Got a lovely hot cheese and onion pasty for my lunch. Used my rewards APP. I've also brought a few bacon & cheese turnovers over the past few weeks - cooked perfectly. Lovely friendly staff, lady and Man have served me on several different occasions.

Collected 10 pasties for a works meeting, various pasties ordered. No complaints and good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went in this store in the morning to get my morning dose of Cornish pasties as we were walking along the roads of st Ives for our bus. That staff member who served us looked poorly and the shop didn't give the traditional feel once inside. Got the traditional steak pasty and the katsu curry bomb. The latter was all pastry case with very less filling which didn't go down well as a result. The steak pasty, on the other hand, had plenty of filling but the pastry case was overcooked so had become too dry. The crimping on top took the brunt of the heat which made it unpleasant to finish. Prices are at par with pasties from other Cornish pasty stores but considering the quality I got this time, it was not value for money. Best to get your Cornish pasty from other bakeries in the area.

I visited Warrens st Ives last weekend. I asked the manager if she had any vegan pasties. She said yes, that the Cauliflower Cheese pasty was vegan. I asked if she was sure it was vegan as it had the word 'cheese' in the title and not the word 'vegan'. She said yes she was absolutely sure it was vegan - it must be vegan cheese. I questioned this again as it was marked vegetarian. She replied in a way that seemed irritated "Yes I am 100 per cent sure! It is a new product and I assure you it is completely fine for vegans! It is obviously vegan cheese...do you want the ingredients?" She was claiming to be 100% per cent sure so I said "Okay I believe you". Only after I had eaten it I discovered the ingredients had been printed on my friend's receipt - it contains milk and cheese and is not suitable. When I approached the manager about this she first suggested it could still be vegan cheese, then when she checked her ingredients book she just said that she had been to the launch of that product and that is what they had been told. I told her I was really upset to have eaten it - and that if I'd been someone with an allergy I could be ill now or worse. She just repeated "well that's what I was told" There was no customer care - I wasn't even offered an apology or a refund. I emailed the company afterwards but there has been no acknowledgement or response.

Came twice in our 6 day stay to Saint Ives. First time for pasty’s which were really good 👍 😃. Had traditional Cornish. Couldn’t fault it. Second time for tea - my only fault it I told the girls me & my daughter were eating in yet we were still given take away cups. has a good view of the quay which made up for it

Was on holiday in St. Ives a few weeks back with my partner and two kids and was on the look out for a pasty shop to try out. We visited the Warrens on the harbour front, there was quite a selection of flavours to choose from, thankfully the lovely young lad and girl serving didn’t mind me and the family taking our time to choose 😅 (always a nightmare with the kiddos) I had a traditional steak which was AMAZING! My partner had a cheese and marmite! (Who knew you could get marmite in a pasty!?) which was really yummy and the kids both had a small cheese and onion. Ate every bit. Will definitely return next year.

Went here today with my boyfriend and we had a vegan roll and medium steak pastie. They tasted amazing, however what they did to us after, slightly less so. We are both bed bound and very poorly, we narrowed it down to eating at warrens. Sadly all of our evening plans have been ruined by stopping here and a whole afternoon/evening of our holiday ruined after wanting to simply try some of the Cornish food. Very disappointed and still so sick and in a lot of pain. Don’t eat here unless you want to be bed bound too

Quite a few in St. Ives - pass one in nearly every street. It was nice that they had reasonable offers to make pastries affordable to families - like 3 for 2 on sausage rolls. Again, I’m not sure if it’s common around here, but the sausage meat was really really poorly quality and much more like a pork paste and not a sausage at all. Staff were nice enough and pastries were hot.

Well, not sure where to start really. Better say that we hardly ever eat out or buy takeaways as we always cook our own food, be it fish and chips or in this case pasties. I have been making my own pasties to a traditional recipe (on the Cornish pasty site) for years but, as we were on holiday we thought we’d treat ourselves to a proper pasty (and compare our own obviously). Have to say we were disappointed. The pastry, whilst tasty was very overcooked. The filling was a wet/mushy texture, it was hard to identify any individual ingredient. It was like the pasty had been baked, then re-baked and re-baked again. Only thing I can say is that the crimping is better than my own. We will keep looking while we are on holiday as I want to find a pasty prepared and cooked properly.

Our first day in St Just Cornwall after a few years and was looking forward to a steak cornish pasty so bought a couple to take back for lunch, both only had 2 pieces of meat in them and bulked out with potato, nothing like what I had on my last visit bought from a place in Hayle which was full of meat, again disappointed.

I opened the door to ask if they'd got any cobs left as it was near the end of the day... Before I could open my mouth and take a step in.. The sales assistant bellowed 'closed'... I didn't respond. How rude....

Delicious Cornish Pasties YUM. They are cooked fresh, the smell is tantalising and one is enough but of course you might not stop at one ;-). Offers a lot of choice for most diet requirements.

Bought a wrap from here, the silly sausage woman made me stand there whilst it was in the oven for 10 minutes, I open the wrapper and it was stone cold! Would suggest the oven was not on, a Baker that can't use a oven is a worrying prospect, the prices are a mockery too, poor quality food

Have never known anyone who deals directly with customers on a day-to-day basis to be so smug and condescending when asked a question regarding a very serious allergy. Ended up leaving as we didn't feel welcome at all. Spoke to my brother-in-law later, he'd had a pasty from them earlier in the week and it was the worst one he'd had in St Ives, very dry and not much taste to speak of

Great family pub owned by Haven. Stunning sea views looking over to St Ives. Huge carpark which is pay and display and free if you are staying in the caravan site. Huge beer garden with lots of seating loads to choose from on the menu and kids eat for only £1 off the kids menu. Sport is regularly played so attracts a diverse amount of people unfortunately this place is closed during the winter inline with the caravan site opening dates. Carpark is still available to use throughout the year.

Had takeaway today. One cod and chips, other battered sausage, chips and curry sauce. Batter lovely and light. Chips cooked really well - not greasy at all. Good value for money
