+ We had a quick lunch here the sausage roll and original pastry were yummy. Coffee and hot chocolate were great as well. The friendly staff was busy making more great food and it was good to see :-) !There are a couple of seats in the shop so you can choose to eat in if you prefer.

Stopped by here while in Newquay after seeing the huge line of people waiting to get food. Bought a traditional steak pasty and chicken pasty. They were hands down the best pasties I have ever eaten. Still hot from being in the oven. If you ever go to Newquay, Make sure you try the pasties from here. You wont regret it.

Popped in to buy some pasties only to find they do not accept cash. The more shops that stop accepting legal tender the more likely we'll end up losing cash. Vulnerable people, people who find it hard to keep a track of their finances etc continue to use cash, why a business would want to refuse a customers money is beyond me. I understand banks are making it hard for business to use cash (I run my own business) but giving in to their wishes over your customers is the wrong way round, don't let banks dictate how your customers pay. I hope you rethink and start accepting cash again, your sign says something about it taking time to handle cash from customers, but I paid cash round the corner at one of your competitors and it took no time. Edit in response to owner: The post office accepts cash on behalf of most major banks making it easy for small businesses to accept cash and deposit even if the bank they use is not local. There are several post offices within a few minutes walk of your location, I hope this helps.

THE BEST coffee in town and they never get it wrong... the team in the Cornish Bakery make you a Cappuccino that is an actual Cappuccino, not a milky Latte like most other places. Incredible food too - highly recommend trying the Cornish Pudding.

I was bitterly disappointed today, to find the coffee which I ordered, was served in a paper cup with plastic lid. When asked upon leaving, if the cups were recycled, I was told that they weren’t and had to be thrown away as general waste. This is unacceptable and why ceramic cups are not offered instead. Warrens are adding to the mounting waste and needs to review this and make changes. I would not choose to visit again for this reason.

we called here for a coffee and a pasty.. lady was a bit miserable she had just started her shift! we shared a pasty but it was not brilliant it was dry and hard, we shared a HUGE meringue which was meant to be chocolate but it was tasteless! and the coffee was luke warm even though the cup was hot, we sat outside and lady did clean the table before we ate. not a good experience.

The front of this bakery is quite bright and airy and the welcome we got from a member of staff was joyful. However, the pasty we shared was a bit dry and lacking some decent filling. Coffees were OK. Prices on the high side. We sat at the back of this establishment which was quite dark and unappealing which didn't help with our brief visit. Wasn't particularly clean either.

It was a disappointment being here. The member of staff was surly and gave the impression she didn't want to be there and didn't want us there either. She didn't bother telling us about the special deals which would have made our order cheaper, but she colleague was helpful to customers arriving after us. The pasty itself was just ok, I did have better, at another bakery later during my stay. This is not what Newquay should be about for a visitor.

Been to Newquay many times and had a lot of pasties these are by far the worst. We took the £12 deal for 2xpasties 2x sausage rolls and 4 drinks. No traditional pasties so had to have Stilton and steak and a chicken- the veg in both was hard, both were hot but the veg was horrible. I would never go there again and their large pasties are £4.50 when Rowes in the same street are £3.50 and always excellent.

I visited with my family for a late lunch and was very disappointed with the service, food and facilities. The lady who served us refused to make the “sub” that I wanted as there were others already made up. Fair enough I suppose as it was after the lunchtime rush, however my granary roll was only half-filled and not worth the money. My husband was disappointed with his pasty and said it had no flavour, although my children were happy enough with their choices.

The simplistic design of the sign coupled with the illustrations and images at the bottom of the window created a trustworthy atmosphere. The friendly staff bagged the three pasties I purchased in separate bags which was very helpful as I was able to monitor which one was which and ensure that my vegetarian friend did not accidentally eat one containing meat. The pastry on the pasties was delicious and I have no complaints. The filling was also very good however I would have liked a bit more meat in mine and my friend having the cheese and onion one would have liked a bit more cheese. However my other friend, arguably the pasty expert of us found no fault. The prices were decent and there were two sizes to chose from for several of the pasties and it was nice to have that choice. Perhaps they were too tasty as I left half of mine in our bag while I was in the sea and when I came back it was gone, presumably have being eaten by a dog! Overall a very nice lunch and friendly experience.

We were served by Jane, with whom we had a lovely chat while ordering. We chose the cheese and onion pasty and the apricot and Wensleydale pasty. The classic cheese and onion was the tastier of the two, though we wolfed down both. We were impressed, also, by the range of vegetarian and vegan pasties available.
