The chicken wasn’t cooked properly

Easy to order. The food was hot and the amount was plentiful. Loved it

As usual i order from here and have done ever since living here for over a year. Today however when my food was delivered i was rudely approached by the driver and had my food tossed at me. When i called the shop to ask for this driver not to be sent to my address again i was told by the front desk male “i dont care go somewhere else then”. I then got hung up on. When calling back i asked to speak to a manager and was refused this right to do so. I then spoke to the delivery driver again he threatened me saying “ill come back and smash your face in, i know where you live”. I have had to ring the police and report this as i am a single pregnant women and do not feel safe.

Tasted great and was still nice and hot. Excellent delivery time. Thankyou!

Meal good overall but Thsi style mixed Vegetables- the sauce was a bit watery and Chicken with Bamboo Shoot & Water Chestnuts needed more flavour. Portion sizes are very good and the delivery person patient and courteous. Thank you 🙂

it was terrible. duck spring rolls just had veg in them and the pancake roll was under cooked soggy and full of oil. I'm pregnant and all went in the bin. very very disappointed 😞

Oh I have three parts barbecue ribs didn't taste like of anything of barbecue looked like it was sat in just a lot of grease and water the Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken it's hardly any sweet Sour at all and the chicken not taste to it at all egg fried rice just tasted light rice no egg very disappointed the duck was very chewy not worth the money I paid for wouldn't be ordering again

The people working here are absolutely vile and the old fat woman is a b1tch !!! Do not order from here as they are not trustworthy. Customer service is awful and very very rude - especially the woman. Had her telling me that "I should shut up because I was speaking over her". The chicken was raw and under cooked and you could smell it outside the packaging, made me feel incredibly nauseous and sick. I spent quite a lot of money on Tung Fong and I was very much disappointed. Delivery was also disgusting as I asked for my change and they told me that "I don't need change as ive paid it to the dot" when my order was £66.50 and i paid £70 expecting change !! I tried arguing saying that I need my change and it wasnt a tip. To say this was my first time ordering I do not recommend at all!! My order had spilled items such as my curry sauce. Worst experience that ive ever had with a chinese takeaway. Shame on you Tung Fong! Vile.

This was our first meal from Tung Fong and it won't be the last! Probably the best Chinese takeaway we've ever eaten. Everything cooked to perfection and tasted delicious.

For many many years my parents and myself have ordered from Tung Fong, whether its in person or via calling for a delivery. Yesterday my parents ordered with ease and to find the delivery have a good chunk of the order missing. My mothers part of the order wasnt received, with her being diabetic, the other part of the order, she couldnt have because of the ingredients used in the dishes, they rang back to Tung Fong, asking where the rest of the order was, the response of "you didn't order anything else and we dont have your order anymore" made it more concerning as well as frustrating. From now on we shall not be using Tung Fong ever again, use other trusted Chinese Takeaways. As expected 1 star for a once loved takeaway.

Horrible bland food, veins left in prawns, stale and soggy chips and spring rolls.beef is like jelly, I have been in hospital for 3 months and literally cried when I received this. Special instructions not followed. I will be expecting a refund and I will never be returning again.

Have tried ordering from Tung Fong recently as we haven't used them in a long time. Both times my order has been cancelled !! I have rung them to ask why and they stated that they have black listed us, the only reason given was for trouble of which I have no idea what they are going on about. This is such a shame as we have always received good food, I will be taking this up with manager in person and hope to get it resolved.

Chicken , crispy beef and pork chow Mein were absolutely awful . Two came cold and the chicken tasted awful. We have left all the meat dishes. Very very disappointed we only use these for Chinese as never had issues before and doubt we will go back again.

Lovely food, chicken balls are cooked to perfection, can't complain at all! Only thing i want a big fan on was the chips but other then that everything was great! Ate from here a few times never had any problems, food always early or on time & always really hot too!

As a pescatarian I didn’t expect to see duck and chicken in my order. ‘Singapore rice noodles’ on the menu state may contain crustaceans (seafood), came and was full of chicken. Didn’t order duck rolls but they came with my order, forgotten my curry sauce. When I called I was told that the Singapore rice noodles aren’t vegetarian, to which I replied it does not state on the menu they contain chicken. Rather than apologise and find a solution quickly, the man working on the phone was trying to speak to me with some form of attitude/authority issue. I am now sat waiting for a chicken free noodles and my curry sauce to arrive.. 50 minutes later.. I’m expected to reheat the rest of my order when they arrive I assume.. shambles lol

Food was delivered 15 mins early by a very friendly and attentive driver, piping hot and delicious. The salt and chilli chips were the best me and my boyfriend had ever had. They also have a wonderful range of veggie options which was refreshing, I got the mock chicken and it was succulent and a great texture. Very reasonably priced as well! Cans of drink are £1 which I think is really decent of them considering most other restaurants charge around £1.75 now. Satisfied and impressed.
