Pub local apropiado, muy buena comida estándar del pub - tenía pollo schnitzel que era crujiente, caliente y sabroso, y mi marido tenía gammon, huevo con patatas fritas que habían sido retirados del menú en un pub favorito anterior - servicio rápido, bebidas traídas a la mesa muy rápidamente. Solo los inconvenientes para mí eran pedir a través de la aplicación de mesa que es conveniente e imagino que hace la vida para el personal y la cocina menos compleja, pero realmente elimina las interacciones personales que hacen una muy buena visita. También alfombras muy cansadas y parcheadas con cinta adhesiva, pero eso no es mucho para pagar con el fin de mantener un lugareño adecuado. ¡Gracias León Blanco!

El dueño del restaurante cobra erróneamente el costo de la comida y el servicio extremadamente pobre. Nos cobraron £ 2 cada uno por el agua del grifo que se proporcionaba gratuitamente en el pasado. Cobraron el pan pitta £ 2 cada uno que está incluido en el juego de comida.

Si pudiera dar cero lo haría, fui el otro día a escuchar al propietario increpar a otras personas que visitan regularmente! ¡No profesional ni garantizado mientras esté con la familia! ¡Deshonra! Si este es el estándar de su gestión no volveré

Excellent food and good staff. They asked about my allergies and took it on board. They ensured that I was happy the way the food was prepared. Lovely lovely day.

This is one of my favourite places for a meal out. There is Italian, Indian, Thai, and Tapas. Places with high quality cuisine, and popular places with good food at modest prices.

What a fantastic place, landlord landlady and atmosphere were fantastic. Can’t wait to go back for a beer.

Delicious food, good service, friendly staff. If a friend who was local hadn't taken me here I would never have found this hidden gem even though I have driven past it many times.

After a 45 minute wait, husband finally arrived home with supper, NOT, a disgrace, fish looked like a Birds Eye piece of fish, chips were uncooked, phoned, complained, not wasting another minute today and will return said food tomorrow for a full refund…. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money!!!

Never reviewed a whole village before. I was disappointed mainly by the lack of availability of parking. Couldn't find a car park. The coop was time time limited, eventually found a side street but a good walk away.

Cosy, welcoming pub in the village of Westbury-on-Trym. Family run. Service was very friendly and attentive. Sunday lunch was delicious (although would prefer veggies in separate bowls rather than piled on one plate). Beef was beautiful, plentiful veg and a great variety. Bit more expensive than your average pub but well worth it.

We have visited Al Fresco this evening. Our food was exceptional. The service was 10/10 and the restaurant itself was airy, smart, vibrant. We had the best service I would say anywhere. Due to the Covid 19 we were concerned about social distancing but Al Fresco were so good. Everything in place. I can't praise it enough. How on earth we have never visited before is beyond me. BUT we WILL definitely be back again.

This cafe does not usually do take aways, but because it it closed as a cafe due to the covid 19. it has opened up for take away food We ordered jacket potatoes with salad they were the best we had ever tasted.Beautifully presented in a box with loads of fresh salad. I t was such a generous portion .I have been here several times and the food is excellent. Clean place, pleasent staff, quick service . This is the best cafe in Westbury- on- Trym and not to be missed.and all very reasonably priced.

I booked for 25 following a funeral locally. The buffet was absolutely brilliant. Plenty of food and lots of choices. Everyone who attended commented favourably. Highly recommended.

Warm environment and good food .Spend night or two there. We are locals and have spend many a great night at this gastro style pub,They have good offers on food and drink and the cosy interior makes you feel relaxed .Rog ,Max .

We had a lovely Sunday lunch with the family. Staff all very pleasant, place was clean and good choice of food. Roast pork was excellent as were all the other dishes. Would definitely go again

This is a very pleasant village, part trendy, part Boho. We went to Bonzo's for lunch (see my review) and then trawled the many high class charity shops on the High Street. It was a very happy day!

A lovely cafe in westbury , super staff, not the greasy old style , cafe it’s taken over , fresh ,produce , sourced partly from Sarah C, greengrocers , excellent cooking by brilliant local Chief , what more can I ask, in our village And also a view looking out a beautiful florist shop, and an avenue of trees, So clean, friendly staff, even the patrons say good morning and the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten 😘

Several coffee, sandwich places in Westbury on Trym but we chose this as close to car park and we were in hurry. Very good black coffee Americano, great raspberry cake and brownies. Busy, popular with wide range of people. Not particularly friendly staff at counter.

I attended a wake here in September with 70+ others following my brother in law’s funeral. The buffet food was varied and lovely and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

wish this could step up a few notches so much potential for doing so much better but yet another average offering in a village overrun by average food options.
