took over 2 hours to come, delivery driver was rude and stunk of weed when i said to paul the delivery guy i wont be ordering again and i quote "nah i wouldnt either" the smell food was horrible NEEDS CLOSING DOWN

I would highly recommend this local chippy: Really friendly, professional service. Very tasty, freshly made food (I had the mini fish and chips, with curry sauce for £4.40 - fish was extremely fresh and flakey, with a light batter). My order was delivered for free, as I was a new customer. I will definitely be visiting this local chippy again and again, and recommending it to my friends.

Myself and my girlfriend phone ordered fish and chips each a d when they came we we're very disappointed as the chips we're all bits and hard and the fish was anaemic and limp not at all golden and crispy 3/10

WOW, i ordered for the first time from walthall street chippy last night and the food was absolutely beautiful. I still cant get over how cheap it is. definitely well worth a visit!

We booked for my birthday and thought we would have a nice tea and it was truly awful! Weak and cheap coffee, dry cakes and small sandwiches!!! So awful 😞 the bar manager was lovely and gave us a 100% discount… will not return 🤮🤢

Hard working polite staff but food was prettY awful. Had venison pie which I couldn’t finish. Red cabbage was disgusting. Due to the slow queue chips and cabbage were cold by time I sat down. Didn’t have a drink. Cakes looked unappetising.

2B Stanley RoadWent in for breakfast on Sunday 6th April. Ordered, got our drinks and waited for our food. About 30 minutes in, we overheard the server telling a new arrival that the wait time was 1 hour! We checked with the server about when our food would arrive and we were told we were next up. 10 Minutes later we were told they were just doing our toast. From walking in and ordering to receiving our food was about 50 minutes. The food was okay but certainly not worth the wait 9this was up to 90 minutes by the time we left). If we had been made aware of how long we would have to wait, we would have gone elsewhere.

Park GreenCheap and cheerful. Breakfasts are pretty good and very cheap. Refill your coffee free. Meals are cheap and pretty basic. One of two places you see people knocking back a pint of lager at 10am. The airport being the other.

20 Castle StrretWe shared a large breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff. Great food and hot drinks. We will be back!
