Vemillion in Basingstoke and Deane

Very good for lunch. I enjoyed their garlic mayo chicken wrap and chocolate orange tart. Would very much recommend to anyone.

Stopped in here a few times now so thought I'd leave a quick review. The cafe is totally Vegan (which we are not) so we have visited due to our child's egg allergy. It is lovely to have somewhere where you don't have to worry about contamination or limited choices for a quick treat. Our son recommends the chocolate brownies and tarts.

Amazing! The coffee was sublime! Now my absolute favourite flat white and taken top spot over M&S. The sausage roll was so tasty with a flaky pasty, unlike others that are so anaemic and stodgy (in my opinion) … We will definitely be coming back 🥰

Cracking little find, lovely and fresh, friendly service and staff. Toasties and coffee were great, freshly made (not taken out of a pack) highly recommend to all.

I met up with a friend for a bite to eat and we thought we'd try Vermillion. Well it was a wonderful experience. I had the Buddha Bowl with Falafels and Satay Sauce. I loved every mouthful. Fresh and delicious. My friend had the Avocado & Feta Sourdough and the photo makes my mouth water. I had a good look at the food being eaten on other tables. Plenty of choice from sandwiches, toasties, Jacket Potatoes, wraps and a host of cakes and other delights. Considering that this Vegan cafe has been in the Chineham shopping area for over 2 years (nearly 3) I am now kicking myself for not trying it sooner. I'm not Vegan, nor vegetarian but I love good quality ingredients, prepared well and with loving care and attention. The vibe was friendly, busy but not squished in. They do take-aways and I will be treating myself again soon.

This is a great find for vegans. It is all vegan, so no working out which dish is ok. They also cater for gluten free. The food is lovey and quite varied, from vegan variations on standard cafe fare to lovely vegan specific dishes. The staff were able to advise my wife, a non vegan, which plant milk would be closest to cows milk so clearly helpful to vegan newbies or flexitarians. The prices were reasonable too

Made very welcome. Really friendly and so helpful. All staff were wonderful. Lots of choice. Fabulous milkshake. Very clean. The only thing I would suggest is to have a themed decor.

Lovely vegan food - so nice to have somewhere that offers such a variety. Really great going somewhere that you know you can eat everything on the menu.

I have visited Vemillion several times since its opening and really enjoy the quality and variety of food (especially the waffles and coffee). The service is always great with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. It's a good location for me to stop at on my way home from work-related travel in the south, with free parking nearby and with it being quieter than a busy central town location. Thanks to everyone at Vemillion!
