It’s been years since I’ve stopped at an upper crust booth. £5 for a very dry & bland anorexic ham and cheese baguette on bristol temple meads station. Hell will freeze over before I stop again

4.75 for a tiny soft bap with some bacon. You won't see us again. Corporate greed at its best. Good luck with that...

Stopped off for pre rail journey for coffee. Average prices, although food quite expensive. Good coffee.

absolutely appalled by tonight’s delivery. I use upercrust 3-4 times a week. never ever again. I will also ensure no one from my work places uses them again. rang to tell me the driver was outside my property. I was stood in my front garden telling them I can assure you he is not. they rang to confirm my postcode 5 times!!!! I don’t live in a remote area? I expressed my concerns of my food being cold they told me the boss would be lenient upon delivery! after it finally arrived he expected full price and my food was freezing! to top it of was also missing the salad of the kebab! horrible service. never again!

Lovely food and early delivery! Forgot the dips when I called back really nice but may have been an misunderstanding as they came back with more chips so double chips but no dips 😂 can't complain as very nice chips!

Food was good, but they forgot the drinks with the meal. Phoned them regarding this, they said they’ll send somebody to deliver the drinks, but nobody showed up. Really disappointed with the service.

They forgot items and never brought them after I rang up and they said the would do. Pizza was soaking with grease it was dripping off. Won’t order again

I love this place..food is so nice and succulent,lamb chops are superb, only thing they got wrong was no burger sauce on my burger but everything else was perfect and so tasty

Its turned into a joke used to order from here all the time now i get burnt pizza ,undercooked chicken, the grease of the kebabs just soaks though the paper. its just gone right down hill

The food arrived late and was missing the chips we ordered, then when asked if I wanted them brought I refused and ask for the money back. The driver then tried to give me a £1 back, then £1.20 until I asked to see the receipt to check the price of the chips which were £1.80 I'm not bothered in the slightest about £1.80 it's more the fact that it was late and then cold when I got it into my apartment. I had to source more food as this was inedible and certainly wasn't the deep pan we paid extra for. I won't be ordering from here again unfortunately, first impressions are everything and this wasn't a good one.

ordered for the first time....As resturant had great reviews our food arrived about 15 minutes early which was great....only thing wrong was I ordered Donner and chips and I only recieved Donner meat I rang up the resturant and spoke to a lovely man who apologised and was going to send some out but he also said I could remind them next time when we order which was very kind... The delivery driver was also very nice and pleasant and delivered our food fast as we live on a new estate and alot cannot find us he found us straight away... A pleasant man delivered with a smile WILL DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN BEST RESTURANT WE HAVE BEEN TOO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS 😀🍗🍕🍟🍔🌯

The worst food quality I’ve ever ordered. The chicken wings were full of salt which couldn’t be eaten at all. I don’t know how many times they were heaten up the chips.

cannot give enough stars to these guys! Never taken over 20 mind to deliver, consistently delicious food, polite staff and good prices! Also never before have I had a vegetarian kebab, but I was very impressed! Massive portion and delicious! Never been anywhere else since we've discovered here! Curly fries are to die for! 10/10

I usually love the pizza here, but for some reason today there was something white and gooey on my pizza underneath the cheese, thought it was cheese but it wasn’t, it put me off eating it. won’t be ordering from here again

Ok. Yet again items were missing from our order. We ordered 2 portions of Chicken Pakora but only got 1 portion. Please check your orders before leaving the shop. On a brighter note the food was very nice. Hot and fresh and delivery was very quick. Let down by missing items. £3 we lost, not happy. Last order missing 1.5 ltr of Coke.

Pizza was very good. The best part of all we had ordered but a bit of a shame it was only warm and not hot, still enjoyed though because the toppings was plenty, not shy on the ingredients. I liked the little lemon hand towel left in the box too, thats a nice touch. The burger was ok, salad is literally just sweated lettuce which i had to scrape off. Prefer onion and tomato as part of a burger salad. The bbq beans was lovely and wrapped in film to stop leaking in delivery bag. Delivered earlier than stated. Only been knocked back on food quality for reasons stated, otherwise all good.
