Great service from Siddhant. Attentive, cocktails flowing. Vegan burger really nice. Highly recommended for a daytime bottomless brunch 😀

Food was great, no wait for table, quick service. Julija was perfect!

Restaurant is always clean. The atmosphere is chilled and there is always great music playing. Staff are always friendly and ready to have a laugh with you. They are helpful when we struggle to pick food and drinks. Always have recommendations. We LOVE everything about this place and will be back again.

We went for bottomless brunch on a Friday and our server Julija was amazing. She kept the drinks coming and made sure we got our money’s worth in our 2 hour slot. Definitely would recommend.

Great service from Freddie, he really looked after us. Cocktails were lovely, we had 10 Cocktails and 3 glasses of proseco each only felt a bit tipsy. Cocktails are not strong at all.

Siddhant was great. Excellent service throughout. We arrived a few minutes late, upon arrival, the manager gave us a drink so we didn't miss out. We then went on to be served by a lovely girl to keep us on track with our brunch. Siddhant ended the night well giving excellent service and we ended the night with 9 drinks and outstanding food.

Ben was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and he gave us 100% of his attention.

Visited turtle bay newcastle 6/12/24 for the bottomless brunch. This place was brilliant. Atmosphere was brilliant, food was brilliant, price was brilliant and staff were brilliant. Our server Abbie was fantastic explained the menu and drinks list that we could order from as it was our first visit. She kept the drinks flowing and we had good chat with her. Nothing was too much hassle for her or the rest of the staff as we noticed. She is a credit to the company. We will definitely be back as we had a great time, it was the highlight of our stay in Newcastle.

First waitress was absolutely dreadful, very unhelpful and quite aggressive. Luckily for us she left to serve other tables and we got Migle who was like a breath of fresh air and turned our experience from dreadful to amazing. Thank you Migle xx

Freddie was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. He had great recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. This is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Haven't been back to turtle bay in years as the food was disappointing previously but I can say I was highly impressed. The new chef were incredible.The food was excellent and the service from will was exceptional. He went above and beyond so warm and friendly and such attention to all his customers.
