Wagamama Trinity in Leeds

We came to Wagamama as a group of 11 for a meal and had such a great time! Massive shoutout to Shane who was super kind and helpful with walking us through everything and helping out whenever we had any questions. Great food and big thanks to the staff for being so helpful.

The service was amazing, Mo was brilliant! Will definitely be back in the future, food was fantastic too. Can’t wait to return

Shoved in an out of the way corner at the back despite mobility issues. Most food arrived after a normal length wait, but one main I had to ask for having watched those who ordered after us get their food. Food was cold, although manager insisted it hadn't waited on the side for ages. Coincidence that it was ready as soon I chased it. He also tried to tell me it was supposed to be cold. It is a dish I've had before. I know what it should be like and don't appreciate patronising mansplaining. Still had to pay full for a substandard dish. That manager has an attitude problem

Food was amazing, both of us had ramen. The service was outstanding from Shane, thank you. My daughter has several food allergies and my order was taken by an allocated allergy server Rob. This was cooked by a chef allocated to allergies - really reassuring to have so much care taken for dietary allergies. Will definitely recommend and we will be back again soon. Thank you

Will always recommend Trinity Wagamamas. As someone with complex allergies, they always do their best to make sure my experience is no different to anyone else’s. Friend staff, amazing management and amazing food!

Will not return. Drinks order missed so watched people around us get served, no apology from waitress, just said bar was busy, the restaurant was not busy and manager confirmed order was forgotten/missed. Food orders were also being delivered to other tables that arrived after us and when ours did arrive after about 40 mins it was luke warm. Taken away and replaced. Manager said “ I have taken the initial items off bill so you will only be charged for the new ones” I should hope so, why would I pay for cold food! 2 drinks given free in exchange for slow service, cold food and a long wait. Maybe take more care of your customers in your restaurant as it seemed more focus was on just eat orders as these were flying out the kitchen.

First experience of Wagamamas and it was very tasty, that being said I don’t feel choice of food was enough, that’s being said as I mentioned the food was very tasty that I’d ordered and considering the restaurant was full the wait from order to serving was very quick.

After a small mistake the staff were more than willing to go above and beyond. Franco and Mike especially are a credit to their role. Cheers guys.

The food and service was great but I’m not happy as I’ve ordered a main dish whoosh was tasty and unfortunately it didn’t make me full when I finished my meal I went to another fast food to eat more food I hope next time I visit I don’t get the same portion

Good choice on the menu. Bit of a wait but was lunchtime in a busy shopping centre. Food fine, staff friendly and helpful but service not the quickest. Payment by QR but can pay personally. Unfortunaltely the novel seating area is currently spoilt by the noise of building work next door but that's not to say it's not quite sited in the quietest of areas anyway.

It's an ordinary restaurant that has overpriced dishes. I got a dish that tasted like nothing, 6 mini pieces of chicken of which one had a bone. If you want to have a quick bite to eat in the city centre, I do not heartily recommend this place

food was amazing as always but i suppose that’s just what u get from wagamamas as it is the same at every store you go too. however the downside of it was the staff. we’d got our mains but had order 4 sides and only had 3 brought out to us as the other one hadn’t even been placed on the order(until later when we asked for it) we also only received two glasses of water even tho three of us there so didn’t really make sense and when asked for the water, waiter seemed annoyed to have to go back and bring us the extra free water. basically overall staff (particularly one tall guy) seemed annoyed to be bringing us the dishes we were paying and they wouldn’t of had to keep bringing us out stuff if they just got it right the first time. get that everyone makes mistakes and has a bad day but don’t need to take it out on the customers.

We arrived with a small queue of one couple in front of us. It was a Wednesday evening and they appeared low staffed for a quiet evening - understandably. Unfortunately that was not the case. It seemed quite busy. We were seated at the ‘dead’ table at the entrance. We have been visiting Wagamamas since it opened and have never seen anybody at that first, long table. And we only ever eat there at a weekend - its busiest time. But, the two of us (on a Wednesday) were seated there. As we were seated, we immediately knew we would not be served quickly. The waiter who seated us, he told us that the QR pay method was not available. Did not bode well. I went to the toilet and my wife outlined that there is no need to worry as we will not be asked for our order (such cynicism!). I actually used the less-abled toilet as it was free and nobody was wishing to use it. It had no toilet paper, no hand paper and the hand dryer was not working. I drew this to the attention of the team. I returned to our table and my wife had still not been asked for drinks or the basics. she went to the toilet. Alas, nobody came anywhere near us to ask for a drink or anything else. I did the usual of an over-exaggerated-head hopping to attract the attention of a server. It seemed there were only three people across the whole restaurant and it was rammed. They were definitely working hard and doing their best. Really felt sorry for them. They were far too busy and could not meet the demand. I spoke to a server so that we could ask for a manager and the manager was organising the Deliveroo orders. I shared my feelings and she outlined that someone was dealing with the toilet situation and I apologised as this now meant that there was one server less on the shop floor. This issue should have been sorted and noticed beforehand. Made it clear that it was a bad, bad service - not good. After 30mins of being ignored, we left. Ended up going to Bundobust. Served within 2 minutes. Brilliant service and amazing food.

I popped in here on my lunch break, and whilst I have enjoyed the services received at other Wagamamas up and down the country, I must say that the service I received here was outstanding. I was served by Dan, who was efficient, swift and welcoming. Nothing felt too much trouble and he made my dining experience highly enjoyable. Silva was also efficient and friendly when taking payment for my order. The food was prepared swiftly and was tasty; I ordered the vegetable gyoza, chicken and ginger udon noodles and finished off with the smoked chocolate cake with ice cream. The dessert was exceptionally enjoyable and is highly recommended. I’ve been to this Wagamama a few times for work lunches over the last few months but this particular visit really brightened my day, thanks to a really helpful team and delicious food.

Went for my birthday and our waiter was a lovely guy called Mo and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service, nothing was too much for him and he was very attentive and I even got a free slice of cake. Genuinely one of the nicest people and can tell he loves his work.

Genuinely the best popular restaurant chain in the UK for their vegan range. Absolutely fantastic. I had the vg fish + chips and the vg chicken bun today, and they taste better than any of the meat based dished I've had from wagamama's in the past before I went vegan! I'm utterly impressed. Customer service was also excellent. They didn't put as much sweet potato in the fish n chips as they regularly do, which I was completely fine with. Then when they gave me the receipt they had taken off the charge for the starter which was about £6.50 as an apology. I was perfectly happy to pay the full amount but the fact that they did this showed how much they care for customer satisfaction!'

Me and my young daughter had a lovely lunch at Wagamama with my friend and her young child. We were offered the high chair when we arrived and served by Mo who was a lovely waiter. He provided excellent recommendations of what to try and understood our dietary requirements and informed the chef as well. The food arrived very quickly and we didn't feel like we were disturbed excessively during our meal, but equally had wonderful customer service. I love the food at Wagamama ans it can be difficult with a young child to eat out, but it felt very welcoming. We were initially not going to go due to the long queue to get in (but it went quickly) and glad we came and would definitely like to come again.

I usually like Wagamama’s but after finding a hair in my drink I’ve never felt so sick. There food is usually good they did offer me another drink but still it ruined my day and my stomach doesn’t feel too good.

I started with Chicken Gyoza……I can’t eat frozen chicken l. I can spot it a mile off. I can taste it - it’s horrible! The Gyoza are frozen or the chicken they use in the Gyoza has been frozen - awful!I then order a chicken dish which consisted of ONE chicken thigh ( I kid you not)! covered in a coconut based paste. This was accompanied with a mountain of sticky rice and radish. Then a teaspoon of Asian slaw.The whole thing was dry and bland the only thing that broke up the blandness was a couple of chopped chili’s thrown over the top.The menu has completely changed to the old favorites that they’ve run forever and they seem to spec the dishes so everything has an odious amount of sticky rice and not much of anything else.This is the second time I’ve been and been completely underwhelmed by the food.Wagamama has always been a favorite of mine since the 90’s - but I won’t be going again. It feels like it’s been taken over by another poorer restaurant chain.

I orden a high fice drink( juice) mistake in the juice. 3 starters , and 2 ramens. Starters good. 1 give for mistake to a different table and give late to us . Far enough give for free. First Ramen beef, was OK I think so. Second ramen missing 3 ingredients . I think many people not idea what is a ramen. But this you read in the menu you will found the food you eat not match the ingredients is in. Very disappointed. Staff lovely.

We are a group of 4 who visited Wagamama in December 2021.The food was delicious and we all said we would eat here again.There was one staff member who stood out for his excellent customer service, his name was Mo.Three of our group had been served meals and my sister was still waiting. Mo noticed this and went to chase up her meal. A short while later he noticed she still hadn’t been served so he went to hurry them along and informed her he would remove the meal from the bill. When he returned with her meal he told her she would also receive a free dessert. You can’t ask for any better than that.

The staff seemed disinterested in us, couldn’t decide if they were bored or unhappy. Half the stuff on the menu unavailable but what we had was nice enough. The corridor to the toilets was dark and dirty with big cans of oil stacked up blocking the way, no toilet paper. The whole experience was very disappointing and just a bit grim

First visit in two years. The food was tasty and we enjoyed it. Shame it was spoiled by one member of staff. Our server was good but when we dared mention to another staff member that our requested water had not arrived after 15 mins he brought it and actually slammed it on the table without a word! We got one glass between us and didnt dare ask for another. We mentioned this to our server who apologised on his behalf but it was just so unnecessary. We still left a tip though as felt it was unfair to punish our server for poor behaviour of one person ( who mainly appeared to be seating people). A shame really as i wont be going back any time soon.

Opted to eat here while in the area, eaten at this chain before but not here. As always excellent quality food which was devoured, clean plates all round. Will we return, yes without question.

I have frequented a lot of Wagamamas over the years(shame there is no loyalty card) and I have to say we have never been disappointed with the service and food in Leeds. I commented to Carley the server how good the food was and that we had been to many Wagamamas and Leeds is definitely one of our favourites. She then told me that they have great chefs that have worked there for a while. I just thought what a great thing to say and so positive. I don’t write many reviews but she was so lovely and I enjoyed myself that I thought I would take the time to do a review. Excellent service, excellent food Thankyou

Takeaway for a group of friends, everything came in plastic bowls with lids. We never get takeaway, we’ve been trying to avoid plastic for years but figured we’d treat ourselves and that restaurants nowadays had probably made improvements on this. We couldn’t have been more wrong! We certainly won’t be ordering from Wagamama again and will be telling others to avoid. The staff argued the plastic is recyclable but that doesn’t make it any better, it’s very unlikely it will actually get recycled either in this country or wherever it will get shipped off to! Furthermore hot food in plastic really can’t be healthy.

We had a very nice welcome from Mo and were served promptly.We had one plate of hoisin duck buns which are really tasty.Followed by a tasty bowl of chicken ramen each - not easy to eat delicately but very enjoyable.We also had a couple of cups of green tea which are free with the meal.Good value.

I visited with my friend on a busy Saturday lunch time. We was warmly welcomed at the door and asked to sit outside. My waitress didn’t leave me too long to order, sorry I don’t know her name but she had red hair. She made me feel well looked after. Checking back if everything was okay for us which it was! We ordered the cod and pad Thai and it was delicious. It was a shame that the table next to me was complaining and had clearly upset her. I just wanted to leave a review to remind people to be kind to others and I could tell that she looked completely stretched and that she tried her best to resolve whatever the issue was. This was our first visit to a Wagamama restaurant, highly recommended by my son and his girlfriend, myself and the wife decided to give it a try. It was the Thursday before Christmas and I expected to have to wait for a table, but it was not the case we were seated straight away.The waitress was prompt with her service, menus on the table and she made suggestions to us as first timers so we could experience the "wagamamas way", wife went for a pinot grigio and I chose a japanese beer Asahi in a 660ml bottle!Both arrived quickly and were really nice to drink, the 660ml bottle was huge, we made our food selections which also came out quickly.Starter was a sharer of Chicken Yakitori, which consisted of four marinated chicken skewers coated in a spicy teriyaki sauce, something called shichimiand spring onions.The wife's main course was the Chicken Katsu Curry, chicken coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, with vegetables covered in an aromatic curry sauce served with sticky rice and a side salad, it looked strange but tasted amazing. I went for the Firecracker chicken, a fiery mix of chicken, mangetout, red and green peppers, onions and hot red chillies. Served with white rice, sesame seeds, shichimi and fresh lime, it was just as the name says "firecracker" it was very hot and I ended up leaving several of the chillis! I have to say it was very nice food and the service was spot on, but then the bill came and at £51 just for lunch it was not cheap at all, be mindful of the drinks you choose as this is what boosted the bill.

Called yesterday the first time after pandemic The food was ok but the standard of food isn’t what it was.We have had the starter ribs before but now they come boneless, reconstituted anything isn’t good and these are bad My wife had Katsu chicken curry they need to rename it red onion curry because that’s the main ingredient I had a pork belly ramen and it was nice but something was missing.All in all we felt undersold

Visit the restaurant a few days. The vegan menu was excellent so much to choose from we were spoilt for choice. We decided on order a few dishes to try and we weren’t disappointed they tasted amazing. But we were too full to try a dessert. The service was good also. Would be definitely going back.

Eaten here multiple times, always satisfies. Food is quick. I normally order the katsu and asked the waitress for a different recommendation, I’m normally ok with spice but the firecracker dish, to put it politely, hurt me twice. Would eat here again but probably not that dish

Waited an hour, app said driver was here and had rung me - no one rang me! I rang the number given it was just a recorded message.Waited outside for ages asked random drivers if they were delivering!Made numerous calls to the restaurant delivery and deliveroo all I get offered is a refund! Useless! So so annoyed and disappointed. This food is a promised take away for a poorly child who has been in hospital 10 days! Nice one Wagamama’s Leeds and Deliveroo. Big fat fail!!!

I have experienced wagamama before a few years ago in a different location and was disappointed. This however was much better. We had the duck and vegetable dumplings to start. We had shu's shick chicken and a naked katsu dish for mains. Plus bang bang cauliflower side. Could have eaten more!All very tasty. We had a glass of wine each and bill came to 53.45 excluding service.Our waitress called Carley was very good and made us feel special despite sitting outside in the rain. Will be back and would recommend.

What can I say, about Wagamama in your designer outlet, Well my first word would be FANTASTIC!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just FANTASTIC. We didn't know what to expect going to the outlet during these unusual times (covid) and seeing the lines to get in was almost enough for us to turn around and head back home. Im so glad we never, we finally got in at 11,45 am . And headed to the toilets , and once out all we could smell was the aroma coming from wagamama , sooooo good . Now I was set on trying EDs burgers as we've never been , but the smells from wagamamas was so good we decided to break away from our normal eateries, and soo happy we did. We was seated and served drinks and was explained how to check in and pay. We soon ordered and was told it would come out staggered as its all cooked fresh. We had the bang bang cauliflower, the chicken dumplings which was AMAZING!!!! Pad Thai and the Raman chicken, (see photo.) It was sensational and way above or expectations. The service was first class, enough to make sure your welcome and enough not to think you've been forgotten about. After we had our meal we was offered a sweet but declined as we was full. We quickly paid by the QR CODE app and left with a chorus of thank you , see you again. Which was nice. Total bill inc tip was £42 . a little more than our bog standard meals out from the usual cheap eats but fully worth it. Well done wagamama.

Not the usual bright cheerful staff. I wasn’t offered a choice of cutlery. The spoon for my sweet was dirty, looked unwashed. Food was ok though. Overall, pretty sloppy service.

Creo que el equipo estaba un poco abrumado cuando estuvimos allí, lo cual es completamente comprensible durante EO 2 HO. Tuve que pedir cubiertos un par de veces y no pude llamar la atención de alguien para más bebidas, pero no era como si no estuvieran haciendo nada, simplemente estaban muy ocupados.

Esto fue fenomenal. El servicio fue excelente y la comida perfecta. Hay tanta comida vegetariana y vegana para elegir y fueron geniales con COVID con PPE, desinfectantes de manos, pantallas. . . una gran comida fuera (¡y tan barata dada la comida para ayudar!)

Visito Wagamama en Leeds Trinity a menudo y me encanta la comida y el servicio aquí. Mi última visita fue en febrero y pedí salmón, ¡encantador como siempre! Las bebidas aquí son excelentes y ofrecen una buena selección de opciones alcohólicas y no alcohólicas. Estoy realmente impresionado con la variedad de alimentos que incluyen carnes, pescados y verduras, tanto para adultos como para niños. He visitado solo de compras, con amigos y también en grupos grandes. ¡Un restaurante genial!

Aparecí para pedir una comida para dos para llevar. Inmediatamente me dieron un asiento afuera y me ofrecieron un vaso de agua y un té verde mientras esperaba. Me sentí realmente bienvenido y bien atendido. Personal encantador y amable y, como siempre, excelente comida (obtuvimos comidas a base de plantas y carne). Muy recomendable si quieres una comida para llevar decente.

We came for our first family meal out since lockdown today and were served by the lovely Carley. She made us feel very welcomed and relax. Her service, friendliness and manners were exceptional. A true credit to Wagamama.

Came for a bite to eat with our friends , our waiter Jake was very caring and helpful towards us , we had a great time with his service and for sure will be visiting again
