Wagyu Bros in Portsmouth

Writing this review as conveniently they don't allow reviews of the food on uber eat app. They used to bevgood however the last 2 times we ordered (wagyu Phillips cheesesteak), they basically filled it with onions and a few pieces of wagy scattered with minimal cheese in the bread. It never used to be like thus but has gone downhill. We essentially paid for a brioche bun filled with onions and a few pieces of wagy scattered which I only knew because I looked inside but you can't taste

Really enjoyed our delivery from here. Much better value going direct and not using a delivery company. Packaged really well and delivered in good time, All food hot. The chips were so good! Crispy, tasty and lots of them. The wagu donor kebab nice, like how the salad and sauce is served separate. Chilli bites also good. Ordered due to buy one get one free on the kebabs, not sure if would pay full price.

Went to Wagyu Bros on a Sunday evening, the food was good we had a wagyu burger and a Philly steak with some sides which we both enjoyed. Service was good and staff were polite, it's more of a self service fast food setting where you go up to the till and order, you collect your own cutlery ect. My only criticism is all the cutlery was dirty which is actually very off putting and it wasn't just the knives and forks I picked out, they were all dirty. The table next to us also noticed this when they went up. It lets it down, considering it's a premium fast food joint - Maybe disposable cutlery would be better in the restaurant.

Went to visit with my family, nice comfortable seating. Customer service was great, really friendly staff that make you comfortable. Food portions are generous and presentation is nice. We ordered the sandwich and dinner of course! Tastes absolutely amazing and the kids loved the food too. Even their milkshakes were quality. Would recommend a visit.

Tastiest, juiciest burger I've ever eaten! I created my own from the choice of toppings also the strawberry and cream cheesecake milkshake was banging really thick like a milkshake should be!! Definitely will be back!

The food is great, very unique and worth travelling all the way from Oxford. I was recommended this by a friend. The hospitality it is awesome.

The service was great. Very friendly environment. Food was even better. Travelled a couple of hours to try this place and safe to say this won't be my last time visiting!

Travelled over 100 miles as I heard this place was really good. And wow the burger I ordered was the best I have ever had!!! I also ordered the wagyu donner. Tasted absolutely delicious!! I would defo be going back. Just gutted I don’t lol be close by otherwise will be there more often!!

Top food, clean and excellent service. Service was too notch and they were really cheerful and helpful. Would highly recommend.
