10/10 service, we did the bottomless brunch and we were never left with empty glasses, out server Siddhant was lovely, friendly and helped with everything we needed

Julija was incredible. Great service all around- she needs promoting

Went on Valentine’s Day for the Valentine menu. Food and drinks was lovely. The service by Emily was very fast and she was very friendly. Made us feel very welcome.

Julija y Abbie no podrían haber estado más atentos, asegurándose constantemente de que nuestras bebidas estaban en camino y todos estábamos bien. Gracias a ellos, la experiencia se amplió hasta un 10 / 10. Ok experiencia de brunch sin fondo llevado a una gran por el servicio de las mujeres que dirigen la parte delantera!

That’s a nice location to have drinks and food I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for. Some new experience It’s my first time but not last I Give a thumbs up to the waitress for her friendly attitude and never let our drinks run out the bar was also great making good and enjoyable drinks Whoever comes be prepared to get a bit drunk or dizzy 🤣🤣 do

This was an excellent pub for drinking, with many bright colours all over carrying the Caribbean vibes! The lighting at night brings this out further and counter is very well lit, staff were nice too. We enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails and seating is comfortable, tables kept very clean as well!

First time being here Lovely food , great atmosphere, pleasant and lovely place to come We will definitely return 10/10 for Siddhant for his table service, was always there ready to order our next drink and really helped us maximise our bottomless brunch 5* stars to this guy! Food was lovely, it was our first time trying Jerk Chicken but we will definitely be back to have it again. The drinks have always been really nice, but we were still waiting on our other half of the 2 for 1 drinks while we were eating. It wasn’t a problem for my partner as he has a good spice tolerance aha. All considering, it was a busy Friday night and we got our mains and first round of drinks really fast.

Migle was lovely made us feel really welcome and was so welcoming, can’t thank her enough for her great service

Server tried to sit us between noisy tables when I asked to sit somewhere quieter didnt seem impressed. The cocktails were long island tea supposed to be a long drink, but were all ice and very little alcohol looked like staff making cocktails was rushing measures, weak watery. The photo shows what was left after a few sips of the supposed cocktail.

El brunch sin fondo para 7 comenzó genial, pero el servicio se ralentizó y terminamos tomando solo 6 bebidas cada uno en 2 horas. Es el primer lugar en el que he estado sin fondo donde no ponen Prosecco sobre la mesa, así que nos quedamos con vasos vacíos gran parte del tiempo. La camarera Julija entonces se quejaba de nosotros a la pareja en la mesa de al lado (¡dos veces! ) mientras pedíamos eliminar el cargo por servicio. La comida también era pobre, las hamburguesas no sabían a carne real. Muy insatisfecho con nuestra visita y por desgracia no va a estar pensando en volver.

Went for bottomless brunch, server was pleasant and food was nice but it certainly wasn’t bottomless. It seems as though the servers have a timeline they have to stick to so you’ll get 6 drinks (we got 7 and it seemed like they were breaking rules). Value is still reasonable but not the standard you hope for with bottomless

So we booked a table for yesterday which was the last day of restaurant week. On the information for turtle bay and restaurant week it said the offer was on until the 19th...which was yesterday. When we arrived I said we were booked in for restaurant week at which the waiter said... That ended yesterday, it is up to the restaurants discretion when they finish it. This was very disappointing as we had travelled a long way and the information specifically said it was on at turtle bay until the 19th. Luckily we managed to get a table at banyan instead for restaurant week... I will not be dining or booking with turtle bay ever again.

We booked for restaurant week. On arrival we were told by staff that they had stopped doing the restaurant week menu on the the 18th, yet their own page states it ran until the 19th. The member of staff came across as moody and offered no apology or potential solutions. We decided to go elsewhere which was a wise choice as when we arrived at 12pm for lunch, they had zero customers in the restaurant at the time...never a good sign!

Freddie was incredibly attentive. Give him a raise!

Emily was absolutely amazing!! Checking if we needed anything and no wait at all to be served, a very lovely and cheery waitress and would recommend the bottomless brunch to anyone and everyone :)

First time trying Turtle Bay today, food was lovely but in my person opinion fish tacos could have done with more seasoning. Cocktails were the star of the show. Will definitely be back to try more

We had a great meal and Emily was a great server! As always, it’s the best food ever.

Came in on a whim to celebrate mams new job. Didn’t even realise it was restaurant week (thank you Dan for informing us!) both had a starter, I had chilli squid and mam had sweetcorn fritters. For mains I had the hot chick burger (with the hot sauce on the side) and mam had jerk chicken breast and with steamed veg and coconut rice. Food was gorgeous we will definitely be back. Mam also said cocktails were amazing and worth the money.

Migle was our server and she was absolutely unreal! Saturday bottomless brunch on a match day so obviously it was very busy, however she made sure we got speedy refills on our drinks. Not only that but she was so lovely to chat too really polite! Credit to the bar, amazing service from her and the other staff. Me and my best friend came here for bottomless brunch today. The food and cocktails where so good! The selection of cocktails is excellent compared to other places that we've been for bottomless. Our server Courtney was amazing!!! She always made sure our glasses were full and kept us in a great mood with her bubbly personality (she needs a raise). Can't wait to come back 😀

Tuvimos una gran noche en Turtle Bay en Newcastle! Rachael era amable, rápido y muy servicial. Mi padre y yo visitamos como turista y ella nos ayudó con algunos lugares recomendados para visitar cerca. La comida estaba perfectamente cocinada y salió justo a tiempo: las papas fritas eran crujientes, el salmón era crujiente en la piel y tierno por dentro, Mac&Cheese era perfecto, las porciones eran del tamaño correcto, el plato de sabor era justo, las alas se cayeron del hueso y el calamar era agradable y crujiente y no masticable! Todo estaba condimentado a la perfección y las bebidas eran buenas también. Recomendaría 100%!

In general we were satisfied during our visit. Maybe portions could be bigger here and some small attention to details will improve the overall experience. Atmosphere is great though.
