The goffry was not bad but it was not fresh, they just heated de goffry which was already made. It was not crispy even a little bit it was just so average. Ice cream is not the best quality. But if you want to eat a goffry and there is no other places to go the place is not as bad.

The waffles (11. August 21pm) were not freshly made. Ready made ones, not crispy at all. For a "wafflemeister", it is not fair with the customers. Boss, look after your employees.

The second time visiting this lovely little waffle house. The owners are so lovely and friendly and always go above and beyond to look after you. Catered well for my daughter’s allergies too. Big portions and competitive prices- And nice and clean everywhere. We just wish we lived closer so that we could visit more often!! Definitely recommended.

Lovely crispy light American waffles surprisingly filling. Warm welcome from bright staff who were patient while we chose from the big menu. £24 for two waffles - and two coffees (which were good and hot but not scolded!) Perfect breakfast after a heavy night in fab Brighton town!

Got the strawberry heaven waffles and a mocha the waffles were some of the best I’ve had and would visit again!

I read the previous bad reviews and was reluctant to try this place. Then I was told that they had a management/team shuffle about a year ago. I had the BEST meal there and the BEST customer service. Their waffles are fresh, soft, have a great taste and make you feel like you're suddenly on holiday. I was delighted.

Had a wonderful meal with the family. Everyone from the staff was incredibly polite and made us feel welcome. The salmon on waffles was an unexpectedly delightful combination, and the strawberry and chocolate crepes were just the right mix of sweet and savory to round off the meal perfectly. The quality of the food and the warmth of the service have definitely made us fans. We will certainly return for more delightful experiences. Highly recommend!

My mother and I had breakfast here at 9 in the morning on Thursday the 29th of February. I ordered a Nutella sandwich, and my mum had the full breakfast waffle, which were both amazing. The egg was perfectly cooked. We also had the greedy hot chocolate that had real melted chocolate melted on top. It's a shame that there isn't one local to us as I'd go all the time. We will definitely be back next time we're in Brighton.

Much smaller than expected and not much seating but the food and service was good. No menus but a large board to order from

I got the strawberry mess waffle and the staff were really friendly, ongoing and safe. I've felt very happy and relaxed to be in the place when eating. The service was very quick, and the tables were clean and the floor was clean generally. The choice of music was splendid! (ABBA was top choice!!). Also, when I ordered my waffles, the sugar level and egg consistency were very good and I felt like I was in heaven! Seriously recommend it!! To top it off, the ice cream was top notch!

Excellent crepes and waffles. Decent quantity. The prices are jacked up by 20% for eat-in. Hence we opted for take away, we got charged an additional 20% take away fees! Truly a customer's choice on how to pay the additional 20%! I am sure the take away boxes don't cost £3-£4. Such, hidden fees are exacerbating the cost of living crisis.

Really nice place to chill and indulge in a pancake or waffle with whatever you like on top my kids obviously chose Nutella. Cappuccino was spot on and place was extremely tidy and clearly well looked after.

It was really nice, well worth a visit. Not healthy in any way, really, but great for a treat. Nice place, nice food, nice people- clean, good menu, slight pricey, but it’s central town. Well worth a visit.

Decent dessert place. Got a waffle that tastes good. I'm used to the presentation being impeccable in a dessert place. However, I would say this is just above average. All in all, I can't complain for the price.

We went to Watflemeister Brighton on Pride weekend. We had 5 different waffles and 5 different drinks and all were incredibly delicious! We could not ask for a better breakfast, 10/10 food, service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

I recently tried the Triple Chocolate Waffle with added strawberries at Wafflemeister, and it was pure bliss! The combination of perfectly crispy waffle, rich chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, and chocolate ice cream was a chocolate lover's dream. Highly recommended for a sweet and satisfying treat! 🍫😍

This place has three vegan waffle options available. The strawberry, banana and chocolate one was pretty good. The waffles are fresh and tasty. The restaurant is cute with plenty of indoor seating. Overall it was pretty good for vegan waffles.

We enjoyed our first visit to Wafflemeister. 10/10. The waffles were DEEEEELICIOUS! Hubby had banoffee waffle with cream & ice-cream and I had Vegan Pecan Waffle. Oh my goodness, how good are these waffles! My daughter had been nagging me to visit and I eventually gave in. She had the Strawberry heaven and I had the Go Bananas, both were superb, honestly the most perfectly cooked waffles I’ve ever tasted!

We got a Deliveroo on Fathers Day, both waffles were cold, they delivered differant to what we ordered but still charged a fortune! I wouldnt ever get another takeaway from this pleace.

In 49 West St, Brighton BN1 2RA, there is a lovely dessert restaurant by the name of wafflemister which we went to for breakfast. We ordered 3 waffles: waffle au chocolat which is a waffle drizzled in chocolate, strawberry heaven which is a waffle with strawberries and cream and finally cookies and cream which is Oreo’s and cream on a waffle, we also ordered a very posh late with a leaf of milk in the middle as well as a nice cup of tea. When we were leaving, my daughter asked the chef how he did all his work and this chef replied, “next time you come, I will give you an hour tour on how I make waffles” and my daughter got very excited. Wafflemister is a very sweet restaurant.

Popped in here with the wife and kids. Great waffles, great selection. Really tasty. Lovely coffee as well. Unfortunately my daughter ordered a waffle that came sprinkled with lots of nuts, and she doesn’t like nuts. It was her fault as there was clearly nuts on the picture on the board, but the manager happily replaced hers with a fresh one with no nuts. I went to pay for the fresh one as it was our mistake but the manager refused payment and gave it to us on the house. Really kind of him. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Great people, great food, great service 👌

Perfect quantity and quality. I had the churro waffles with chocolate brownie ice cream. Loved every bite. Real melted chocolate in a decent size pot. None of this chocolate sauce rubbish. My boyfriend also had the Canadian waffles. Had to ask for some extra maple syrup but they gave it with no extra charge. Perfect.

Sadly the waffles were not up to the usual standard the Nutella And Banoffee sandwich was soggy, doughy and pale. I have eaten here lots and it has never been like this. I asked for it to be changed they said it’s a new recipe for vegans I asked for the Belgian waffles instead these were ok but not as big and I paid for the larger ones. £35 is very expensive for what we received. Made us sad.

Popped in here for brunch around 10.45am on a Friday. All-day breakfast waffle (egg, bacon, cheese with maple syrup) for me, Granola breakfast waffle (granola, banana, yogurt, honey) for my wife. All freshly prepared, very tasty indeed. Good tea & coffee too.

We popped in for an evening treat after our fish and chip supper. My daughters had Nutella and strawberry crepes . The serving was ample and scrumptious. Cappuccino was good too nice and frothy.

Cuando llegó el gofre, estaba pálido y poco cocido. La masa todavía estaba cruda en el medio. Lo llevé al mostrador y le dije al personal que la masa aún estaba cruda. El personal me dijo que no era posible ya que todos se cocinan con un temporizador. Ella me miró como si estuviera loco.Al final, accedió a hacerme otro, pero como estaba en un temporizador, también estaba pálido y poco cocido.Fue una pena porque la masa estaba deliciosa. Simplemente prefiero que el gofre esté bien cocido.

I went to Wafflemeister this afternoon for lunch. They have a whole vegan menu - I was very impressed! I had a waffle with maple syrup and pecan nuts. It was freshly made and very tasty. My mum had a savoury crepe and she loved it. The place was very clean and easy to sit in safely to socially distance. The loo was very clean and tidy, too. All in all, an excellent bite to eat! The staff were friendly, too. The whole visit exceeded my expectations. Thank you Wafflemeister!

Popped in for lunch earlier. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff friendly. There was a good selection of waffles and drinks from choose from. I had a chocolate waffle and hot chocolate which tasted great. I will be returning next time in in Brighton. Recommended

I’m a classic waffle lover and this is the only place I go to properly have them. You can find also very nice and generous filled crepes if that’s more your thing. Also lovely thick milkshakes and tasty smoothies.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Mery who speaks Spanish and James

Crepes are reheated and not cooked fresh when you order which makes them dry and tough to eat. They also charge you extra for eating in because they would have to wash a dish as opposed to help save the environment. The amount of plastic used for 1 take away crepe was obscene!!And the service sucks there was 3 employees working and not a single one smiled or was at all interested in taking my order even though there was only my partner and I in the shop.

If you want to spend £4.50 on a minute milkshake, then here is your place. The chocolate sauce is disgusting, and the servings are seriously small.

A nice place, and very friendly, sadly my Waffle with Cheese and Ham was a little dry and chewy. My wife's Ice Cream on the other hand was fantastic. I would visit again, maybe a bit earlier in the day.

Stayed in Brighton for 3 nights, and visited Wafflemeister twice as they were so nice! Great customer service from the staff. In our 2 visits we ordered the triple chocolate waffle, the go bananas waffle, and the chicken avocado.Would definitely come back here if I return to Brighton.

The waffles were so amazing that we had to go back in the same week! On my first visit I had the Nutella Waffle and it was so delicious and looked amazing! The fresh cream and ice cream made it even better! On the second visit I had Churro Waffles which came with caramel ice cream and melted dark chocolate! I had the hot chocolate and it was honestly one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had! I have been recommending this place to my friends ever since!

Big sweet menu. Staffs are always friendly. Belgium’s waffle is a bit sweet. If you aren’t a big fans of sweet suggest Crepes. They offer in breakfast style not only sweet.

Fiancée and I visited for breakfast during our bank holiday visit to Brighton, as soon as we clocked it we mutually agreed to breakfast here.

Good lord that was amazing. My girlfriend and I just went to Wafflemeister for breakfast; she had a Canadian waffle and I had an all day breakfast waffle. Both were excellent. We practically sat in silence and finished our waffles in about ten minutes. I'm honestly so happy now.

Had a toffe waffle cheesecake, which wasn't great; it was tough and chewy. The ice cream was a generous portion but tasteless. There were hints of the flavour (both pistachio and oreo cookie) but it just tasted creamy. My husband and I were both pretty disappointed.

Was thoroughly impressed with both the quantity and quality of the food here. I ordered a Nutella waffle, but asked if I could switch out the ice cream on the side with chocolate sauce. They were very happy to accommodate me and didn’t skimp on the chocolate sauce at all! Not only was my Nutella waffle absolutely delicious, but the choice of food here was huge. I will definitely be going back to try something else!

Was craving a Nutella crepe so popped in. Saw that it was £5.00 but thought that meant it was going to be incredible. I was HORRIFIED to see the lady take out a STACK of precooked crepes and flop one onto the heat. I like to watch my crepe being cooked but no! She then heated it up, took it off, folded it up and flicked some Nutella over the top! The Nutella should be INSIDE the crepe and the crepe should have been FRESHLY MADE in front of my eyes. Walked out feeling like I’d been made a fool of and in hindsight, I should have asked for my money back as soon as I saw that stack of precooked, dried out pancakes. Never again.

Children and adults all enjoyed their chosen dishes, and the warmth of the welcome on a day most people are still off at Christmas couldn't have been beaten. Great visit.

Prompt service by helpful, smiley staff. Tables a bit sticky. We had the lemon crepe, very lemony, and the Go Bananas waffle. Both lovely with plenty of topping. Earl grey was nice too

Came for Sunday brunch after a stay at the Travelodge just down the road. My husband and I both had the brunch it crepe with bacon, egg, cheese, spinach and tomato and they were absolutely delicious, one of those dishes where you really enjoy every mouthful. My husband also had one of the milkshakes and it was that good he ended up licking the chocolate off the outside of the glass. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've ever had and would definitely make a beeline for Wafflemeister if we came to stay in Brighton again
