Waves Cafe Bar in Brighton and Hove

Pedimos el desayuno de 4 a la que el servidor dijo habrá una espera de 10 minutos. Esperamos casi una hora para la comida por venir. Nos pedía el servidor para la comida a la que él respondió que llegarán en breve 3 veces y el lugar no estaba lleno. Desde donde estábamos sentados podíamos ver los servidores de broma, comiendo, escupiendo. Nuestra comida llegó quemado y fría. Nos quejamos y pedimos un reembolso a que el grosero propietario/gerente disminuyó y dice que no hay nada malo con la comida. Nos fuimos inmediatamente. No puedo creer que este tipo de lugares donde existen en brighton se supone que tienen un buen tiempo en vez de una experiencia horrible.

This place was horrible. The staff didn't know what they were doing. The food was greasy and made us all feel unwell. Would not recommend at all.

I was visiting Brighton the other day and me and my friends popped into this cafe for some breakfast, we ordered two teas & one coffee along with breakfast spending almost £15, unfortunately a fly fell into one of our teas, I took it over to the counter and ask if the person working at the time if they could exchange it. She then processed to use a spoon to remove the fly and commented "Flies don't kill people" I them asked again if I could get another tea, hoping for an exchange but she replied "£1.30". In which I paid in order not to make a big deal out of it but the fact of the matter is that I believe that was poor customer service and should not go unnoticed. Also looking at the way the cafe prepares it meals ain't up to health and hygiene standards

Disgusting, dirty place. Worse chips I've ever eaten. Avoid! Rude waitress, too busy on her phone. Would never go back and wouldn't recommend.

Dreadful. It was the London to Brighton Vintage car rally. We ordered 2 x fish and chips and told to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes and 15 minutes later my husband went up to find out where they were and was told to go away! I went up and asked and pointed to where it was written down. I was told by the 'cook' can't you see how busy we are? I said we had waited too long, and could we have the next ones (our car park was going to run out by this time). A man then shouted refund, I had the money thrust into my hand and then ignored. We then bought from Maderia Cafe down the road who had a simple ticket system. I was disgusted with the lack of customer service, rudeness and disregard for anyone.
