We had our gender reveal here. Everyone absolutely loved it. The venue was beautiful and there was plenty of space for everyone, the food and decorations etc. When we needed extra time, Lydia was more than happy to accommodate us. Thanks so much and we will be back again 😊😊😊😊

What a super cool bar . If you’re visiting Scarborough and looking for somewhere to get a drink then seek this place out . This place wouldn’t be out of place in the centre of Leeds or Manchester . Let’s face it there’s no other cool bars in Scarborough . All real ale n crusty . Highly recommend. Decent prices too .

We went as a group and we were welcomed and served quickly. Fantastic drinks and reasonable prices. Definitely be back next time we visit

Fantastic bar, wonderful staff, who think of everything to ensure my friends and I enjoyed our cocktail masterclass evening - even giving us all a heart shaped chocolate at the end for Galatines evening.💕 My friends and I will definitely be back to do another of their cocktail evenings, they are value for money, in a stunning bar which has a great atmosphere. Can not wait to visit again soon.

I went to celebrate my niece's engagement party on an icy Saturday in January. I travelled some distance with my 2 children and husband to attend this private party. We arrived at 7.15pm and I went to the bar with my 2 children (aged 8&10) to purchase drinks whilst my husband parked the car. The younger bar staff member was friendly to both me and the children. There was another older woman behind the bar. My husband went to the bar at 8.57pm. He ordered drinks for himself and the children. He was told by the older woman behind the bar, after he had paid, that children had to be out by 9pm and it was 8.57 so he had 3 minutes. My husband came back to where I was sitting and informed me. He then went off to tell my other niece, who also had a 6 year old child. The woman from the bar came over to where I was sat with my 2 well behaved children and my great-niece, whilst we were all eating. She asked me rudely if these were my children. I replied, yes, these are my children. She told me that they had to be out at 9 and it was gone 9. I asked her why she hadn't told me that at the bar earlier when she saw me with my children. She retorted that she didn't invite me and no children are allowed in the bar except for private parties but only until 9pm. I asked if I could speak to the manager and she said she was the owner and that she wanted us out. I was appalled by her attitude and behaviour. It completely spoilt the night. I would never set foot in there again. My children were exceptionally behaved so she didn't even have that as a comeback. My advice is don't book family parties here. If you expect good customer service don't enter. Very expensive drink prices - I suspect were hiked up for the party. Stilted atmosphere.

I don’t get it. Where are the reviews? This place is amazing. Great selection. Had a phenomenal drink deal on a Friday. Wonderful cozy place with plenty of comfy seating. Been bouncing around to bars during our stay, and this place puts everything else to shame. Bartender was super friendly too.

Amazing cocktails and a lovely atmosphere, staff are always friendly and attentive. Nice outside area and the whole place is always clean and tidy. Definitely recommend the porn star martinis

It was a nice change to find a bar that can make a proper cocktail. The whisky sour was exceptional and the best I’ve had in town. The staff were very friendly and chatty, made us feel very welcome and we would love to visit again. 5 out of 5, a must visit place in Scarborough

Bit pricey for Scarborough and near enough empty on a Friday night, hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come. Staff were great behind the bar though and the toilets were very clean and covid friendly.

Friendly staff, convenient venue for a quick cocktail before dining out. It was early (pre theatre) so we were served quickly. Good selection of cocktails. Reasonably priced.

Challenged me on mask exemption, asked for proof. I walked out. Illegal to ask for proof.

We stumbled led across this place - not literally - but glad we did. Lovely atmosphere, great service, extremely covid aware and a good choice of well made cocktails. We would recommend this place for a nice relaxed and pleasant time

A brilliant tucked away bar that was just what we were looking for. It felt really safe, the drinks were good and the service was superb! We'll definitely be back, 10/10.

In Scarborough for an overnight break with friends, and company exempt, visiting the Storm was the only positive experience of our trip! Track and trace in place and hand sanitizer to use on entry. Friendly and speedy table service from our cosy socially distant table and sofas so didn’t need to move all night- so stayed there all night! Cocktails reasonably priced and delicious! Defiantly recommend for relaxing drinks!

Been coming here for a few years over the summer when we come to Scarborough for a few nights, always have great cocktail selection with the menu changing often (all the classics though). Always a great atmosphere and nice staff

Have been to this bar quite a few times and always found it a nice atmosphere and good cocktails. Been for the first time since lockdown and the precautions and regulations put in place make you feel really safe, all table service so really relaxing. Thanks

An absolutely fantastic place. We called in for one drink on our trip to Scarborough and ended up staying all night. Drinks very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Definitely recommend a visit.

I organised cocktail making for my sisters hen party at storm and had a great time! We went fairly early evening so pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was great value for money and James who showed us how to make the cocktails was brilliant! All the staff were so friendly and hospitable and everyone had a truly great time! I would highly recommend the cocktail making for occasions or parties!

We went in early evening and it was quiet but it still had a good atmosphere. Cocktails were reasonably priced and the lady behind the bar was really friendly and even helped us moving chairs around so we could sit where we wanted to do. We would use this bar again.

I for one think the storm bar in scarbrough is fantastic love the name the staff is all ways very friendly and a smile on there faces there play great music and as for the cocktails I my self been a cocktail queen as I go to ibiza a lot can only say I actually thought I was in ibiza best cocktails by far lovely different glasses that there come in well tasty and strong just the way I like it I'm visiting Scarborough in 2 weeks time and can't wait to come to your bar so peeps when looking at other people's reviews ignore the negative reviews cause trust me this is a top bar friendly place excellent cocktails and I for one can't wait to go back

Came with friends on a works do. Cocktails readily available but served in dreadful glasses. No gin glasses for the gin cocktails, served in a standard glass with rest in bottle. When asked for gin glass, first she ignored me , then when I asked again she said there isn't any. Only have 6 gin glasses in the whole place she told me. Shocking. No music when we arrived, and it was very cold.The place was nearly empty on a Saturday night at 9pm, hardly surprising .Wont go there again.A cocktail drink should be served in a fab glass.

Came here for a friend's 50th birthday. The whole experience was very good. Great atmosphere including a solo musician. All topped off with a fantastic hog roast.

Really nice bar, very clean and modern. We went in quite early on a Saturday evening and it was pretty quiet but it was filling up nicely by 9:30. Pleasant staff and a good selection of drinks. Pretty cool bar.

No puedo calificar estos apartamentos lo suficiente, el nivel es tan alto clase nos impactó. No necesitamos nada, ya que el apartamento estaba totalmente equipada con todo y más de lo que necesitábamos, nos pareció que estando por encima de la barra podría haber sido ruidoso, pero no oímos nada, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y espacioso. Estaba preocupado por el aparcamiento, no se. Me puse sobre el aparcamiento y Lidia nos encontramos fuera del apartamento con 2 permisos de aparcamiento, uno para cada día (cada) £3.00, ella nos indicó donde aparcar y tomó las maletas, cuando volvimos al apartamento ella nos recibió y nos ofreció cualquier tipo de ayuda que necesitamos. En general yo recomendaría alojarse aquí es genial.

The apartments at this place are fantastic!! I travel the country every week and stop in numerous hotels, nothing compares to this place. Staff and owner are great and I would highly recommend this place. I will be returning 😀

Called in for a drink on the way back to our hotel it was ok nothing spectacular but must admit I enjoy visiting Scarborough but the pubs have gone down hill over the years

Los precios han subido y de cócteles para que esperar más de un tarro de mermelada, se suponía que tenía que ser éxito de fresa y de más dulce aplastado son estándar fresas que cldnt succionar de paja. En la primera muestra sabía cometido un error. cuenta estaba proponiendo, pero preguntó si CLD dio como bebida cldnt alternativa. Nos hizo sentir muy mal!
