hot. It came with natcho's and rice Well presented lovely hot plates and two very clean dishes. I would definitely recommend the food and. the server was attentive but not pushy. 5/5 for both. Give it a try.

Really friendly staff and a great option of drinks

I stumbled into this place to escape a rainstorm and it surprised me at how much bigger it was than it appeared on the outside. The decorations are nice and it's a good place to wait out a rainstorm but not sure I would go on a normal day. The staff didn't really seem like they wanted anyone there and there were not very many gluten free options.

had a snazzy pint from my bestie scott on a night out catching up with a friend. slapped harder than will smith. prices are reasonable. manager is lovely. service is excellent and staff are welcoming and great to banter with whilst working when the volume of customers are lower. has darts and. pool table also which are sweet on a night where you want to get competitive with some mates. parking is solid too, despite being a tad cramped and signs are obvious for reminding you must enter your registration once in the pub for the free permit. great time here, would recommend to all.

Met at The White Hart with family. Elderly relations were treated respectfully, food was good and staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a place to revisit.

Really well run place. Dave the manager is a lovely approachable man who clearly wants the best for his pub. We did a 30th birthday at the pub and the buffet food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

If I could give this a zero star I would. This used to be my local and since it has gone under new management it has gone down hill in quick fashion. The quality of food is appalling. The wait times to get served is just as bad. They're overcooking food. They even try and sell you a "chicken shwarma" using store bought cold meat chicken slices with a bit of sauce on a cheap bit of flat bread (see pic). One of the staff even tried to say I had to pay for hot sauce. The list is endless and we will not be coming back here.

Food and drinks were great. The service was amazing also - was served by a lovely Scottish guy called Cameron, really brilliant service!

Haven't been here for over 6 years, so I decided to pop in for a quick lunch. I had the Katsu Chicken Curry dish, and it was very nice and a good food & drinks menu.

This is a proper pub. The staff are friendly, the food smells amazing, and the building is absolutely class. Plus they had dogs behind the bar, who are clearly well-looked-after and lovely.

We stopped to eat on the way to Weymouth, the fish and ships were a success, a complete plate and adequate quantities and all this with a service from the waitresses of 10.

6 Nations on , so I booked a table. I'm glad I did it was busy. Nice clean pub and looks like one when you walk in, staff we're friendly and not kept waiting, great atmosphere from regulars and pop in types like I was. Beer was fresh, our table was nicely placed for the TV screen. The order of food didn't take long and served Hot and was very tasty, yes we had puddings, sorry to say with chocolate, "there goes the diet" thoroughly great afternoon, well worth the visit, you even take your pet, plus there's a car park which you book in after arrival at the bar. This is a really nice pub, hopefully I won the raffle. Thanks .

It was a special occasion for us, I never base too much on food quality, but I took a Gammon which I hardly find in Italy, and it did not impress me, veggies were not to talk about, and the place is ok'sh

Zoe and the team did an amazing job at a memorial I had organised for a family member that used to frequent the pub many years ago. A private area was roped off. The food plentiful and an excellent standard. The whole team could not have looked after us better. I would thoroughly recommend this pub and have had a few lunches there prior to the memorial. All of which was excellent and great value. Despite I’m not local I will definitely pop in for lunch again.

Went with my girlfriend we had a great meal and played the quiz. Pub was busy and the staff were really friendly. Just remember you need you put your car reg on tablet on the bar

Waitress more interested in playing with her phone. Got drinks order incorrect. Ladies toilets disgusting. Two wirhout locks , third mess and loo role all over floor. When I mentioned to staff they were not interested . Will definitely NOT recommend!!!

Great evening made to feel welcome

Very much a locals pub but there's nothing wrong in that. Always busy which is good. The one detracting point is it's a Greene King pub with their standard set of drinks. They're so ubiquitous that it gets a bit boring. Lots of screens showing sport so that's good.

Visited this pub a couple of times and decided to try it for New Year. The atmosphere was great! Really relaxed atmosphere but the New Year's party was also there. The staff were really friendly and the Landlord was really nice, very welcoming bloke.

We went there for the first time and all my guest were very disappointed with the 3 course Christmas dinner.

Great food and Service. Was also able to stay over in my Campervan too - just ensure you type you reg into the machine in the pub! Stayed over on a quiet midweek night so can't comment on Atmosphere but the quiet and calm was welcome - football on too. Good Guiness!

Food was mediocre to say the least and it was quite as well. Service was ok and better in the evening when we returned for drinks.
