Order wasn’t originally placed so it took 1.5 hours to arrive and me calling to work out where it was. When the order arrived, it was wrong and two items I ordered weren't delivered. They did offer a cookie for free to say sorry. However I’m still waiting for my original order which I paid for.

Smash burgers were great. Great service too.

Lovely gelato. Good value. The staff were really pleasant and attentive.

This was our very first visit! Really enjoyed our Nutella waffle with vanilla ice cream. Really nice, fresh and crispy! The hot latte was really good too. Great service and helpful staff.

Disgraceful the service was awful a 15 year old girl called eve was very rude and disregarding me the food was awful and I now have dihorea and have pooped everywhere don't recommend

Not great. Asked for mixed berry sundae only strawberries supplied. Quite expensive for what it was, basically 2 strawberries sliced, vanilla and strawberry ice cream, a bit of whipped cream and a couple of wafers £8.30? Couldn’t be arsed to query order but won’t be back.

Six months ago we came here for a dessert after having a meal nearby. We walked in and stood in front of the service counter, the manager was standing directly in front of us as if ready to serve us. He didn't acknowledge us or even look up, he continued to do whatever was more important than serve us. There was plenty of seating in the restaurant and we were the only people in there, myself and my two children. It wasn’t busy at all. I put it down to maybe they were having a bad day and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I returned there this evening, it’s a few months later now, again with my two children. They each wanted a simple milkshake, nothing complicated. We walked in off the street as ordinary paying customers. This time two people were behind the counter. No-one acknowledged us yet again, exactly the same treatment as six months! We didn't even receive an 'hello, we'll be with you in five minutes', a gesture, or even a "hi!". They just carried on fulfilling some orders into brown paper bags and left us standing there without a single word. Again, no-one else was in the restaurant except for one person with a drink. It wasn't busy. Nearly ten minutes went past and I decided to call out to them and make them aware the three of us were waiting to be served. They looked up, and then looked down and continued doing whatever it was they were doing! I decided to start recording them so as to send the footage to their manager. Just then a different waiter came in behind the counter, I called out to him for service. He queried why I hadn’t been served and so apologised and came over to help. I explained to the other two rude waiters who didn't acknowledge us that this is an example of how to treat customers not the manner at which they treated us. It was at this moment the rude waiter threw off his apron and walked out of the restaurant as if he quit his job, it was quite incredible! The manager then sheepishly walks into the restaurant and says nothing. I approached him and asked why the two waiters ignored us and carried on with other work instead of serving us. He said if he had been in there, he would have served us. I reminded him of our experience there six months ago, and with him! It was at this point he felt completely humiliated and told us to leave because he didn’t like being “talked to like an idiot”. His exact words. Absolutely incredible, terrible customer service, and not a single apology, explanation, or attempt to diffuse the situation. The service here is truly appalling. They do not know how to deal with customers or their employees and for one to walk out so easily says so much about the quality of the place and how they are managed. The manager would rather make feeble excuses than apologise and try to keep customers and staff happy. His excuses are a fail, the service is a fail, the restaurant is empty, the manager is completely out of his depth and needs to go back to catering school or school more generally.

overpriced, not even good, prices are advertised as lower than you have to pay. the board says £4.95 but he says £6.00

Been a couple of times burgers are great kids love the ice creams and shakes could do with some heating

Staff were more interested in doing just eat and deliveroo then dealing with paying customers in their premises. Walked in and staff didn’t even bother looking at us even though we were the only ones in there. Waited at the counter to order as wasn’t told if it was table service or not. Sat there 15 mins before we decided to get up and ask for them to take our order. I had peanut butter geleto which tasted like it was stale! Really really horrible considering they specialise in ice cream! Only good thing was the young man who brought over our coffee. Felt bad for him as we could hear other members of staff snapping at him for not doing something else when he was dealing with us! £15!!! Should of saved my money and brought a magnum from the corner shop!

Ordered a waffle for home delivery also paid for extras. First waffle came without one of two added extras or some if what it said it came with on the site. I called back and after being told there definitely was one of the added extras that there definitely wasn’t, they offered to send out another, I was hesitant as waited a while for first one, they said they can get it done in 10 minutes, it arrived and it was COMPLETELY underdone, almost like mush 🤮 and missed the other added extra that they originally did on the first one? And never told me anything about it until delivery. Was about 10 past 10 at this point if not later so obviously they would have been closing the store and it was getting so late I completely lost my appetite for it. Very very disappointed, won’t be wasting my money again there anytime soon and it’s a shame as was a regular visitor round the corner.

Avoid this place, It looks run down and not very clean. It's a strange set up as they have seats at the back of the shop for staff and there bags, Went on a Friday and they had none of the flavours we wanted(Oreo,Ferrero) No slushies so we just left and went to Creams in Epsom which is way better. Only wish I could give 0 stars

Dined in for dinner after having a really decent takeaway a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the service was pretty shocking dinning in. We were the only two people in there on a Tuesday evening around 19:00, they took 40 minutes from ordering to being served. They kept prioritising the delivery drivers coming in the door. The toilets were unclean and the dryer was switch off at the wall. I ordered the burger meal and asked for cheese chips instead of regular chips. I was charged £18 after being asked to repeat my order a few times. I then challenged the price as it was meant to be £11 for the burger meal. They said they have to charge for cheese chips separately so I asked for a refund on them. They were only 3.99 so I still had to challenge what the extra £3 was for. Eventually they refunded the £3 as well. They ran out of burger sauce so we ask for ketchup and mayonaise, we were told it might cost extra. The food finally came out and they did not provide a napkin, cutlery or any condiments. We had to ask for these, we were told the ketchup for the chips would cost extra. They brought out some ketchup and said they spoke to the owner and they said it was ok to bring out the ketchup this time. The server might have been new but they should have had someone keeping an eye if so. It's a shame because it looks like a great place and previously ordered a takeaway from there that was really tasty.

Lovely He deserves to try once

First time tried this place out, I tried their grilled burger meal, it was one of the best grilled burger I ever had, the bun was very soft, and the flavour was spot on

Don’t waste your money. £20.80 for 2 Nutella crepes and Oreo milkshake. These are the worlds thinnest crepes! Sunday evening obnoxiously blasting load music that you don’t want to hear

Awful place, messed up order and refused to make a new one

As reviewed by my 9year old-The mint madness was so minty and it was so tasty and the Nutella waffle was so moist and soft, we will come back soon.

Absolutely shocking.. FOUR things wrong with order! Called to inform and was put on hold but no one would talk to me? Called back, again no one would talk to me. Food cold and sloppy. Never again.

I ordered vanilla ice cream and they gave me coconut also I was charged 5.50 when the price is 4.50 and my friend got the wrong change

the ice cream was a 5/5. however, I ordered a one scoop and a waffle cone which was £2.20 and I payed with a £5 note and I only received £1.50 change when I should of been given £2.8

We have used skoops numerous times but tonight was absolutely awful, we called the branch at 8:50 after the order we placed at 7:25 hadn’t arrived. The Person who answered the phone said it had left the branch ages ago. she seemed uninterested in what had happened but would call us back when she had found out what had happened which she didn’t. When the driver eventually arrived at gone 9pm he said they had delivered to wrong address first, then some BS story about a police issue. We eventually got our delivery on the third attempt. When we started eating our items you could tell they had been the ones they had made at 7:25 and had just put back the freezer each time. The wafers were soggy and the bottom of the sundaes were liquid. The two tubs of gelato had missing toppings as well. We won’t be using again.

After having ordered from Skoops on many occasions, this evening I have decided that I will never order from them again. It took 2 hours to get the order and when I phoned them, they weren't particularly pleasant. When we eventually got our order, I was just given a load of excuses. I would strongly recommend not using Skoops of Leatherhead.

Awful experience from start to finish

I bought two cakes from this store. When I opened the first cake, it was ok therefore, my partner and I ate that cake. When I opened the second cake, it had MOULD and FLIES on it. It totally shocked me!!! I am sure they are selling expired cake to all the customers!!! My partner and I have had food poisoning for the past two days; we are currently experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and exhaustion. Alert!!!! Don't eat anything from this store, please. I complained, and the store manager was extremely unapologetic, arrogant, and made excuses.

So bad but ice cream very good bad because the ppl that were working there had to go to Waitrose to get pound coins took half and hour then the boys out side had a chat with her and kept smoking The waters kept talking about us behind our backs very bad today

Staff here need to be more welcoming and actually show some care and motivation towards their customers. Owner needs to train staff! Staff not bothered at all zero customer service!

I had to repeat myself numerous times when placing my order. I suggested that if the guy took his headphones out of his ear he might actually hear what I'm asking for. Checked the receipt just in case and it was all correct on there but turns out, he didn't hear me. I asked for a milk chocolate cookie dough with M&M's, I got a milk chocolate cookie dough with strawberries so I asked him to change it. He began to pick off the strawberries with his bare hands and was going to give it back to me like that when I stopped him and asked for a fresh one. The second attempt I got a white chocolate cookie dough with M&M's so again, I had to tell him it was wrong. I also ordered 3 milkshakes which he completely messed up because he didn't label them properly so we had no idea who's was who's. Definitely will NOT be ordering from this place again. Complete idiots working here. Seriously, milk chocolate cookie dough with M&M's, it's not that hard to understand is it? Looool. The young girls who used to work here were very good. This new lot haven't got a brain cell between them. I didn't get an apology either when they eventually got it right, just a dirty look. Must have been my fault they got it all wrong lol.

Such a shame to have to write this , scoops used to be our favorite but since there relaunch, service has massively gone down hill. Ordered 3 burgers ,1 with no salad and no sauce and the other two no sauce but they decided to choose one anyway ,also missing a drink . I called and the lady I spoke too was dismissive of the problem and even went on to say it was my fault for not writing no sauce in the note section (this has never been an issue before)

Order for the first since they reopened, and had a waiting time of 1 hour 15 mins according to the app. Waited til it was 2 hours and called up and they said it’s not here so must be out for delivery. Waited another half an hour and had to call again and again they told us it was out for delivery. After another 15-20 mins called again to be told the truth that they hadn’t gotten the order through from the app. Asked for a refund and I have not received one. I mean I’m kinda confused how are they going to refund me when they have no order and therefore wouldn’t know how much to refund me. Never had any issues with Skoops until now and they have definitely lost a customer due to this experience.

Service was very good. Burgers were the best we have had in a long time. The ice cream was outstanding! Milkshakes are worth the price. Brilliant place to bring the kids for a treat! We will be back again soon.

The worst dessert place ever i went in there ordered food one off them got my order wrong was waiting for 30 mins then redone my order charged me more then took another hour to prepare my food so I took my money back and then today I tried to order for delivery the guy is like no no we can't too busy then asked for collection he said no no we too busy closing up shop how embarrassing the service is horrible definitely suggest not going here better off eating vegan ice cream from tescos

Would definitely recommend coming here the waffles were a brilliant consistency and crisp. I found it better than creams a lot more flavour and well presented only down side which is why it’s only a 4 star is the menu states it has a set menu option and we was told that it’s only for delivery which I find miss leading as there’s no writing to say that .

Great range of ice cream flavours and quick service. There is a step up to the door, but when asked the staff knew exactly where the wheelchair ramp was and put it out for me.

A nice refreshing ice cream break in the high street

Not had the desserts but the grilled chicken and chicken burgers are very tasty and the salad is always fresh. It would be nice if they answered the phone more often so i could order in advance. I go there regularly for my lunch and at under £5 for a fresh piece of ¼ grilled chicken and salad i think it's good value.

Skoops provided peri peri chicken and burgers to the Dorking Muslim community association which they have added to their desserts menu. Was absolutely delicious 5 stars. Jazakallah

Waited almost 2 hrs for delivery, ordered via Just Eat. They lied and say it was on its way to try and make it look like it was on time, but then I rang and they hadn't even made the order yet. Shocking customer service.

Yet again ordering through Just eat the order had arrived wrong last time two items out of four were wrong tonight one out of three totally wrong. Tonight one item was supposed to be a peanut butter cup sundae all I got was chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a few crushed nuts. So tonight I had an overprice mr wippy

Decent portion scoops at a decent price

The Peri Peri Burger was nice but I must say very very expensive.... £7.99 for a burger meal (frozen fries and a soft drink). Staff were okay and service was okay too.

Customer service is shocking, this place has seriously gone downhill, without fail always missing something from the order whether that be the ice cream or custard or drink, or don’t have what it is I have ordered, today they sent the wrong order completely and tried to say it’s because I called up and changed my order to something completely different entirely, when I said that wasn’t true the girl on the phone said that mine was the only order in so they know who’s order they took over the phone and changed and again when I said that is not true she replied with “so what do you want me to do about that” Once I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn’t there and had just left, I called back a short while later to speak to the manager again and they backtracked and said they’d been really busy and got two orders mixed up, still no manager that I could speak to

Good customer service, and nice desserts - we just found it overpriced

Traumatic pancake day Normally I love pancake day, but this year took a turn for the worst. Me and my family thought it would be a fun filled idea to take a little trip to scoops. I ordered a crepe, but got a waffle I asked if they could correct my order and got shouted at. I thought customer is always right? Multiple swear words were used unacceptable for kiddies ears. They corrected the order and ate the waffle.

We ordered 2 burgers at 7:20. At 8:48 we received 1 burger so we called to say that we only got 1, they apologised and said another would be sent and should take 15 minutes. At 9:20 we called to ask how much longer it would be and was told "soon, the driver is on their way to you". Clearly the woman was lying as it is 10pm and still no burger. She told us to call back tomorrow. The one we did receive was a sloppy mess.

Expensive and cold waffles.. ordered m&m waffle for £9 expecting whole peanut m&ms which i specifically asked for and was really disappointed when it arrived and there was just plain m&ms which were completely crushed to sand consistency and then it was cold too. Wont be ordering again...

Had a visit to Leatherhead recently and ordered a delivery from here. The burger was delicious as was the peri peri chicken skewers. All the food arrived hot and on time. The standout item was the banana & honey milkshake, hubby says the best milkshake hes ever had.

Awful customer service. Waited 3 hours for our food. I appreciate they restaurant is busy but they could have been honest about the wait time when ordering and we would have opted for somewhere else. When the food did arrive it was an incorrect order. Rang multiple times to ask where our food was, kept being told it was leaving and then would ring back to find out it still was in store. Finally rang back and overheard the driver had missed our order. Appalling customer service. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Yum! Had dessert here after visiting a different restaurant. I had two scoops of gelato - pistachio and coconut. Really tasty and creamy. Friend had strawberry crepe. They complained it was a little "wet" possibly due to a lot of topping, but could probably also do with a minute or so extra on the stove. Huge choice of desserts for anyone with a sweet tooth!

This place is very convenient and has a nice environment to it. The nuggets burgers and puddings are amazing! A great idea would you add a new drink bubble slush bubble tea in a slushy! Thank you.

Visited here on the off chance. We had taken our daughter to a local park and stumbled across this gem! We didn't even realise it was so close to home, we are pleased we called in both me and my daughter had the bubblegum bliss sundae and my wife had a caramel latte, the menu is so wide and you have options to customise pretty much everything. We will be back!

Regular customer , always tip the delivery driver. This time food came 10 minutes late. Still offered tip and told driver to just give 5 pounds back and keep change. She informed me she had no cash. Total scam. Phoned shop. They said drivers should always have change. So the female driver was trying it on. So as a consequence they have lost a Regular customer

Have used Skoops via just eat throughout lockdown, food variable, customer service shocking. Over two hour wait and no communication from them at all. When I called was told they were just putting it on to cook, over two hours after the order was placed! Fast food, that’s a joke. Disgusting level of customer service, they couldn’t care less!

Usually really good, order from here regularly. But we ordered at 7pm tonight and got our food at 5 past 9 which is appalling. Got an apology and told that they were busy but that’s not an excuse really as if they were taking too many orders they should of stopped and focused on the orders they did have instead of being greedy and taking more. Food is good, will order again but disappointed this time

We have been eating a variety of food from Skoops since March (lockdown) a takeaway once a week and love their food. My favourite is the 8oz burger which is amazing and my family love the chicken wings and the sundaes. Today we tried the swarama (Chicken and Lamb) and they are both delicious so next time our order may vary ;-)) Service is great, food is delicious, fresh and always the same standard hence we go back on a weekly basis. Sundaes are a very popular choice and we have also tried the waffles which were scrumptious. Highly recommended!

As an Arab you don’t understand my happiness when I came across this place. For the past 10 years I’ve been looking to find a good shawarma in London but was always left disappointed until NOW. I can finally say that I found it! The chicken shawarma at Skoops is a MUST try - it hits all the spots. If you haven’t tried it yet, then you’re seriously missing out. Do yourself a FAVOUR and try their chicken shawarma. You’re welcome 😎

Really struggle to find a decent burger but have to say these were the best burgers I’ve had in a long time, really juicy and great quality meat. Delivery was a bit slow but they made up for it by bringing me another order with a freebie, great customer services. Can’t fault & will be ordering again soon!

My family and I have been ordering from Skoops since it opened a while back, and we're never disappointed with the speed and quality of the orders. Always a treat and always popular with the kids!

My company have been Working away in Leatherhead for some time now and several of us come to Scoops every Thursday (sometimes more) where we are always welcomed with a big smile and conversation from the friendly staff. The burgers are by far the best in the area and the chicken is excellent too, we can never resist an ice cream milkshake whilst waiting for the food to be cooked, delicious!

Fabulous food and friendly service - EVERY time :)

It is okay, but nothing spectacular. One of the ice-cream flavours was delicious, the other one however was powdery and bitty.
