Vujon Restaurant & Takeaway in Craven

We order from this takeaway regularly. Decided to order via phone rather than just eat, to save us extra charges and them. When they show up they charged us extortionate prices for the bare minimum food order we ordered. Put it this way they were very expensive kebabs and donner meat and chips! When rung and confronted about this price they told us they charge just eat prices even without just eat taking the extra cost from them which they don’t state on their business website and had no explanation for this really either. Poor customer service and quite frank a Robbing service too! Think before ordering as I’m sure you could get the same food at half the price elsewhere. Daylight robbery whether they’re over charging or the delivery guy is pocketing the extra money!

Had a few takeaways in last two month I have found vujon to be very good .Tasty curries nice starters all good value.

We came across Vujon as our usual place closed for some odd reason but that really did us a favour. Vujon’s food is absolutely fantastic. Fresh, tasty and very reasonable. Plus it comes so quick. If you want great food and service just try it once! You wont go anywhere else. Top marks Vujon 👌💯

Should have had a keena bhuma I can honestly say its the worst I have had it was 40% meat and 40% onion and 20% fat, the bit of meat was chewy and grizzel

Had a takeaway from here last night. Excellent curry- recommend the Nawabi special. Hot, quick service. Will be using again.

Basically we love the Vujon... It's quiet but friendly, small menu but really tasty food, great nan and baji, and there's never a need to book ahead.

What a bad choice! Mixed kebab meat was very tough and chewy. Then moving onto the lamb saag. No taste, very sloppy and the worst curry I think I’ve tasted. All round abysmal and I can’t believe they ever are happy to produce such low quality food.

I have no issues with the food, just the poor customer service and misleading loyalty /online /collection discounts. I ended up paying over double what I expected this evening and it was only to avoid my child's disappointment that I reluctantly relented and paid. Feel swindled and angry that they seem to make up the rules as they go along.

Tikka Masala was absolutely delicious. Food was delivered early, which was definitely a plus! Second order from Vujon and I will be ordering again.

Food was some of the best takeaway Indian food I have tasted. Only disappointment was that they stated it would be delivered at 19-10 and it eventually arrived at 19-45 after I had rung to find out where it was. On the phone I was told the driver would give me a cash discount due to it being late, something he declined to do. Food was worth the wait though.

We ate at this restaurant two years ago while staying nearby and thought it was food lovely. We had a take away last week and we really enjoyed everything. The mixed starter was lovely. The currys were all excellent, so tasty. If we lived nearby this would be our go to curry take away. It is much better than what we have at home.

Very tasty curry, the rojan Josh is best I've had from a takeaway. Delivered to Cononley which is great as we only have a Chinese. Free raita with poppadoms is a nice touch. The salad always gets binned though, i wouldn't bother with it if I were you. Keep it up guys.

We're do I start firstly ordered chicken tikka and korma , they both came tasting the same just different colours , my partner found a small hair In hers and I found a long black hair in mine tasteless and left me with the sqwitlys

Very disappointed - as a loyal customer I would expect a call back when I have called them to inform them they have made a mistake with my meal - they encouraged me to order via their app, however, I am unable to leave them a review. I am sorry but having to throw a curry away but you failed to follow instructions left on the order doesn't deserve any stars..

Relax in a non-pretentious (ok slightly shabby) setting and BYO wine or beer. Whilst in the winter months it is not well used (mostly it does take-aways) and so the restaurant room is a bit chilly, in summer that's ok. We have used this place many times over several years - never been disappointed - service prompt, starters excellent, mains varied and tasty, naan excellent, and always good value.

Pizzas were burnt , it was late and delivery driver parked in the middle of a main road causing obstruction to other drivers. Won't be ordering again

Really dissapointed with my king prawn curry...just four prawns in a load of sauce...not the usual high standard we get from Vujon 😔

As I was working away from home I didn't know any takeaways. I also never write reviews. However I wanted to thank you as what I received was the best takeaway I had experienced for quite some time far better than at home. Great value for money plenty of food and great quality food. Well done I would definitely recommend and reorder.

Just awful - I have loved Vujon since it opened but tonight I didn't receive everything I ordered and what I did was simply awful - apart from the chapaties. So disappointed.

Although the decor and ambiance leaves a bit of updating the food is exceptional. I traveled through India early last year and thought our meal at Vujon was every bit as good as any I had in India. It is BYO so go prepared to enjoy a wine or two (no corkage) & awesome food. Our waiter was friendly although he did not have a lot of English. But that just added to the whole experience. Would visit again when next in UK.

Ordered a large king kebab but there was nothing large about it. It only just filled a pitta bread Minimal amount of chilli sauce on it and lacking chicken tikka. Maybe you should provide free tubs of chilli sauce and mint sauce instead of charging £2 for a pickle tray.

Food was ok although a little too sweet. Not the worst but not the best.

Had to wait 10 mins after collection time for my spicy chicken pizza which was OK. But when I got it home it was burnt and not spicy in the slightest. No chilli base, no jalapeños. Tasteless and boring.

Best curry's around but really can't do anything else. Burgers, bad bread. Pizza's bone dry... Yet still order due to the curries being the best around!

Really tasty kebabs. They followed our request re the sauces separate. They did however forgot our salad, although we never chased. we would use again.

yummy! the free onion bhaji's are delish (not too spicy). the chicken tikka Saag is lovely. wish they did a smaller pizza other than 12". you have to wait over a hour for delivery to Keighley but its worth it.

I have ordered from here a few times and have always found the quality of the food great. The only issue I have is items missing from the orders. First time was mango chutney, not a major thing but a little bit frustrating considering I paid for it. This time my pilau rice was forgotten. I was made aware of this by the gentleman delivering it who was very apologetic and gave me the money I paid for the rice back which I appreciated. I will still continue to use as the quality of the food is fantastic though.

Our meal was missing chapattis and whilst it was rectified within 15 minutes our meal was spoilt. Everyone makes mistakes but Vujon have missed something from our order the last 3 times. Food is nice but will go elsewhere now as our takeaways are supposed to be special but instead they are spoiled by carelessness.

Our meal was cold. It took 90 minutes to be delivered and we were missing 1 chapatti. Not good enough. Wie will go somewhere else from now on as this is 3rd time that the order has been wrong and delivery time has been an hour and a half or more.

Driver was incredibly friendly, he forgot my cans of coke so he went to the shop round the corner and bought me some, brilliant service and much appreciated. Food was good, the pizza especially was delicious. Cheers guys.

Popadoms had a nasty taste like burnt oil chicken pakoras Very greasy, thr whole meal was cold and took 1 hour 10 minutes. Very dissappointed.

Food was excellent, though a small piece of plastic made it into my meal, you are welcome to that back next order :)

We order from this takeaway many times. The food is good but they are always late. Between 30-60 mins late. Not good enough..

This was my favorite take away but the last few times i have ordered food just hasn't been the same standard at all, My last order i had to ring and complain. Won't go into detail but i was refunded for one item out of my order, fair enough but i won't order from here again, not sure if there is a new chef or something but it is definitely not the same :o(

Not sure what is going on at Vujon but standards have slipped. Ordered Murgh massala chicken, what arrived was essentially chicken tikka massala with mince. Murgh massala doesn't even contain chicken tikka. Chips were overcooked and old. Suspect they were re-heated. The pizza was just a doughy mess. The care just seems to have gone! Sadly I won't be using Vujon again as the higher price is not reflected in the quality of the food!

Best curry I've had for a while :)

We are big fans of Vujion but unfortunately the food has recently started to be very greasy. We did request less oil but unfortunately it still came very greasy. I don't think we will be using you guys again for pizzas unfortunately....even though your bolognese pizza is lovely.....just too much grease.

There was a black hair in the dough of the garlic and tomato bread. Made us feel Ill. Probs won't get a delivery from there again.

The meal arrived after nearly an hour and a half, 40min later than the predicted time, not a great start (though I've waited longer from other takeaways). The food was terrible, bland and sloppy, but the worst part was that we had ordered two dishes with paneer cheese. Both of these dishes instead of paneer had a thick layer of bland cheddar-like stuff melted on the top, nothing like paneer at all, it was revolting. I would never order from this takeaway again, easily the worst curry I've ever eaten.

Friendly and efficient but the last two meals were generally very poor. Especially bad was the Byriani. It was dry, the meat way overdone and the sauce too dry and thick. Shame as normally has been good just seems lately has gone downhill. I will be speaking to them to feedback so to be fair they haven´t had chance to rectify it yet and I suspect they will do so without any issue

Amazing restaurant. We have never had a bad order....the food is fabulous and such good value. If you are looking for a tasty curry that it not just about the heat....don´t look anywhere else. They guys are the best!
