Popped in for some lunch after a walk. Absolutely lovely ladies and food was delicious - really warmed us up after the heavens opened! Can’t wait to come back!

I call in most days for a coffee. There's a brilliant selection of hot and cold sandwiches. Pies. Pasties. Soups. Worth going just for the staff. They're so friendly. Such a lovely, welcoming shop.

"The girls" have just done the catering for my late father's funeral. He insisted that they do it. The result was amazing, trays of sandwiches including veggie options, Carrs pasties, cake by the trayful. The girls will miss my dad, but the amazing standards will continue.

I’ve been hearing about these epic sandwiches from my two best friends for months, months! Well today I had the pleasure of sampling one! A ham salad with a chamfer of cheese! The weight of the thing meant one thing; it’s going to be good! You know what? It was! Every mouthful was filled with a bit of all sorts! Definitely worth a try!

Fantastic food fantastic staff must try baconaise sauce on BLT on toast superb and the specials are different every day always call on Mondays about 10 :30 quiet then lovely shop clean and fresh

This is a local "butty shop" but it is more. Debbie provides an amazing range of food. Prices are good (see the cars and wagons parked outside!) and the banter is brilliant. Great value for money.

I have been here twice with my parents and twice it has been fantastic. From the lovely friendly staff to the atmosphere and mostly importantly the amazing well presentation of there food. Well worth the visit you won't be disappointed. Thank you to everyone who works hard to delivered such a wonderful experience at the Village Pantry xx

All freshly made sandwiches - to order. Choice of pies and pasties, pleasant staff good value. Parking can be tricky when it's busy especially 12 til 1.

"The Noodle Shed" 🥣🥢 A Family run business with a real passion for food, serving a multitude of authentic Cantonese dishes, you will find around!! All the food is freshly prepared that day, and your rely can taste that difference!! Would highly recommend their soup bowls 🥣!! but there Crispy Beef will blow you away, definitely not to be overlooked if ya visit.!!! Don't forget to get ask to try there off Menu Secret dish "Mala Hot & Spicey Prawns or Chicken.. 😍" this is amazing!! Recently had a new additional outbuilding built with additional seating area!!. Can be prebooked for private functions and parties. Or just reserve a table for two !!!. Deffenlty recommends to family an friends!! 10/10..

247 Blackburn RoadWe've been meaning to visit Baker's for some time now due to recommendations from family and friends. We were not disappointed. Parking is difficult even at quiet times but we did find somewhere on the road opposite. The food and decor were excellent. We had breakfast but they have an extensive lunch and evening menu. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was quiet that morning so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. We will definitely call again this time for lunch or in the evening

29 ChurchgateBest pasties pies sandwiches cakes etc in Bolton and elsewhere. Everything is really tasty. We don't live in Bolton anymore but we still travel there.

142 Albert RoadThe Royal is an hidden gem the food is outstanding all home cooked, and excellent value for money. The menu caters for all, the Sunday lunches are amazing all freshly prepared and if you don’t have room for your dessert you can take it home. The homemade pies a choice of Cheese or Meat are freshly made by Alison are a worth a try they are delicious. It is well worth a visit and the prices are extremely reasonable. The staff go above and beyond they are so friendly especially Alison & Nicola.
