Played a night here. Very popular pub.

Went in with a friend for a few drinks, friendly staff and good atmosphere

This was a superb pub for drinking, set in the building of a former Wetherspoon's which the staff were knowledgeable about! The counter is bright and neatly presented, the interior has a warming, lush design and the live music area is a good addition for later on. I enjoyed a good pint of Staropramen, sitting at the very comfortable classic seating of a clean table!

It's a old town pub for old people service is rubbish they don't queue at the bar just walk in front of you and get served and there's no atmosphere

10pm on a Friday night and it was dead seen more life in a funeral parlour

Great local pub, friendly service, clean crisp lager.

Went here last night 9/3/24 for a wee drink and it was a karaoke night ,my fave night. Staff were very good and after doing a couple of songs I gathered a fan club that wanted me to join them . So all in all a great night was had and if it wasn't for the fact that I may never be parked up here again I would definitely go back .

Lovely high street pub,really friendly staff,not expensive for a town pub,brilliant staff,loads of tv,s with all live sport.

Popped in as I used to drink there years ago. Looks very nice. Knew a lot of people in there, so was very friendly.

Great place. Staff need to learn to be a bit more courteous.

Cracking pub, friendly staff, nice John Smiths, but I wish they had Stones as well. But you can't have everything. C u soon.

Young lad on the bar was extreamly polite and nice credit to the place to be fair manners don't cost anything and I was very very impressed

Pretty shocking experience here really , I walked in there this afternoon to have a drink and wait for my lift so I wasn’t stood in the rain and was greeted by a screaming lady who literally chased after me from behind the bar and forced me to leave the pub all for simply walking to the toilet . My advice to her is to not harass the people that pay your wages , you’re losing business with that foul attitude

Only had a beer, no food. Very large pub, surprised how cheap the beer was being in the centre of town. Bar staff polite & always working. Well done.

Not really a fan of this pub. Weird smell inside. Good for the horse racing though.

Very nice pub, quite cheap beer and a fantastic atmosphere.

I'm giving this bad place a really bad review because some of the staff are horrible. I only wanted to go to the toilet but one of their staff had a go at me the minute I came in. The staffs attitude was despising. She needs to be fired.😡

Great atmosphere but bully door men give em a yellow badge and they bully anyone not only here but everywhere in Worksop pubs it's a shame

Traditional pub. Sells beer, no food, no children. Great for men and women. Cheap enough beer. Friendly environment

First visit yesterday, what a fabulous traditional town centre pub, multi screen for sports, warm and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of tables ,carpeted throughout, Friendly staff, food on offer. Plenty of local carparks and a 5 minute walk to the bus station, popular with local people, well worth a visit.

Another place that pours Heineken, alas they went from 5% to silver 4%..Still a lekker 🍻 drink

Very reasonably priced Amber Taverns hostelry nothing spectacular but for the prices you don't expect that anyway decent pub live sport friendly regulars.

Management and staff.... awesome! Clientele are a bit humorous to observe at times, however quickly dealt with by the staff etc. It's a great pub if you just want a drink and a laugh. It was my go to whilst in Worksop because the staff are brilliant.

Sour face bar staff doesn't hurt to smile.

Nice large area, apparently gets real ale.. Unfortunately on my visit I was overwhelmed with the fragrance of a a low end gents toilet.

Great pub cheap beer but ladies toilets or shocking no locks on doors,toilets not cleaned 2 days in a row poo around toilet rim the same toilet clearly have not been cleaned never flush properly really needs addressed as the standards have gone down hill in there

A quiet pub as well as a noisy good time pub. Went on Saturday night and there is DJ and karaoke and Sunday afternoon was football and horse racing on the TV's. Fair selection of drinks available and friendly staff.

I popped in there while waited for Kay isit the opticians. I sat facing the bar and ordered a veer,great serviceman good beer.lstarted chatting with the other gents there,very friendly a d funny.then Kay came in and turns out she had a lot in common. Great visit,l shall return.

Hatte noch 1 Stunde Zeit und bin auf der Suche nach einem Pub auf das Unicorn getroffen. Tolle Bar mit klasse Einrichtung. Gute Biere am Hahn, nettes Publikum und nette(r) Barkeeper (in). Wirklich sehr gemütliche Kneipe

I was there on a Saturday night.... Very nice place , I'm from South Africa and enjoyed it alot, great drinks beautifull and positive lady's working behind the bar.... And loved the karaoke

Very hit and miss, cheap beer and many screens, some staff are great but went in today and had to leave as despite my attempts I couldn't get the girl away from her phone to pour a pint.
