Popped in for the first time a couple days back as me and my son were looking for a breakfast as linas place next door was closed. First impression walking in we found it to be a little cold and sterile, very minimal. Almost like a dentists waiting room vibe. We were greeted by a very smiley waitress who was pleasant. The menu we found to be a bit much for breakfast options, all we had in mind was a full English style option, instead it’s Harissa sauces, pesto, chilli and black garlic drizzle etc etc. The closest thing we could find that we were looking for was a “bacon milk bun” what ever that is, but at £9 for a bacon bap, definitely not. That’s far too expensive, most full English breakfasts you can get for £12 to £15. Instead we had two drinks, one single cup of tea (not a pot) and an organic “kola”from Serra leone!! Cost over £7. So I can only assume one cup of tea is costing around £3.50, madness, this was just a tea bag! All in all the atmosphere was lacking spirit, and the food is too expensive. perhaps we just aren’t as trendy as you need to be. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Guys, it’s so close to being great but the operation just isn’t dialled in at all. Been here a few times and without fail we spend at least 15-20 minutes getting a quick takeaway coffee and pastry. Most recently tried for a sit down but gave up on that and opted for takeaway again. Life is just too short to spend waiting 10 minutes (sometimes more) to even get a sideward glance from a team member, another 10 to get a menu, then god knows how long to get served and then actually get food. Staff are friendly and pleasant (the ones we dealt with) but just clearly not enough of them. Have a full timer on the coffee machine during peak times and one more front of house at least. Easier said than done I realise but it’s that or more complaints about wait times.. Everything else seems great. Good luck. Let me know when it’s worth coming back to try again 🙌🏻

One of the nicest brunches in Warwick/Leamington. The menu is always changing but has core elements so you know you can always get some variation of what you want. The hash browns are the best I have ever had and they should never take them off the menu. It can be a bit confusing to know if you’re meant to order at the counter or if someone will come to you as the staff don’t approach for quite some time, even when it doesn’t appear that busy. A sign might be useful indicating table service. The drinks are often slow too, coming out with or after the food.

Absolutely ridiculous eating hole with pretensions of grandeur. It's basically a spare utilitarian space with industrial 'attempting to be skandi' features (think exposed heating ducts and lights, like a poorly thought out IKEA display) which bases its prices on being 'a bakery' in order to charge outrageous artisan-like prices. The menu basically consists of either a sausage or a bacon muffin (baked in house so can claim to be a handfinished product - pathetic) described in poncey language and offered at around a tenner. Like a fake sausage mcmuffin but not as tasty or as much vfm. Oh and you can poncey sides, like an extra fried egg, for £3. THREE WHOLE POUNDS, PEOPLE. For an egg. Beyond belief. They have the sparkling originality of offering smashed avocado, yawn, and it's all a triumph of no style over no substance. Don't waste your money, they're trying to position themselves as a zen high end place to be seen at, but in fact it's a white shell with bench tables frequented by foreign students who don't know enough about a) restaurants and b) English currency to realise they're being rinsed. Absolute con and definitely not worth a visit for the food or the cost.

The team at WSKB are always friendly and welcoming, they are attentive with the service but you never feel rushed. It’s great for a coffee catch up as well as a more leisurely brunch/lunch. There is also free wifi for those who prefer a café setting to work. Kudos to the chef and bakers as their food quality is outstanding…having tried many of the items on their seasonal menus (personal favourites are the Turkish Eggs and Sausage Patty), and their bakery items (pastries, cakes & bread) are just as delicious. WSKB also hold the occasional evening event (Pasta, Pizza, Burgers), just when I thought the food couldn’t get any better it does! Highly recommend a visit for locals and those visiting the area.

Food was very nice, I had the Turkish eggs which had great flavours and got a big portion of sourdough, which I really liked. The staff were nice but it was quite hard to get their attention as it was quite busy and the tables are quite close together so you can hear other people's conversations etc. Also when you get the bill they don't provide the receipt, they come over with a tablet to pay, which I wasn't fond of as I prefer to quickly check the amounts to make sure it's correct.

The place was clean and tidy and staff friendly, the bacon and egg milk bun was not. Very disappointed, the egg was burnt and the lettuce in edible and was certainly not good value for the money. Had tea/coffeecake here the other day with a friend. She also had a sandwich of sorts. Everything was lovely. We also bought some of fantastic bread - half a loaf of brown and half a loaf of white. Absolutely amazing. This week I went to the branch in Leamington, only to be told they don’t do half loaves and the bread is 25p more per loaf. I found this a little confusing.

Excellent food! I know it doesn't sound like much, but one of the best Avocado on toast I've had. The staff are lovely and we were never rushed, although my friend's food arrived before her hot drink. The atmosphere is pretty good despite the place being a plain cube/ former shop with tin patio furniture. I have been consistently coming to WSK Bakery for around 3/4 months and there are so many reasons why. 1. The service is second to none. Every member of staff from Tom in the kitchen, Lily and Chelsea in the bakery to Hazel, Zachary and Martha as front of house (sorry for anyone I missed out). They are the most attentive staff I have experienced over the years. 2. The food ... I mean, WOW! WOW! WOW! Everything is made in house, from the cured bacon, to the croissant loafs, to the sausage rolls. Yes, the prices are slightly above average for a coffee shop but understand that you are paying for a premium product. 3. The vibe. Lydia and George have created an environment which is appealing to all. Whether it's just you or the whole family and the dog, this is a space that provides a sense of warmth and welcoming. Personally I spend my time working on my business and relaxing whilst enjoying a mixed mocha and a light bite. The menu is ever changing and always inspiring me to try out new combos of foods that I wouldn't normally get to experience. Thank you and I can't wait to see what is coming next!

Whilst the food and coffee are generally good here, the service is terrible. I'd give it 0 if there was an option. I have tried it about 5 times now and had an awful experience each time. Staff are rude, they don't bring menus over, they never clear tables, they serve the wrong drinks/food, we were given take away cups when we said we were eating in etc etc. It is a real shame as I have now given up with this place as it's too expensive to be treated so poorly. Go to the Leamington branch instead where the service is much better and there is a more extensive food menu.

A great cafe that serves a range of tasty food and massive pieces of cake and pastries. Stripped back industrial vibe, which is only let down by it fronting a busy road that is often choked with traffic. Fingers crossed this excellent local business is the first signs of the street tranforming into somewhere that's more focused on people! It's worth getting there early at the weekend as it fills up quick with families, runners and dog walkers for brunch and there is often a wait for a table to become free.

I normally love the food and coffee here and so after a walk Sunday morning I popped in for some lunch and hot drinks with my two young children. We were told when entering that it was table service only and were seated, after 20 minutes of being ignored and my daughter crying (because she was so cold and just wanted a hot drink) we got up and left. Very upset that after trying to catch the attention of the staff repeatedly (because they kept going out back) we were sat waiting so long to the point my daughter was upset. All staff in the open kitchen area watched us get up to leave and it was clear by their faces we were forgotten. Lazy and poor service that lets down a great menu. Fabulous breakfast! I had an oat flat white with the smashed avocado which comes on sourdough toast with a delicious harissa paste, two poached eggs (with perfectly runny centres) and bacon. We felt this was very reasonable at £10, especially for the area. Everything was well seasoned and presented beautifully. Our food came quickly despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday morning and the staff were smiley and friendly. My only comment is on the space itself which is quite open with lots of hard surfaces which means it gets a bit loud in there when it's busy. This didn't put us off at all but perhaps not ideal if you were looking for a quieter more intimate/cosy spot. We will definitely be returning though as the lunch items and cakes are very tempting!

Had high expectations for this place. Unfortunately was greeted with a sense of estrangement possibly swayed to a judgemental view of our work attire. My colleague asked if he could amend his order slightly, which was bluntly shot down with a no as all items on the menu can't be changed to suit the Customers needs. Whilst waiting for the food to arrive, I noticed a customer trying to pay for his bill by cash. He was rudley told by what seemed to be the head waitress that cash is not accepted and it is card payment only, being mindful that it didn't display this anywhere within the Cafe. He was ordered to sit back down and that he would be dealt with shortly, eventually the waitress cam back over with a bit of paper assuming asking for his details ro pay by card at a later date. The customer refused this and suggested could he give the waitress the money and could she support by paying the with her card, which was once again bluntly refused. The customer had to reach out to another customer sat ajar to ask for support in the same way of payment , which the other customer poiltey accepted. This was most awkward for the customers of the Cafe at the time and all for a £9.00 bill!! Finally our food arrived , was a flavoraly experience could not fault the food but portion size is poor and a bit pricey. Could've justified the portion & price if there was a mitchelen star above the door. Will not be returning mainly due the poor & attitude of the head waitress and the treatment of customers.

One of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Such a wonderful fusion of flavours and the samosas were incredible! We've tried quite a few Indians in the Warwick/Leamington area and been disappointed. Decided to try this one and was not disappointed. This place will become our new go to. Complementary small alcoholic beverage after the meal was a lovely touch and our kids LOVED the chocolates and sweets served when we paid! Really nice team and very friendly also. Highly recommended.

Service was ok, had to ask for cutlery after the food arrived. Menu was ok but Very limited for Coeliac and not clear meal was a little expensive, but was hey tasty and well presented

This is not only our local but also a good pub . Well kept beer and food. Big good garden in summer and now with added sunshine since the covid tent has come down. Family and dog-on-lead friendly
