Turtle Bay in Newcastle upon Tyne

Had yet another bottomless brunch here yesterday and what can I say? Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Food was delicious, drinks were fabulous as always and Jess is the absolute best. Give Jess a payrise! She deserves it!

Just went in for drinks, they were cheeky with the 2fo1 cocktails, didn't tell me it stopped in the middle of the night then restarted later so only got 1 round 2for1 and had to pay full price for the second. Drinks were good although felt rushed, the bar man was throwing stuff everywhere and splashed me a few times 😂

Migle was AMAZING!! Super friendly and super helpful! Made our day✨an asset to the business!!!!!!!!!!!! Love ya xx🥂

Fantastic place to go to for good food and good cocktails. I ordered the curry goat which was delicious along with 2 cocktails. Altogether I had a main, my partner had 3 side dishes which were the sweetcorn fritters (not that great), Mac and cheese bites (absolutely delicious) and more Mac and cheese, we shared a desert and had 4 cocktails between us which were 2-4-1. We spent about £35 each and the service was fantastic.

The service was amazing, it was fast and speedy. They had various meals for vegetarians/vegan, of which were delicious. Music selection is great. The drinks are to die for!! I will definitely be coming back, our server Julija was the best!

Our serve Migle was an absolute delight, so bubbly and sweet and the the service was very quick. Our party of 10 all loved their service, drinks and food!

The food is expensive for what it is even in today's climate. The portion sizes are small and certainly not value for money, should include 2 sides and not 1! The soft drinks are expensive too (nearly £4 for a coke). Not sure I'll be rushing back.

We had the bottomless brunch here. Very well priced with great food and great cocktails. I had about 6 cocktails within 6 hours..the chicken roti wrap was delicious in great portions. The staff were very attentive and friendly, they even offered to move us to the bar area to finish off our last round of drinks as they needed our table for another booking afterwards. Great value for money and excellent atmosphere.

Easter Sunday madness!!!! Me and 3 friends came along to turtle Bay, after pre-booking online. We were immediately seated by the lovely guy on the door. Afterwards, we were introduced to our waiter, Carly. Now carly is an absolute diamond. She wasn't very well on this day but did not let this stop her. Her attention to detail, and customer service was impeccable. Thank you to carly and the team for making this a special and memorable day! ❤️

We had an amazing time. I’ve always wanted to try a bottomless brunch and I’m so glad we chose Turtle Bay. We had an amazing waitress, Maisie. She was there everytime we needed anything and she kept the drinks flowing. She was excellent. I will definitely be back.

bottomless brunch, advertised as 2 hours, service was slow as you expect with all of these types of deals to limit drinks etc but when the server comes around to give you the billl you don’t expect that to mean your drinks end. asked for another drink WELL BEFORE the two hours and told the booking had ended and last orders was called even though we had never been notified. clueless staff, poor service and the exact thing you’d expect from a chain restaurant, offered absolutely nothing in terms of service and just there to take your money. AVOID.

Tyrell and James were fantastic at the bar during our whole experience at Turtle Bay. I would thoroughly recommend people to come and dine here too!

We popped in here on as recent visit to the city. and so pleased we did , This place is the find of the year so far , the flavours are simply amazing We had rum chicken wings and corn fritters to start , the flavours blew our minds , I had the goat curry the wife half a jerk chicken , both had the coconut rice n peas , I can honestly say I can’t wait to visit another of the turtle restaurants around the uk If it’s half as. Good as this one then we are in for a treat , Staff were great also Five star !!!
