might be a small Waitrose yet it is perfectly formed and has most of what you require. Great cafe and bakery

I visited Waitrose in Leatherhead today, a staff member (she was young, late teens - early 20’s) was stood on one of those stools with 2 other staff members standing next to her. Her mask was pulled down to her chin completely violating the COVID guidelines, whilst also laughing with her colleges on her phone. Which is very unprofessional. I am a regular at this Waitrose and it is usually very professional and conforming to all COVID guidelines and I am sure this is just a one off. Other than this, the rest of the staff are very polite and helpful and is a wonderful store. I hope the manager of leatherhead Waitrose will remind staff of the importance of wearing a mask at all times especially as the cases are rising at this moment in time. I don’t want to sound too negative as this was only 1 staff member and not all of them. And I respect and thank all of the other staff for wearing a mask for their whole shift as I can understand it must be quite uncomfortable.

My family and I have loved our Waitrose since it Came to town. The bond has been broken with a huge amount of friends and family however since the new manager ,who started upsetting people around September time. Coupled with the madness of sharing an entry door as an exit through the Pandemic, when there is a far safer way of keeping the staff and customers safe by allowing air to flow through the store. I decided to go into Waitrose today, however I did not get in through the door.I was greeted by a man who simply pointed at a sign saying ‘can’t you read the sign?’ ,the reality of that greeting was I had not even come from the direction of the sign, I am not sure I would have read it if I had though.Frankly he was rude. He told me only one person could come in so I would have to leave my five year old outside. I had my baby too. I did not get into an argument and just turned and went as I know my business is required more than I need to get into the shop. Who in their right mind would leave a five year old outside with a baby? It’s like the business is being driven away from Waitrose in town by poor management and a man on the door who clearly gets a huge smiley kick out of saying no to people wanting to get in. I can shop anywhere else and I will. I understand the Pandemic, the challenge it brings and have worked throughout it all, but I have never had such a bad experience anywhere before.

Waitrose has a small cafe. Their products are consistently good as expected from this upmarket super market. A good place for an after school treat.

Nice options for food. Especially when you want to quickly grab a bite when hungry. Loved the soup flavors.

Came here because my grandad fancied a fry up on our trip to dorking. I ordered avocado on toast without the bacon ( since I am a vegetarian). He ordered CLEARLY a small fry up but beans instead of tomatoes and could he have his fried egg well done as well as his bacon. I ordered a one shot flat white with skimmed milk. What we got was: avocado on toast with bacon sitting atop for me. Oh joy of joys. My flat white transpired to be a small latte. His was a snotty egg and almost raw bacon. His tea was cold What a disaster. Never again. I wouldn't mind but the meal was cooked to order and took ages.

I love Waitrose and especially their Cheese scones and coffee. In fact the coffee from their machine is superior to the café made. I purchase fresh on my way to work most mornings, however there is a down side which I am upset about. I of course got my loyalty card, why not, and love the fact this is my reward for purchasing my daily shopping. But now at the café even though I have purchased shopping and prefer the coffee machine at the café counter I can buy my breakfast to eat, but an told its Waitrose policy that I cant eat it in the café area as I have my free coffee, even though café area is empty. So my loyalty is repaid by segregating me to the high chairs in the window? I'm not asked if I want to hike up a high chair or if I'm able. So my visits are somewhat tarnished by being treated well as a customer but then being embarrassing told where I can sit in a public café. So as I'm not going to be able to do the high chair, well I can only say how lovely the food was. When Waitrose change the policy hopefully common sense will prevail and I'll be back.

Great friendly staff, with convenient store parking. It is only a small store so stock levels are limited.

Love this place for the fact that the staff love their customers and go out of their way to chat and pass the time of day. Parking at the rear, little cafe at the front. Always clean and tidy and a good selection of stock. A great little store.

You can always count on Waitrose to provide good coffee. This one was no exception. What did impress me though was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Waitrose people are generally very good, but the staff here are A+

Have to leave a five star review because the customer service in Leatherhead Waitrose is exceptional. I’ve never been to a supermarket where the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. Always a fab shopping experience which is not something I ever thought I’d say about getting the food shop!

A fairly small but very welcome addition to Leatherhead. Perhaps not a huge amount of space for coffee and cake, I found space. Staff mostly friendly & good selection of cakes.

This is a metro-style supermarket, so much smaller than the normal example. It is located in the town centre and there is some parking for vehicles behind the supermarket. I only called in for a coffee which was pleasantly served and tasted good. There are only a few tables to take your drink to in the cafe area, but all considered a nice plus for the town centre. There is currently extensive roadworks going on outside the supermarket which ruins the view of the facade!

Waitrose has a reputation of raising the qualities of shopping when it comes to a new area...this is exactly true of the new Waitrose in Leatherhead. The parking is easy and the cafe is first class...also, the staff are extremely helpful.

What can we say? Only one thing, why did it take so long to open a Waitrose in Leatherhead? The facilities, location, parking, access, goods for sale, staff all brilliant.

Waitrose have recently opened a small Convenience Store in Leatherhead. The Store provides a nice selection of pre-packed sandwiches and salads, as well as freshly prepared sandwiches onsite. The Store also has a Coffee Shop from which breakfast and lunch items such as panini's and baguettes are served. There is a small area to sit down to have lunch and a coffee. All very civilised and a welcome addition to the locality for lunch time dining.

We love the Fox Revived and went this time for my birthday. The food was it's usual high standards, it arrived quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed it. What made this occasion even more special was the service we had from one of the waiters, Ed. He is friendly, polite, attentive without being pushy and remembered details. He went over and above to provide little extras for my granddaughter and indeed myself as he presented my cake. Excellent service from all involved at the Fox Revived.

Went here for a Saturday night and it was great. Played pool on their table, drank some nice beer and lagers and listened to the DJ belting out some bangers which a lot of people were up dancing too so they were doing a good job. Then a nice tipsy walk to McDonald's for the anti hangover munch. 10/10

Lovely coffee shop with great view of the Dorking high-street. I regularly get drinks here from salted caramel frappes to English teas! Very family friendly as there’s a lift for push chairs/ wheel chairs so is easily accessible) with dogs welcome too. Staff are extremely friendly, always welcoming and homely. Easy and safe space to be in and know I’ll always get the service I want/need :) Would recommend!
