Lovely atmosphere, quick service and tremendous coffee art from the barista, Dan was his name I believe. Will most definitely visit again!

This is a lovely little cafe. The coffee was made extremely quickly & the service is prompt. The tables are cleared quickly. I would recommend the vegan mocha slice. Delicious, moist sponge with the right combination of chocolate & coffee flavour. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere, so good to have a coffee & read a book, or chat with a friend.

Good selection of books, obviously. Small children's play area. Nice cafe with a few tables outside which is nice to people watch in the Furlong on a sunny day.

Had coffee and cake during a shopping pitstop. Nice flavoured lemon and raspberry sponge but a bit dense - maybe because most of the cakes seemed to be gluten free? Served quickly, but a shame the tables weren't cleared as fast. Had to move tea pots and cups out of the way before I could unload my purchases. Still. Had a restful time recharging batteries eating my cake and drinking coffee while starting to read one of the books just purchased.

I wanted a nice cake and the only choices were gluten free. When I asked about the lack of choice, I was told that gluten free cake, means all needs are being catered for. I explained that having cooked gluten free cake I was not keen, I was told that these were professionally made so would taste nice...which without doubt was a slight on my baking skills!!!

The coffee shop at the local waterstones have a quite a bad service and the staff are quite rude and not very cheerful. There is a very small choices of food and some drinks on the menu. The seating area is quite small and cramped. What a shame and it could have been such a great asset to the local Waterstones branch in Ringwood.

This is a Waterstones bookshop and as such is very good but in terms of an attraction it is a bookshop and cafe combined which is often the way nowadays. I was here for books.

I've visited a couple of times for lunch and found it to be a really pleasant little escape, with a limited menu but nice food and good friendly service. Not bad value at all and it's a bit of a peaceful little gem in a nice environment.

Love our local Waterstones in The Furland a centre in Ringwood. The staff are so friendly & always very professional & helpful. The shelves are well stocked and the feeling in there is one of comfort & relaxation. The cafe within is always lovely with good coffee. The book selection is excellent but wish their were more they could house, perhaps they could expand upstairs? It would be really good to have a bigger section of audio books and I'm hoping that will happen. Recommend a trip here but be warned....you can't leave without purchasing a book or 2/3 each time you visit

Unenthusiastic service, items listed on the menu unavailable, so called peanut butter, banana & honey sandwich arrived as a collection of ingredients (minus the honey) from which I had to make my own sandwich, staff seemed more interested in chatting (loudly) amongst themselves that making sure customers are happy.

Waterstones is always an interesting place to be and this one is obviously very popular and the cafe side v busy. Staff were very helpful when we asked about places to eat and even looked up the menus at the one we decided on and gave us very clear directions on how to get there.

Great selection of books, always updated & well stocked shelves, they can order most books in for you as they have for me. The staff are knowledgeable, presentable, friendly & helpful. Tucked away in the Waterstones bookshop, this small cafe has a cosy feel to it. Sit and read a supplied daily paper while you enjoy your hot or cold drink. Selection of cakes on offer, child friendly, with young vibrant staff, it was a pleasure to visit.

My friends and I visited on a Sunday afternoon from out of town at a local’s recommendation. I loved the atmosphere - lots of plants, lots of seating. There weren’t many customers, so it wasn’t loud. We were hoping for afternoon tea, but sadly it is not available on Sundays. Some of us got the Sunday Roasts instead. More in our party (of 10) would have liked to try the Sunday Roast, but they only sold it to some of us due to limited staff & presumably limited ingredients. The rest ordered sandwiches. I’m sorry to say I was not impressed with the starter or main course (the meat, potatoes and vegetables were a bit dry), but I did enjoy the crème brûlée for dessert. Afterward, we visited a gin distillery around the corner. They allowed us samples, and I was impressed with the flavor and smoothness.

Super little cafe with utterly delicious baked breads, pastries and buns. The sourdough loaves on their rustic shelves look & smell wonderful! Enjoyed a perfectly brewed coffee from their own roastery and a vanilla cream bun which was heavenly. The staff were so happy and friendly, I have to mention them all so thank you Harriet, Charlotte & Izzy - what a lovely little place!

Best fish and chips in a long time… the small size of the kiosk had me convinced it would just be drinks etc, but oh, how wrong I was! Such a variety, quick and friendly service

Possibly the worst sandwich I have ever tasted. I can only describe the bread as poor quality thin sliced white bread, the cheese could not be seen, there was a generous amount of caramelised jam! over priced at £6.50! The tea was reasonable. The cakes looked nice.

Visited today, staff very welcoming. Cooked breakfast was very good, love that you also get marmalade with 2 rounds of toast with it as well. They had other breakfast options on their specials board too. Good value for money. Would certainly visit again. Thankyou.
