Food was lovely, the pub is realy nice inside and the staff were realy welcoming, Tristan was behind the bar and was brilliant with our little Granddaughter

Team were cold and not very friendly, food was just dumped on the table and we weren't asked about extra sauces or anything else needed. Missing items off the dish that menu said it came with

Fantastic pub. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. As a veggie I particularly liked the Thai style curry. So good to finally see someone doing something with soya beans, and a different option from boring old veggie lasagne and veggie chilli. Tristan was particularly good about my friend's inedible steak. Very helpful and kind. Thank you!

I was very impressed with this pub, the staff were really friendly and the pub had a lovely atmosphere. There's a great choice on the menu with lots of options for vegetarians. The service was very quick and you can order on your phone or up at the bar. Prices were pretty average for what is served locally. The food was well cooked, fresh and hot. Portion sizes were good and the menu had calorie inform.

Popped in for a bite to eat with a friend - tried the new katsu burger which was amazing. Ell and Liam are always super friendly and make the visit worth while! Will be back soon!

Fantastic family meal 18 of us food came fast and together and most importantly hot Liam the bar man had a smile on his face from start to finish even when dealing with a “Karen” what an amazing guy

Staff very friendly and welcoming Service excellent My guest remarked on how quickly we had been seated and served with food. He really enjoyed his fish and chips And I thoroughly enjoyed my sirloin steak (the best I’d tasted in ages with that bbq cooked taste) I really like this place and often bring friends. The parking is an advantage. As is the inside or outside seating and the option to eat.

Visit spoilt on this occasion by a group laughing and talking loudly using abusive language as if nobody else was around, staff should have addressed this but nothing done, women and young children around should not be hearing this type of language. I have visited many times over the years on business and always found the staff friendly and helpful, but not all visitors seem to behave with consideration for those around them unfortunately

Usually only use the pub for drink but decided to stay a bit longer today and have a bite to eat. Myself and my wife both had burgers which were very good value for the price, must applaud the young man who brought out our food I believe his name was Charlie who was so polite and couldn’t do enough for us.

Visited 26th December with 5 family and friends. Staff were excellent, food was lovely, atmosphere was great and the prices for the set Christmas menu were very fair. We all had the 3 course. Great night when it is quiz night. Paul the host is always fun and very engaging. Tristan, front of house is also fantastic, he always ensures we get our favorite table ☺️ Christmas quiz night, it was lots of fun. We had food too, which is always very tasty and good value

We went for steak night which is great value, I was concerned that I would get a table but the booking system is easy to use and all went without a hitch. It is much better now the car park is free. Charley who brings the meals out deserves employee of the month as he always acknowledges us and makes us feel like valued customers. The free quiz is great fun - thank you 😊

Attended a Christmas Party last night as part of a large group of 12 people. The service was fantastic and the food arrived in good time and was delicious. Dietary requirements such as gluten free and vegetarian were accommodated as part of the Christmas menu. Every member of our party commented on how much they had enjoyed the food and the evening. Will be recommending to others. Thank you.

We visited last night, a group of 12 for our Book Club Christmas meal. The staff were super friendly and we had excellent, friendly service for the whole evening. The food was great, our gluten free person was well looked after. The restaurant was really clean, well kept and warm. There was a very friendly vibe and we were relaxed and had a great night. I'd highly recommend, as it was excellent value on top.

I stayed at the premier inn next door fancying a drink at the end of the evening I walked into this lovely place. I was on my own and instantly made to feel welcome, Tristan made them time to come and speak to me and just have a chat. Its a standard pub but with very high standards the staff went to a lot of effort at the end of the evening to maintain the high standards that they clearly worked to. Despite the fact that ot was late and they were clearly heading towards the end of the shift they did make me feel rushed and maintained their warm welcome. I didn't eat here but intend to revisit next year and spend the evening there. A lovely place with a very warm welcome. Staff are a true credit to the organisation.

We booked for a work night out 12 of us we where greeted by a lovely smiling man not sure of his name however he was very informative telling us we can order from the table the speed of service was super quick and we got the food hot I would highly recommend this place nothing was a problem and they couldn’t do enough for us

We wanted a Sunday Roast and found this pub online, which said it served them and were open at the time we wanted to eat. Arrived at pub and went to order food but told no Sunday Roasts as it had been a quiet day. Too late to find an alternative place to eat so ordered something else which was nice but not what we wanted.

The food tasted really good and was well priced for the amount that arrived, service was also prompt and Melaniee such a cheerful person 😊
